Speaker 1 (00:00):
Open your Bible to Mark 11, 22, 23,.
And we're going to talk aboutwhat Jesus had to say about the
subject of faith.
How many think Jesus might bean expert on that subject?
Amen, mark 11, 22, 23.
So, if you want to bring athrill to your life, learn how

(00:22):
to live by faith.
You'll never have a boring lifewhen you live by faith.
Amen.
And a lot of times people likeextreme sports and flipping
motorcycles and jumping off ofcliffs and stuff like that, and
I'll just say that ain't nothing.
Why don't you just try livingby faith?
Amen.

(00:43):
And so what Jesus had to sayabout faith, mark 11, 22,.
Many of you know thesescriptures, but Mark 11, 22,
jesus answered and said to themto have faith in God.
Have faith in God, mark 11, 22.
Have faith in God.
So if Jesus was here today andhe was going to give you a
message, wouldn't it beinteresting if he just gave you
this one that, no matter whatsituation you're dealing with in

(01:06):
your life, even uh, god is afaith god.
Without faith, it's impossibleto please god.
It means it's not unlikely.
It is impossible please godwithout faith.
So you'd have to say god iswhat A faith God?
And so it says without faithit's impossible to please God.
He that cometh to God mustbelieve that he is and that he

(01:31):
is a rewarder of those whodiligently seek him, and I
guarantee you can tell it whenhis rewards start hitting you
Amen, amen.
So God is a faith God, whichmeans that he's not primarily
just moved by needs.
You understand that he's notjust moved by needs, because if

(01:53):
he was only moved by needs, thenall the needs would always be
met, but he is moved by faith.
He's looking for faith.
He's looking for somebody thatwill believe Amen, and so if God
demands faith of us, he musthave given us the means whereby
we can for faith.
He's looking for somebody thatwill believe Amen, and so if God
demands faith of us, he musthave given us the means whereby
we can get faith.
Let's try that again.
I said if God demands faith ofus, wow, all right.

(02:13):
So while you're thinking aboutthat, write down Mark, chapter
nine, verse 23.
While you're thinking aboutthat and this is a tremendous
story in Mark, chapter nine, verse 23, and we know the gospel
of mark is the favorite gospel.
It happens to be my first name,so mark, so I love the gospel

(02:35):
mark, so easy to read.
You probably read it the wholegospel in 20 minutes, right?
It wouldn't be great if I couldpreach that long.
So, uh, mark, chapter 9, verse23, jesus said what y'all know.
Mark 9, 23.
Jesus said unto him what, ifthou canst believe, all things
are possible to him thatbelieves, if you can do what
believe.
So if you read the rest of thestory, what's happening?

(02:58):
His son, he brought his son tothe disciples and they could not
heal him or cure him.
And and he said to the Lord, hesaid, lord, if you can do
anything.
So he brought his son to theLord, to Jesus, because the
disciples couldn't do anything.
They're getting no results fromthe disciples.
So he brings his son to Jesus.
And Jesus, he said Lord, if youcan do anything, have

(03:20):
compassion on me and help me.
How many have ever been in asituation that you know the Lord
loves you?
But you're facing a situationand you almost want to say, lord
, if you love me, havecompassion on me and help me.
So basically, the man istelling Jesus if you really love
me, you would help me.
And what did Jesus say back tohim?
Mark 9, 23 is what he said backto him.

(03:41):
He said if you can believe, allthings are possible to him.
That believe Isn't thatinteresting.
So, basically, if you kind oflook at Jesus standing there and
the guy said, lord, if you cando anything, help me.
And Jesus turned around andsays if you can so he's kind of
putting it on Jesus, you need todo something about this

(04:01):
situation.
And Jesus turned around andsaid you have a part to play.
In other words, we don't sayit's all up to God what I have
in life.
If what you have in life is allup to God, jesus would have
never said Mark 11, 23.
We'll get to that in just asecond.
So he said Lord, if you can dosomething, help me.
And Jesus said if you canbelieve, all things are possible

(04:24):
to him.
That believe, amen.
And what's the next thing?
The man said Lord I believe, help my unbelief.
Lord I what believe?
But he said what helped myunbelief?
I think most of us could saythat Lord I do believe, help me.
I got some unbelief, help me,get rid of my unbelief.

(04:45):
And you know Jesus can help you.
Let's try to get.
I said Jesus can help you getrid of unbelief, amen.
And so dad Hagen taught us.
There's only two kinds ofunbelief, two kinds of unbelief,
he said.
The first kind of unbelief islack of knowledge.
Lack of knowledge, what doesthat mean?
Well, romans, chapter 10, verse17, tells you where faith comes

(05:07):
from.
Faith comes by hearing, andhearing by the Word of God.
So if you don't know the word, then you can't have faith.
Faith comes from the Word ofGod, and so if God demands faith
of you, he must give you themeans whereby you can get faith.
Where you're gonna get faithfrom you don't get it from the
word.
Faith comes by hearing, andhearing by the Word of God.
Are you could set this way?
Faith does not come by prayingfor it.

