In this episode, Anna, Janet and Juli interview Ali Sauter who shares with us her experience with being a cancer survivor and how biking has helped her through this life altering journey and how she start WOW - Wellness on Wheels www.wellnessonwheelsvt.com, a non-profit where she empowers survivors through outdoor exploration and accomplishment through mountain biking.  In our bike parts segment we explore the chain ring.
