Speaker 1 (00:00):
So what was your first game against the Eagles?

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Like?

Speaker 1 (00:03):
It was fun.

Speaker 3 (00:05):
I caused myself the penalty that you know, took some
yards away from me that i've seen that broke, broke
the hundred yard mark.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
But we played hard and the effort to the guys
are Props to the guys up front for all the
effort they gave me. And you know this team, they
battled till the end. That's what matters.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
You sense this spark you give this team with your
running style and obviously your production too.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
Yeah, I feel it, But there's a spark that comes
from a lot of guys to you know, Jackson brings
a spark. Those guys that in the receiver room that
stepped up today and made some great catches, some huge
catches on third down, and you know, continuing.

Speaker 1 (00:37):
To build is what we need to do and play
as a teams.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
Play eleven guys are on the field at once, and
we all have to play together and everyone has to
be perfect to execute.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
So props all of them and great job today.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
The red zone has been a problem for this team offensively,
but today you guys seem really forceful in terms of
getting your seven pointers.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
Yeah, did you do you think it was a problem
last week too, or did we we handed the ball over?

Speaker 1 (00:59):
Right?

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Yeah, so I think that was the big thing we
we we fixed. We fixed the red zone a little
bit the last two weeks, and last week we kind
of just handed the ball over, so we killed ourselves
there and shot ourselves on the foot. But you know,
this week we proved that we fixed it a little bit,
and you know, we're gonna continue to do what we
can the best we can at the best part at
the you know, the crucial times in the game.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
Defending super Bowl champs, he was so convincing.

Speaker 3 (01:22):
Way, it's been awesome, you know, like I said, it's
it's a good team win. They were the super Bowl
champs last year. You know, there's a whole new season
this year, so it's it's hard to win twice in
a row. So props to them. They've they're a great
football team. You know, we see them in another week,
week and a half for two weeks. I'm excited to
play them again. But like I said, you know, this
is a season that we need to keep continuing to
build on.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
We're two and four right now and there's a long
season ahead of us.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
Did you.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
You mentioned you didn't get to a raunch. You were
you upset.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
By Yeah, I mean, I don't really care. You know,
we won the game. That's what matters the most. These
guys know, that's what matters the most to us, to
me as a person, as long as we win the game,
that's how That's what I'm happy. I could have for
twenty five yards and zero touchdowns and still been happy
that we won.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
So the touchdown that he was ruled short, and then
you know.

Speaker 3 (02:07):
Do you think you know I knew I was in. Yeah,
I knew the first time I reached it I was in.
I kind of fought extra just in case they did
call me short. But I had a really good feeling
I was, and I kind of turned and looked and
seeing that, you know, I was across the line.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
Can we talk about how much you energized this offense.
How much does Jackson Dart energize you this offense as well?

Speaker 1 (02:27):
I mean, he does a great job.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
You know, he like he's he's a quarterback, a very
competitive quarterback that knows what to do with the ball
at the right times, can use his legs.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
He does a great job just.

Speaker 3 (02:37):
You know, being the general on the field and props
to him and props to the guys around him that,
you know, help him, help him be who he is.
I was making sure that Jackson wasn't, you know, hurting
anybody in the injury tent.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
You know, he's he's a he's a he's a dog.
He wants to be back on the field.

Speaker 3 (02:56):
I knew going over there, I needed to calm him
down a little because I knew he was gonna be
on fire.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
You know.

Speaker 1 (03:00):
I was trying to go over there before you know,
the drive.

Speaker 3 (03:02):
Was over, trying to tell him, you know, relax or
last we're good, but you know, I had to wait.
And then when I went in there, you know, he
was a little he was a little fired up.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
But we know we had to go.

Speaker 3 (03:11):
Through protocol and do all that stuff to make sure
we can get back on the field. So I went
in there and kind of we're good man, we got you,
we got you, and uh, that's it.

Speaker 1 (03:22):
What did It's awesome.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
Like I said, anywin, no matter who it is, winning
games is the best feeling in the world. And when
you could do it at a high level and beat
them by twenty points or something like that, seventeen points.
That's something that you know, we take pride in and
we have to continue to build on that.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
I mean, we're still two and four. We still have
to go out.

Speaker 3 (03:40):
There and win the next one, and win the next one,
and win the next one. So I'm I'm excited for
the future and I can't wait.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
Did you need anything to you obviously say a lot
to this franchise and did great things last year.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
This was your first game.

Speaker 2 (03:51):
You don't play against him, but on the same field
you gained your team one.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
Yeah, I mean, props to him. He's a great player.
I have no disrespect at all. It was a it
was an Eagles versus Giants tonight.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
It wasn't a scat versus Takuon, you know, it was
it was Eagles versus Giants. And that's how it's gonna
stay because you know that two different football teams.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
You know, So props to him. He's a great player.
We all know that. You know, he's one of the
best in the league.

Speaker 3 (04:14):
And you know we ended up winning tonight, so that's
what matters. I mean, his energy, you know, and then
when he when he gets knocked out of the game,
you can you can feel the fire coming from the
sidelines that he wants to be back in there, and
it just shows the guys how much he cares for
us and how much he cares to be on the
field to make sure that we're set.

Speaker 1 (04:32):
Up in the right position to win. You So, what
does it mean for.

Speaker 3 (04:40):
Not I mean, me and him do a lot of
things on the side together, talk a lot together about
you know, kind of get this turned around, not doing
it on our own, but getting everyone to buy in
and continue to stay positive and work to be better.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
You know that the franchise has.

Speaker 3 (04:59):
Been a losing France the last couple of years, but
that's not who we are right now. We need to
continue to build and build and build each and every
day and have these guys with positive mindsets and you know,
get away from that losing mindset.

Speaker 1 (05:10):
So we won the game tonight and I felt that
through these guys.

Speaker 3 (05:13):
I felt the confidence through no matter what, going up
by three, going down by four, I felt that through
these guys. So it's been awesome and like I said,
I'm excited to see what these guys.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
Do in the future. Is it easier to try and
change that.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
Yeah, I mean when your quarterback is that way it's
it's a lot easier.

Speaker 1 (05:31):
You know, I'm not doing it on my own. He's
not doing on his own. We're not doing it together.
It's everybody in the building. Everyone else is buying in.

Speaker 3 (05:37):
We're pushing each other, you know, everyone's holding each other accountable,
and we just have to continue that as a team.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
Coaches who often say you got to establish something to
help this is two huge wings at all of you
guys have gotten you see that as a significant.

Speaker 3 (05:52):
Yeah, I mean that's a staple that you know you
want in this league is winning at home. You you
want the crowd to be loud on third down, you
want them to you know, have confidence in the whole game.
So that's something we're going to continue to do. We
need to win at home. That's where it starts, and
then you'll get fans on the road, you know. So
we need to win here first and continue to win
where we're at no matter what.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
But it starts in this building, right here, in this stadium.

Speaker 3 (06:16):
If we win here, there's a lot of things that
can be accomplished.