(05:30):
In other words, you can't sayLord, give me more faith.
He gave you his word, now lookin his word.
And that's where faith comesfrom.
Not everything in the scriptureis about the subject of faith,
but there is faith for salvation, faith for healing, faith for
the baptism and the Holy Ghostcome on.

(05:51):
Faith for finances, faith forwhatever you need.
You find scriptures thatpromise you the thing that
you're believing for.
In other words, that's wherefaith comes from.
So dad Hagen taught us there'sreally two kinds of unbelief,
two major categories.
Unbelief, first kind is what?
Lack of knowledge?
Lack of knowledge.

(06:11):
Is lack of knowledge curable?
All right, let's set this way.
First kind of unbelief wouldjust be ignorance.
Is ignorance curable?
Okay, well, don't look atanybody right now, but I'm
telling you, ignorance iscurable.
The problem with ignorance ismost people don't realize how

(06:34):
ignorant they actually are.
So you know, you're quick toadmit, I don't know everything.
You just don't know when youcross the boundary to things you
don't know.
So dad, dad Hagen, said he wason a bed of sickness and disease
when he is a teenager and hehad seven incurable diseases.
And he said, while he, he wason a bed of sickness and disease
when he was a teenager and hehad seven incurable diseases.
And he said, while he waslaying on that bed, you know
he's got grandma's MethodistBible and so he didn't want to

(06:54):
die.
The doctor said you're going todie while you're a teenager.
He didn't want to die and he'slaying in bed paralyzed.
And he said, lord, I don't wantto die, I want to live.
So he started going through thescriptures and he read Mark,
chapter 5, about the woman withissue of blood.
And Mark, chapter 5, verse 34,jesus told that woman, daughter,

(07:15):
your faith has made you whole.
So when he said, when he readthat, because he had preachers
come and pray for him, and therehe's laying there, sick, seven
incurable diseases, blooddisease, and then he's paralyzed
and he's about to die, and allthe preachers that came and
prayed for him did what theyprayed Lord, comfort the family

(07:35):
as this young man dies.
And he couldn't talk and hesaid, uh, and they say, just be
still, won't be long now.
Because the preachers that hebrought in said things like
Healing has been done away with,it's not included in the
atonement.
You know that your sins can beforgiven, but but you know and
you go to heaven, but thehealings not in the atonement.

(07:56):
So then he brought anotherpreacher that said the day of
miracles has passed away, right, and so all these preachers are
praying for the Lord to comforthim while he dies.
But he didn't want to die.
So the Lord said to him all thepreachers that come in, have
any of them said that faith hasbeen done away with?
He said no, none of them saidfaith's been done away with.

(08:17):
And Jesus said and never willyou hear a preacher say that
faith has been done away with, because if faith has been done
away with, then nobody can besaved.
Well, if faith has not beendone away with, then mark 5, 34.
If her faith made her whole, then your faith will make you

(08:37):
whole.
Hallelujah.
All right, let's try this outover.
Come on, because faith is thesame today as it was a thousand
years ago.
Faith is the same as it was.
It's an eternal law of faithand so, once you understand how
to live by faith, that's asupernatural way to live.
I live by faith.
Y'all still here.
So, laying on the bed, he'swanting the Lord to heal him,

(08:58):
and he said this to the Lord.
He said, lord, I believe, butI'm not healed.
I'm laying here and I dobelieve.
So you can't tell me I don'tbelieve.
He said, matter of fact, lord,if you told me my promise, I
don't believe.
I'd say, lord, jesus, that'snot the truth, because I do
believe.
And Jesus said you do believeas far as you know.

(09:18):
All right, let's try this outover here.
I would like to just go aheadand shake somebody right now.
Come on, we're in a room fullof believers here today.
But you cannot believe beyondyour knowledge of the Word of
God.
So you do believe as far as youknow.
But when the Lord startsshowing you the Word in a new

(09:38):
light, what's gonna happen?
Faith coming, amen.
So there's two kinds ofunbelief.
First is what?
Lack of knowledge, which meansyou just don't know any better.
How many think you can learnmore, right?
So the second kind of unbelief, dad Hagan said is being

(10:00):
unpersuaded to act on the Word.
Unpersuaded to act on the Wordwhat kind of unbelief is that is
being unpersuaded to act on theword.
Unpersuaded to act on the word.
What kind of unbelief is that?
Well, that means you know whatthe word says, you just don't
want to do it.
All right, that's enough fortoday.
As I said, you know what theword says, you just don't want

(10:21):
to do it.
You're unpersuaded to act onthe word.
In other words, the simplestdefinition of faith is to act on
the word of God, not just be ahearer, but be a doer.
So I like to say the moment youact on the word, god makes
himself responsible for yourresults.
Until you act on the word, youare responsible for your results

(10:45):
.
But the moment you take theword of God out and say I'm just
gonna act like the word, youare responsible for your results
.
But the moment you take theWord of God out, said I'm just
gonna act like the Bible is true.
I'm gonna act like God is whohe said he is.
I'm act like Jesus did what hesaid he did.
I'm gonna act like I am who Godsays I am.
I'm gonna act like I'm redeemedby the blood of Jesus, no
matter how I feel or how thingslook.
I'm gonna act on the Word ofGod.
Then we call that faith.

