beat this rival Philadelphia Eagles team. When everybody thought the
Giants were down following the New Orleans game, and you

You know, we just came into work and obviously we

so just goes to show it. We just got to
stick together and go out there and play football on Sunday.

made a nice move, got a really good block for
little Jordan Humphrey too inside the five.

I know he had to appreciate that. Oh yeah, no doubt.
I mean lj he does everything right.

Even in the week said he wasn't playing, he was
premiering like he had to play, and when he got
his when he got his chance, he made the most
of it.

And I'm really excited for l Jay today.

All right, So Fabers was down a couple of weeks,
Slayton goes down. Everybody's looking at the wide receiver room
and saying, what's up with that? And you guys answered

How did you do it.

Like I said, we went into work and came in
with a little bit of a chip on our shoulder,
nobody believing in us, thinking that we could do anything.
And you know, went to work with Jackson and he
had all the confidence in the world, all the confidence
in the world, and us to go out there and
do our job.
Speaker 1 (01:05):
So you only had one jog through this week at practice.
It was a short week, but yet somehow he and
you guys, did you spend extra time together, extra film room,
extra meetings? What was the magic that allowed this to
happen tonight?
Speaker 2 (01:19):
Like I said, we just locked in in those walkthroughs
and all that meeting time and just talking through with
Jackson about every day. And you know, I think it
actually helped LJ and stuff whenever he was working with
Jackson in the summer and stuff like that too.
Speaker 3 (01:31):
So they were a little they were already familiar together.
Speaker 2 (01:33):
And for my sake, it was just making sure that
I was just on the same page with him and getting.
Speaker 3 (01:37):

Finally, what is this offense got going for it? One
scattergou gets that ball rolling downhill and starts pounding away
to defense.
Speaker 3 (01:46):
I mean, it's great when that wee can run the football.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
I know as a receiver sometimes people don't think that
we like to run the football, But I promise you
it helps us so much.
Speaker 3 (01:53):
And I'm glad that it's gott be out there tote

It seems like the way that Ord was able to
move in the pocket maneuvers, he's a little bit different.

I mean, how do you describe the way he operates
back there?
Speaker 2 (02:07):
Well, one run I called him Vanilla Vick. I forgot
what he was doing. He was running around and just
bob and weaving everybody. I was like, bro, what are
you doing back here? And he made a play out
of it. But no, I mean it's great just to
see him. He keeps every play alive and no player
is dead with him back there.
Speaker 1 (02:22):
Yeah, I mean the thirty five yard touchdown you had
me and like, when you're on that route, like, how
much can you even tell what's what? He's what's going
on back there?
Speaker 2 (02:28):
I say, well, it actually broke out of the route
and I felt like I was wide open.
Speaker 3 (02:31):
I was like, where's the ball?
Speaker 2 (02:32):
And then I saw I see him scrambling around and
he was able to get out to the right and
he saw me.
Speaker 3 (02:37):
So at the end of the day, like I said,
just staying alive whenever he's.

Back there, I wonder, was like watching your rookie running
back run.
Speaker 1 (02:45):
It's unusual.

He runs that thing hard. There's nothing else to say.

I mean, if we want we want two three yards,
make sure you give it the guy. You probably give
you some extra two. I know on that touchdown run,
it didn't seem like that safety wanted any parts of him.

So yeah, no, I'm glad. I'm glad he's back there
running that ball for us.
Speaker 2 (03:04):
They cool not a touchdown right that first one, you know,
they said it's forward progress, and then I guess replace
said it was. It was really that next one, the
one with THEO was motioning down and it was just
him and that safety one on one and that end zone.
Speaker 3 (03:15):
I was like, yeah, I wouldn't want to be that
safety either.
Speaker 2 (03:17):
Saw.
Speaker 3 (03:18):
Yeah, it's old play too. I mean you got to
hit you landed like a Marvel character. Yeah, I mean
I have that feel just you know, getting up.
Speaker 2 (03:25):
I was I was actually fine. I was more so
just mad. I wanted a little bit more after the
catch on it. But yeah, and awful kind of so
I know the production.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
Can fire, you know, can the style that Scatoo runs
with fire you up?
Speaker 2 (03:36):
Just the way he seems to love contact and win
those battles.
Speaker 3 (03:39):
Oh yeah, I mean it's like, how else do you
not want to play with a guy like that?
Speaker 1 (03:42):
You know?
Speaker 2 (03:43):
I mean he's gonna give his all, give everything you
got every time he's out there, So you got no
excuse to do the same because.
Speaker 1 (03:49):
Not like this kind of feel like, you know, excitement
and a sort of back here on offense in a
way that it hasn't in a while.

I mean, you guys that really really.

Have hope now, Yeah, I mean I feel like each
and every week we go into the we thinking that
we can put up points and at the end of
the day it's on us to go go out and
do it. Like last week, we just turned the ball
over too many times and we're giving points away. So
we feel like whenever we take care of the football
and continue to play in the green and we'll be
all right.

Yeah, I've beat them at one time and that was
my second year at the end of the year, but yeah,
so it definitely feels good and knowing where that team
has been the past couple of years, but at the
