From November 15th to December 31st, 2024, all active, paying HighLevel customers get free access to the AI Employee suite of features.

AI Employee features include:

• Voice AI (AI Agents): AI-powered voice agents for handling calls.

• Conversation AI: AI-powered chatbots for automated conversations.

• Reviews AI: AI tools to manage and generate reviews.

• Funnel & Website AI: AI assistance for building funnels and websites.

• Content AI: AI tools to generate content like articles and images.

• Workflow AI Assistant: AI assistance to automate workflows.

All active paying HighLevel customers are eligible. Trial users will incur usage charges for AI Employee features.

1. Go to your Sub-Account.

2. Navigate to the AI Employee Promo tab.

3. Opt-in to the promotion.

4. Select your preferred billing method (per-usage or $97/month unlimited plan) for after the promotion ends.

No, AI usage fees for the AI Employee features are waived during the promotion. However, standard charges for LC phone usage will still apply.

Your billing will revert to the method you selected when you opted into the promotion. You can choose between:

• Pay-per-usage: You pay for each AI Employee feature you use based on the rates listed in the promotion details.

• Unlimited AI Employee Plan: You pay a flat monthly fee of $97 for unlimited access to all AI Employee features.

HighLevel encourages all businesses to fully explore the capabilities of AI. While true unlimited usage is intended, a fair use policy may be applied to cap usage if abuse is suspected.

No affiliate commissions are earned during the free promotion period. After December 31st, 2024, commissions will be paid to affiliates on sub-accounts that sign up for the $97/month unlimited plan using an affiliate code. No commissions apply to accounts using the pay-per-usage model.