(11:05):
In other words, what God callsfaith and what you call faith
has to match.
It just can't be your, yourdefinition.
It's got to match what Godcalls faith.
Once it matches, all things arepossible.
So the second kind of unbeliefis what?

(11:26):
Unpersuaded to do what?
Act on the word.
How many ever heard the wordand you just said I don't want
to do that.
Nobody in here, anybody overhere, anybody here.
I know preachers.
I am a preacher.
We do have that problem.
We know what the word says.
We just don't want to do that.
So this kind of unbelief, unpersuaded act on the word, is

(11:47):
also called disobedience.
You don't want to obey the word, so is unpersuaded act on the
word?
Is that curable?
Sorry, I do laugh while I'mpreaching.
It's not at anybody inparticular, it's just my daddy

(12:09):
said it's a mighty poor preacherthat can't help himself.
So if you don't enjoy your ownpreaching and you have to do
this for 50 years, it's amiserable thing to do.
So if you see me laughing, thatmeans I'm enjoying what I do.
I like what I do, so praise theLord, hallelujah.
It's helped me a lot.
Look at somebody and say he'sbeen helped a lot by that.
So it's helped him a lot.
So you have to bring yourselfto be a doer and to act on the

(12:34):
word.
Come on.
So I like to say, how would youact if you believe you receive
what the scripture says?
How would you act?
Come on, first thing you do isyou change your countenance, you
change the way you talk, youchange the way you walk, you
change the way you praise.
Come on.
In other words, your faith nowhas corresponding action.

(12:57):
So there's two kinds ofunbelief and both of those are
curable.
I know this goes.
So if unbelief is cur of thoseare curable, all right, now,
let's go.
So if unbelief is curable, there's nothing that is
incurable.
Let's try this out over here, because if you can believe, all
things are possible.
So if unbelief is curable, whoo, I said, if unbelief is curable

(13:21):
, there's nothing incurable.
There's no mountain you'refacing, no situation you're
dealing with.
That is permanent, that isstuck there and you cannot
change it.
Jesus said mountains will move.
Come on, your body will respondand all things are possible.

(13:42):
Come on, your finances willchange, your life will change
when you start exercising faithin God.
Whoo, whoo, come on.
So you may not be the bestlooking one here, you may not be

(14:02):
that impressive when we see you, but when you have faith in God
you're an amazing person.
When you have faith in God,come on, people judge people way
too much by external stuff.
But you got something on theinside of you called faith.
You have faith in God.
You have a measure of the Godkind of faith.

(14:24):
And Paul says you have the samespirit of faith.
That's what you got.
So don't gripe about what youdon't have.
Just know what you do have.
I know what I have.
I have faith in God.
So to cure unbelief.
Listen close to cure unbelief.
In Mark, chapter six, it saysthat Jesus marveled at their

(14:48):
unbelief.
Listen close to cure unbelief.
In mark, chapter six, it saysthat jesus marveled at their
unbelief.
Imagine if jesus was teaching.
You know, I mean you got theson of god.
You know you got the creator.
Here god manifests in the fleshand he's teaching and he wants
to do mighty things.
But there it says he could dono mighty work.
And what's the next part sayand he marveled at their
unbelief.
In other words, he's like hemarveled at their.

(15:12):
What unbelief?
Now I know the New Testamentpretty good.
I mean I don't think I'mmissing too much stuff.
But when I said he marveled attheir unbelief, I looked at word
marveled and from what I cantell in Matthew, mark, luke and
John, jesus only marveled twice.
Jesus only marveled twice, twotimes.
As far as we can tell, in 33years he only marveled twice.

(15:33):
So it says when he marveled, then the disciples were amazed
because I was like he don'tmarvel that much.
You know they're listening tohis teaching all the time, so he
don't marvel that much.
So so when it says he marveledat something, did you see that
he marveled?
They hadn't seen him marvel.
You know, in months he hadn'tmarveled, maybe in years, or

(15:54):
like he marveled, because if hemarveled he must have been
looking like he's marveling.
I don't know what he lookedlike or something.
But it says he marveled.
So Jesus must have meant whoa,so they don't seem marveled.

(16:14):
He marveled at their unbeliefand there he could not do any
mighty work.
And a lot of times people think, well, god can just do anything
he wants to because he's God.
He cannot.
According to Mark, chapter six,he cannot, he could do no
mighty work because of theirunbelief.

(16:36):
He wanted to.
How many believe God wants todo some stuff for us and we've
limited him by our unbelief?
Amen.
So you have to say, lord, Ibelieve, help me, get rid of
unbelief, get rid of doubt, amen.
So he marveled at theirunbelief.

(16:56):
So what's the cure for unbelief?
Read the next part of the verse, mark, chapter six.
It says and Jesus went aboutthe cities and villages,
teaching, teaching.
So jesus was a teacher, notjust a healer.
So a lot of times people wantyou to quit teaching so they can
get their healing, when reallyyou need them to get their
healing, so you can quitteaching.
So jesus was teaching.

(17:18):
Why was he teaching?
Because that's where faithcomes from.
Faith comes by hearing andhearing the word of god.
The moment you open your bible, come on, start reading it.
The devil knows he's in serioustrouble, because that's where
faith comes from.
Amen, in other words, to havefaith in god.

(17:39):
But now, in the new covenant, because of the death and
resurrection of Christ, we aretold not just to have faith in
God, but we are told to havefaith in the blood of Jesus.
Believe in the power of theblood of Jesus, that it cleanses
you from sin.
Come on, it opens heaven so youcan fellowship with the Father
God.
In other words, to have faithin God now, faith in what the

(18:02):
blood of Jesus has done for you,but have faith that it does
that in you and have faith thatit actually causes the enemy and
the devil to stop and hisstrategies against you.
Because your faith is in theblood redeemed, by the blood
saved, by the blood overcome, bythe blood blessed, because the
blood I call it slinging bloodeverywhere.

(18:24):
In other words, I apply theblood by faith with my voice and
my words.
So I faith in God, faith in theblood of Jesus, then I have
faith in the name of Jesus.
Acts 316.
You can just speak.
The name of she, not just what, the way some people say Jesus,

(18:45):
but his name, through faith inhis name, has made this man
whole made him strong.
In the name of Jesus, come onpain in your body.
Come on stuff coming againstyour mind.
You say Jesus, jesus, there'ssomething about that name.
Come on that demons tremblewhen you say that name.

(19:06):
Jesus.
Come on, heaven opens when yousay the name of Jesus.
So your faith in the name ofJesus Come on.
Spoken from the lips of abeliever Woo, I said I tried to
get.
I said spoken from the lips ofa believer Whoo, I said I said
spoken from the lips of abeliever, when you say Jesus,

(19:28):
jesus, jesus, come on, no matterwhat's coming against your mind
or your life or your family.
In the name of Jesus, you havebeen given authority.
In the name of Jesus.
So in the name of Jesus, Iplead the blood of Jesus to stop
every strategy of the devil, every demon coming against my

(19:50):
life.
In the name of Jesus, that fearhas to go and sickness has to
go, disease has to go.
Jesus, in the name of Jesus, Iplead the blood of Jesus.
Amen.
Jesus, in the name of Jesus, Iplead the blood of Jesus.
Amen.
Praise the Lord, hallelujah.

(20:12):
So faith in God, faith in God.
Come on now.
Have faith in God, have faithin God.
Have faith in God, I mean no,you can end a lot of
conversations with just thatphrase, right there, people keep
talking.
That's my problem.
I'm here my job, I'm examineyou go.

(20:33):
Could I say something?
Have faith in God.
Now, when I left home, went tomy daddy, said there is a God
and I'm not him, which basicallymeant he's not going to send me
no money.
He's like you better go get youa job and you better get to

(20:53):
work, because I ain't sendingyou no money.
Or he said you better learn howto have faith in God, because I
will not be the source for therest of your life.
Make God the source of yourlife instead of your daddy.
So, the El Shaddad, come on,get your eyes off the natural

(21:21):
and look to your Heavenly Father.
Come on, come on, you got andlook to your Heavenly Father.
Come on, come on, you got toknow who your real daddy is.
Come on, god is my father.
I Said God is my father.
My natural dad is limited, butmy Heavenly Father is unlimited.
Whoa Faith in God.

(21:42):
Smith Wigglesworth would say itthis way my father, god, always
takes care of me in grand style.
All right, let's try that onemore time.
I think y'all already know this.
You've heard me a few times.
Everybody say my father, god,my father, god, always, always
Takes care of me, takes care ofme In grand style, me in grand

(22:07):
style.
Lord, I believe.
Help me get rid of unbelief, because when you're talking lack
and whining, you're basicallyaccusing God of child abuse, but
if you say he's my father, healways takes care of me in grand
style.
Lord, forgive me for doubt.
Come on, when Peter was walkingon the water, I mean that's a
perfect story.
Matthew, chapter 14.

(22:28):
When Peter's walking on thewater, that's a great story.
I love reading it to this day.
I still fascinated, becausewalking on the water is a real
trick.
I mean you should try itsometime.
I mean I'd be pretty impressed.
Anybody could walk on the water.
I mean I'm like he's something.
I tell you that he walked onthe water and so you know the

(22:53):
storm's gone, lord, if that'syou, and Peter jumps out of the
boat, I think he probably jumpedout before he thought about it.
You know he's like whoa.
What have I done?
So he's out there walking onthe water and then what happened
?
He saw waves and the storm, andthe Bible says that he began to
sink and he said what, lord, help me.

(23:16):
So you never pray long prayers.
When you're sinking like that, you never real.
Or father, although when you'resinking like that, you never go
.
Or father, oh thou omnipotent, mighty God that has created the
heavens and the earth, and thatwhich all things are possible,
my God, that the compassion.
And now they said, lord, helpme.
How many ever said that?

(23:38):
I see a couple of y'all.
So, lord, help me, why I'mthinking man.
And so Jesus did what?
Of course he helped him.
He pulled him back.
So Peter actually walked on thewater, try right.
And so he got him up and and,and here's what Jesus said.
Here's what Jesus said to Peter.

(23:58):
Y'all want to know what he said.
I mean, this is a great pictureof Jesus, not really a
religious picture, because agreat religious picture is is,
is Jesus, you know, like a goodshepherd, and he's got a little
lamb there and he's like but nowthis is another picture of
Jesus, same Jesus.
And so Peter, then Jesus goes.

(24:20):
Why did you doubt?
I mean, you're like I'm theonly one that got out of the
boat.
I mean I should get some creditfor that.
I'm the only one that got outof the boat.
And then you're like, could Iat least have a hug or something
?
I mean, could I have a hug,because it's very discouraging.
It's very discouraging.
And then everybody saw mesinking.

(24:41):
Can't you at least give me ahug?
I mean, can't you at leastrebuke the other ones, because
they didn't even get out of theboat?
Instead you say, why did youdoubt, why did you die?
So Peter gives you a perfectpicture of doubt, because Peter

(25:07):
actually succeeded and failed.
So he gives you a picture ofhow to win and how to lose,
right?
So he just took his eyes off.
Jesus started looking at thecircumstances and the faith that
was having him on top.
Now he's thinking what happened.
A lot of times, faith can justbe defined by your focus, so the

(25:29):
devil can distract you.
Then doubt comes in.
So when he was locked in toJesus, man, he's walking.
But when he got distractedcircumstances and feelings, whoa
, come on and the doctor givesyou a bad report.
And then you Google it.
That means some people havestudied their disease.

(25:54):
Look, they'll name the diseaseafter you if you would like that
.
If they're like, we don'treally have a name for this,
what's your name?
Okay, we'll call it that, sothey can name a disease after
you.
You are a disease man, so a lotof times people study their

(26:17):
disease more than they studytheir redemption, more than they
study their redemption.
Are y'all still here?
You gotta get into the Word.
Come on and quit studyingcoronavirus.
I said you gotta in the Wordand start saying ah, surely he
has borne my griefs, mysicknesses, my diseases, and by

(26:38):
his stripes I am healed.
Praise the Lord.
That's where faith comes fromHearing and hearing, amen.
Then to act on the word Allright.
So have faith in God, faith inthe blood, faith in the name,
and then we have faith in theword of God.

(26:58):
Faith in God, faith in the word, and then we have faith in the
indwelling Holy Spirit.
In other words, you've beenborn again, so the Holy Ghost
lives in you, so you put him towork for you, so to speak.
How do you do that?
Have faith in the indwellingHoly Spirit.
In other words, you say HolySpirit, I know you're in me,

(27:18):
let's try this out over here.
Huh, yeah, I'm kind of quietover on this side over here.
We need a couple of shoutersover here anyway.
So you have, you have faith inthe Holy Spirit.
So you have faith that theSpirit of God lives in you.
I said he lives in you.
He didn't come in and check inon Sunday.
Check out, you know, inchurches over now.

(27:39):
He lives in you permanently,forever.
So you have faith that he livesin you.
So you say Holy Spirit, I knowyou're in me, you're my helper,
my strengthener, my intercessor,my advocate.
Holy Spirit, you rise up on theinside of me.
Greater is he that's in me thanhe that's in the world.
Holy Spirit, I know you live inme.

(28:01):
Amen, amen.
So different scriptures helpdifferent people, but with my
wife.
Romans 8, 11.
Yes, come on if you have abrain tumor that's inoperable
and the neurosurgeon says you'regonna be paralyzed for the rest
of your life.
But I got a word from God Comeon, didn't come from the
neurosurgeon.

(28:21):
I got a word from God.
Come on, didn't come from theneurosurgeon.
I got a word from God and itsays the same spirit that raised
Christ from the dead lives onthe inside of me and he gives
life to my mortal body.
That was Trentus scripture.
Romans 8, 11 is the same spiritthat raised Jesus from the dead

(28:43):
Lives in me.
Come on, act like he's livingin you.
Come on, he's living in you.
Come on, get a wild look onyour face, like I got the spirit
of God living on the inside ofme.
I got the spirit of God, theHoly Ghost himself, living in me
.
I got the Spirit of God, theHoly Ghost himself, living in me
and he does what.

(29:05):
He quickens my mortal body.
That means my blood, my bones,my liver, my kidneys.
Come on my heart, my lungs.
He quickens my mortal body, whoo, come on.
That means he heals my mortalbody.
Praise the Lord Woo.
And the tumor disappeared.

(29:31):
Hallelujah, woo, woo, woo.
Go ahead and laugh for a minute, say ha ha, ha.
All right, let me try to giveyou a couple more scriptures

(29:52):
here.
So you have faith in God.
Listen now, but not just infaith in God.
That's way up in heaven on thethrone with angels flying around
, holy, holy, holy.
Listen, because of the blood ofJesus and the new covenant.

(30:13):
You have faith in God.
That lives in you.
So your help ain't that faraway.
Let's try that again.
I said your help ain't that faraway.
Let's try that.
I say your help and that faraway.
I said your help, your help athat far away.
Come on, just have faith in theindwelling Holy Spirit.
Now, why does it say Romans a11, that he will quicken your

(30:35):
mortal body?
Why does it say that?
I think it says that becausemany times people try to keep
the Spirit of God in the work ofGod only in the spiritual realm
.
Like he can help you in thespiritual realm.
But he don't just help you inthe spiritual realm, he jumps in
your body.
Once he quickens your body, you're like ooh, I'm wired man.

(30:58):
Come on, something's happeningin my body.
I said something happened in mybody, not just in my spirit,
not just someday when I go toheaven, but right now.
Something is happening in mybody, in my blood, in my bones.
Something's happening in mybody right now.
Come on, life is flowing in mybody.

(31:20):
Come on, healing is flowing inmy body.
Come on, healing is flowing inmy body.
Strength is flowing in my bodyright now.
My body is a temple of the HolyGhost, amen.
Go ahead and laugh for me andsay, huh, come on, look at

(31:41):
somebody.
Something happening in my bodyright now.
Something's happening in mybody right now.
What's happening in my body?
Not just in my spirit, not injust some eternal part of me,
but in the me.
You see my body quicken.
Woo, all right, go to Mark 11,23, because we're just now.
This is the introduction.

(32:01):
So when Jesus says to havefaith in God in verse 23, jesus
is gonna make it so simple thatyou need a theologian to get
confused about it.
Say well, that guy, he got aPhD.
You know Well that meanspost-doctor.

(32:23):
Listen, care, whether he got aPhD or not.
Jesus got a PhD.
Come on, he created everythingyou can see.
So I heard what Jesus had tosay about it.
Jesus said here is how faithworks.
He said verily, I say unto youthat whosoever shall say unto

(32:47):
this mountain, be thou removedand be thou cast into the sea,
and shall not doubt in his heartbut shall believe that those
things which he saith shall cometo pass.

(33:07):
He shall have whatsoever hesaith, whoo Amen.
Now, if you can get thrilledabout that, I said, if you can
get happy about that, come on,don't just leave it stuck in the
Bible from 2,000 years ago.
Bring it out to your house andsay let's put this thing to work
around here.
So we call this the authorityof the believer, which means you

(33:30):
don't have to be a preacher.
You don't have to be a pastor, you don't have to be a bishop,
you don't have to be a prophet.
You don't have to be anonprofit.
You don't have to be anon-profit.
You don't have to be anevangelist.
You don't have to be on TV.
Come on now.
You don't even have to be goodlooking.
He said all you got to do is bea believer.

(33:52):
Do we have any believers?
I'm just wondering if I haveany believers.
I mean, just being a believermakes you a pretty incredible
influence in the world.
That immediately, when you havefaith in God, you're no longer
just a victim of whatever'sgoing on around you, amen.
So Jesus said your authority asa believer operates through

(34:17):
your words.
Or you can say through yourvoice.
Your authority as a believeroperates through your voice or
through your words, or you cansay it this way if your faith is
not strong enough to move yourmouth, it will never move a
mountain.
So a lot of times people havefaith but they never release or

(34:38):
exercise their faith.
So your faith has to be strongenough to do what Move your
mouth.
So we call this the authorityof the believer.
Now listen close On theauthority of the believer.
I learned from Kenneth E Hagan, from Dad Hagan I've got big
signs up in my office and myhouse that says go teach my

(34:59):
people faith.
And it's a big sign at myoffice at house that says go
teach my people faith.
And it's a big sign at myoffice at my house go teach my
people faith.
I got that from kenneth hagenbecause he was healed of those
diseases and then he learned howfaith worked and so the lord
jesus told him your assignmentis to go teach my people faith.
And he said the lord actuallytold him don't preach on it,

(35:22):
teach my people faith.
And he said the Lord actuallytold him don't preach on it,
teach on.
He said I don't want you justhollering about it, I want you
to teach people or explain howfaith works so that anybody can
do it.
So he would.
Dad Hagen would teach on faithso much I thought he ran out of
sermon material because I meanI'm around a lot of preachers.
My dad's a pastor so we havehundreds of preachers coming
through that church and the oneI just liked the most was was

(35:42):
kenneth, because he would justteach and he would teach you
every day on a lot on faith andthat was his assignment go teach
my people faith.
And so dad hagan set me freefrom the fear of repetitionition
is the mother of learning.
So repetition so many times.
Jesus would say didn't I tellyou how many of y'all got kids?

(36:05):
Anyway?
Didn't I tell you, let's trythis out over here, didn't I
tell you?
Well, god's got kids, didn't Itell you?
So here's what Jesus said thatwhosoever shall say you know.
So Jesus telling you how faithworks, we call this if are the

(36:27):
believer.
Now here's what I learned fromdad Hagen.
Y'all still with me here.
How many?
I'll give me?
Like five more minutes, no more.
How many I'll give me fiveminutes?
Are there's five, ten, fifteen,15, 20, so all right.
So if y'all have to leave,we'll be back tonight at 6

(36:47):
o'clock.
If you have to leave, go get asandwich.
You come back 6 o'clock tonight.
Is that right past 6 o'clock, all right?
So, so, so I'm have to listento that, hey.
And I was 17 years old when Ifirst started hearing him teach
and he said if you're not happywith what you have in life,
check out what you've beensaying, not just at church.

(37:07):
You have whatsoever he saysmeans.
Your words affect you every day.
So he said if you're not happy, what you have, check out what
you think.
Well, I was 17.
I wasn't happy.
There's a lot of unhappyteenager.
I was 17.
I wasn't happy.
You don't have to wait tillyou're 40 to be unhappy.
You don't have to wait till youget married to be unhappy.

(37:29):
All the married people staringat me listen.
If you think marriage is gonnacure unhappiness, you have a few
people you need to talk toListen.
Only Jesus is going to cureyour unhappiness.
So you better cure thatyourself, because that woman or

(37:51):
that man, he ain't going to cureit for you.
So the most difficult personI've ever had to deal with is
myself, I think.
Well, was that PresidentRoosevelt that said?
If you could find the personthat's giving you the most
trouble in life and kick themrepeatedly in the seat of the
pants, you would not be able towalk for a week.
So so the most difficult personyou've ever dealt with, it's

(38:16):
just look in the mirror and talkto yourself, say I'm, say I'm
getting tired of your attitude, and then tell yourself don't
look down while I'm talking toyou.
Look at me and then say we havelocated the problem and it's
you and it's right underneathyour nose and it ain't your

(38:37):
mustache, it's your mouth.
How many of you have get yourmouth get loose on you?
Your mouth, your tongue, yeah.
And you said stuff.
And later on you're like well,I don't know why.
I said yeah.
And James, chapter 3, says yourtongue is like no man can tame
it, only God contain metal,right?
Somebody said what good is itif you can talk in tongues and

(38:58):
you're mean in English?
So so that one preacher.
He said we're gonna have all tocall y'all, come and put your
tongue on the altar, but Some ofy'all train long enough for
some of y'all anyway.
So so your tongue, your words, right.
And so Jesus said the speakingof the saying, part of faith, of

(39:24):
the authority of believer, isnot just an accessory, it is
mandatory, right.
So if you don't learn yourauthority, believer, then you
will be a victim of the devil.
And so I learned from dad Haganthis one thing and listen, it's
amazing in his book called Ibelieve in visions.
It's a book he had sevenvisions of Jesus and you can

(39:47):
read the book and it says in oneof those visions he's talking
to Jesus about his life you knowministry and he's having a
vision of Jesus and a demonjumps in the middle of that.
A demon, like he said, lookkind of monkey like type of a
demon, jumped in the middle ofthat.
A demon, like he said, lookedkind of monkey-like type of a
demon, jumped in the middle ofit and started screaming and
going, making all kinds of noise.

(40:07):
And so Jesus is still talkingbut he can't understand.
So he needs to hear what Jesusis telling him.
And that demon's screaming andmaking all this noise and he
can't understand him.
So he's thinking why don'tJesus do something about that
devil?
He said he kept waiting forJesus to do something about that
devil and he said I can't hearwhat he's got to say.

(40:29):
So Jesus didn't do nothingabout the devil.
So finally Dad Hagin said Isaid to the devil you shut up
and get out of here in the nameof Jesus.
Demon fell down and ran off andnow I can hear Jesus and he
said Lord, why didn't you dosomething about that devil?
And he said the Lord told him, said I couldn't.
He said now, lord, I know youmean you wouldn't.

(40:49):
No, he said I couldn't.
He said after I was raised fromthe dead, I delegated my
authority in the earth, to thechurch, to the believer.
So if you hadn't done somethingabout that devil, I couldn't
have.
So you have to get the book andread that chapter, because he
said you have to give me fourscriptures that prove that.
And so the Lord gave him fourscriptures to prove it.

(41:11):
That if you hadn't donesomething about that devil, all
right, let's try that again.
Let me just stand over here.
I need to stretch a little bit.
So y'all still with me here.
So a lot of us are waiting forGod to do something about that,

(41:35):
when he has delegated thatauthority to you, woo.
And so when Jesus teaches onthe authority of the believer,
he's just saying you have thisauthority, I've delegated it to
you so that what you say to themountain, the mountain will have
to obey you.
So your words give youauthority over devils and demons

(42:00):
and evil spirits.
So when you resist the devil,he will run from you.
Come on.
Actually, when it says he'llflee from you means he will run
in terror.
Come on, demons are literallyafraid of you.
In other words, when you useyour authority, come on now.

(42:22):
In the name of Jesus, in theblood of Jesus, through the
power of the Holy Ghost demonstremble and run in fear.
Woo, come on, you don't have tolet the devil dominate you.
You don't have to let the deviltorment you and harass you.

(42:42):
In the name of Jesus, you haveauthority.
You gotta open your mouth andsay something about it.
Woo, are y'all ready?
All right, let me try to finishthis up, because this is an
introduction here.
So tonight we'll try to giveyou point number two, all right?
So whosoever shall say, inother words, your authority, or

(43:08):
you can say it this way ifyou're silent, the devil's just
going to keep beating on you.
And when you get tired of it Isaid when you get tired of it
instead of letting fear dominateyou, come on Letting the enemy
harass your mind withimaginations and thoughts, come
on Anxiety.

(43:28):
But when you get tired of it,remember what you heard at
church.
You don't have to put up withthat.
In the name of Jesus, by theblood of Jesus, if you will say
your voice or your words, by theblood of Jesus, if you will say
your voice or your words, giveyou authority, he shall have

(43:52):
whatsoever.
Whosoever shall have whatsoever.
Whoo, have whatsoever.
Whoa.
When you take God's Word andput it in your mouth, I call it
mouth-to-mouth resuscitationfrom God Jesus.
You take the Word of God put inyour mouth and you sound just

(44:14):
like God.
You know my older brother, hisvoice in my voice and my son.
Actually, they say there's agenetic connection between the
sound of your voice, part ofyour identity, your voice.
I like to say your voice isyour address in the realm of the

(44:37):
spirit when you lift your voice, my, my perfect example is
acceptor 16, verse 25.
So when you have and check outthat video, act 1625, this is at
midnight, paul, in silence, inprison, backed, bleeding, your
hands down, feet down to, and atmidnight, darkest hour, in pain
, bleed.

(44:57):
This is a lifted their voiceand began to sing praises to God
.
And it says and the prisonersheard them and the power of God.
Anybody here believe in thepower of God?
The power of God came down ontheir address, shook the whole
prison.
Every door came open and thechains fell off and they walked

(45:22):
out free.
I mean you wouldn't wanna be inthe deepest part of prison and
you start praising God and thenyou hear later that a prison
across town had a breakout.
Now you're like God, you missed.
No, your voice is your address,in other words, the power of
God came down to their exactlocation.

(45:42):
That power will come into yourbedroom in the middle of the
night, but come on, the powergotta come to your exact
location.
And they lifted their voice, singing praises to God.
Thank you, jesus.
Imagine that.
Imagine what they could havebeen doing, complaining and
whining and talking about howbad they felt and how they were

(46:03):
hurt.
Come on, they could have doneall that and sit at midnight
they started singing praise toGod.
Somebody said that's thehighest kind of faith, right
there, singing praise to God.
So I thought I imagine Paul andSilas.
And here we are in prison, hands bound, feet bound, dark
prison, backs bleeding, and theycould have said all right,

(46:23):
devil, look like you did a goodjob.
You got me embarrassed, let mebow, I'm in pain, hands are
bound, feet about.
But, mr Devil, you made onemistake.
You should have taped my mouthshut.
You made a big mistake.
You got my hands, you got myfeet, you got me hurting.

(46:45):
But, mr devil, you made a bigmistake.
You should have had some ducttape.
You should take my mouth shut, cuz long as I can move my mouth,
I can move a mountain.
Long as I can move my mouth.
Come on, how many of y'all canstill move your mouth?

(47:06):
Can you still move your mouth?
I said can you still move yourmouth?
Surely you can move your mouth.
Come on.
When you can't move nothingelse, you can move your mouth.
Ah, use your mouth, use yourword, use your voice.
Start praising God.
Start singing praise to God.

(47:27):
Use your voice.
All right, stand on your feetand praise the Lord.
Come on, how many of y'all canstill move your mouth?
Listen, if you're gonna live byfaith and somebody said it this

(47:47):
way God would not design a planfor your life that did not
require faith.
And there's no such thing asunchallenged faith.
In other words, the enemy willchallenge you as soon as you say
it.
But if you'll hold fast, comeon.
If you'll lift your voice, comeon.
Speak in the word Giving praiseto God.

(48:09):
Demons have to leave.
Amen.
The chains fall off.
Doors come open, come on, nomatter what you're dealing with.
Amen Wigglesworth said anyperson can be changed by faith,
no matter how they may befettered or bound.
That means the devil cannotmake a bondage.
Your faith cannot break off ofyou.
So when you have faith in God,everybody say this I have faith

(48:32):
in God.
I have a measure of the Godkind of faith.
I have the same spirit of faith.
I believe and I speak.
I believe and I say and I am awhosoever and I have whatsoever

(48:56):
that I say I have faith in God,I have faith in the blood of
Jesus.
I have faith in the blood ofJesus.
I have faith in the name ofJesus.
I have faith in the word of God.
I have faith in the indwellingHoly Spirit.
The greater one lives in me.
I will not be silent.
I lift my voice Jesus is myLord.

(49:18):
I boldly declare Christ hasredeemed me.
Jesus is my Lord.
I boldly declare Christ hasredeemed me.
Jesus is my Lord.
Satan cannot dominate me.
Sin cannot dominate me.
Old habits cannot dominate me,sickness cannot dominate me.
Jesus is my Lord and I'm gonnasay it.

(49:39):
I'm not gonna be quiet about itand I have what I say.
And demons have to flee andmountains have to move.
I have faith in God.
I am a believer, I'm not adoubter.
Come on, give the Lord a shout.
