(01:47):
that you will continue to makeus ahead and not the tail.
I pray for my brothers and mysisters in christ all around the

In jesus christ's name, I dopray.
Amen, amen, all right, y'all.
Um, if you did not listen toyesterday's episode, amen, where
(02:10):
we started um Genesis three, Iwant to ask you to stop.
Go ahead and listen to that one, and then you come back to this
.
Amen.
Uh, you want to get thefullness?
Amen, I'm a I, I myself, I wantthe fullness.
You know you can tell me to goto one verse in the bible, amen,
but I'm gonna look at, I'mgonna read the whole chapter.
(02:31):
Amen, because I want thefullness.
Yeah, come on, somebody get thefullness of what god had to
give to you.
Hallelujah, amen.
And the word is packed, packed, packed with so much truth, so
much virtue, so much.
I mean because it is the truth.
Hallelujah, amen, it will fillyour soul, hallelujah.
(02:53):
Okay, y'all, three minutes in.
I hope y'all are ready.
I am ready.
We picking up at the seventhverse Amen.
And we have been talking, or westarted yesterday talking,
about how man failed Amen, howthe serpent played on the
weakness of the woman, amen.
(03:14):
So verse 7,.
He says, and the eyes of themboth were open, boom.
He says they knew that theywere naked and they saw that
they were naked and they sawthose big leaves together and
made themselves papers.
So the eyes are open and nowthey're naked.
(03:34):
They see that they're naked andthey are ashamed of what they
are seeing.
Like, oh my gosh, he's naked.
Oh my gosh, he got this and hegot that.
Like, whoa, what in the worldyou should have on clothes?
You heard me, come on somebody.
So this is where they arementally like, wow, this is the
same reaction that we have whenwe see somebody naked.
(03:56):
Amen, even though the differencebetween Adam and Eve and us and
other folks, we don't know them.
They, they knew each other andthey still was ashamed.
Come on, somebody, jesus, look,he says, and heard the voice of
the Lord God walking in thegarden, the voice of God walking
(04:17):
in the garden in the cool ofthe day, and Adam and his wife
hid themselves from the presenceof the Lord God among the trees
of the garden.
So they hid themselves from God, god Almighty, who's everywhere
.
At the same time, they tried tohide from Him.
(04:40):
Isn't it amazing how we try tohide from God in plain sight, we
try to hide what we do from him, when he's everywhere.
At the same time, he alreadyknows what we done, did
Hallelujah.
He, in a sense, wants us to ownwhat we've done, for us to be
(05:02):
accountable.
Look at it, look, verse 9 9.
He said and the lord god calledunto adam and said unto him
where art thou?
He already knew where he was.
Come on, he said.
And he said uh, he said I heardthy voice in the garden and I
was afraid.
All of a sudden they are afraidof the one that they've been so
(05:23):
open with and in love with.
Now they are afraid, fearfullyafraid, said because I was naked
and I hid myself, he said.
He said who told thee that thouwas naked.
Who told you that?
Come on, who told you that?
Like, oh no, amen, they are now.
(05:46):
He already know what they did.
He's holding them accountable, like what you do and how you
know you was naked.
He says hast thou eaten of thetree thereof?
I commanded thee that thoushouldest not eat.
He said again accountability.
Did you eat off the tree?
Don't we ask our kids that, didyou do this?
(06:07):
Did you do that?
We already know that they did.
But we ask them anyhow Foraccountability so they are aware
they can acknowledge I havedone something wrong.
I've done something that youtold me not to do.
He says verse 12, and the mansaid the woman thou gavest to be
(06:30):
with me.
He said she gave me of the treeand I did eat.
So he already knew better.
But then he decides I'm goingto point the finger at her, it's
her fault, it ain't my fault.
Don't we do that in our society?
I did it, but it's not my fault.
They did it, they made me do it.
This, this, that and the otherhappened.
(06:51):
Well, adam decides well, I'mgoing to blame you, god, I'm
going to blame you, dad.
You're the one who gave her tome.
She gave it to me and I hate it.
Well, it ain't my fault.
And the Lord God said, verse 13, unto the woman what is this
that thou hast done?
And the woman said serpentbeguiled me, and I did eat.
(07:13):
Now, they don't have no excuse, they just like well, he like
well, how did you do this?
Why did you do this?
Come on, man, I told you not todo this.
He said well, he tricked me, he, he, he, he messed with my head
, he, he put it right in frontof me and I, I couldn't, I
couldn't get away, couldn't getaway from me.
(07:35):
I just wanted it and I hate it.
Hallelujah, amen.
I didn't know I could dotheatrics y'all, but hey, come
on somebody.
Hallelujah, he like, she, like.
That way, he tricked me, I, Idon't got no excuse, I hate it.
Yeah, sometimes we get to thatpoint, most times we get there.
But well, I, I really don'tspecial kids.
(07:55):
Well, I, I don't know, I hateit, I took it, I did this, I did
that, you know, because I'mcaught red-handed.
Ain't nothing I can do toexcuse what I did.
But Adam, adam just said well, you gave it to me, she did it,
she told me to eat it and I ateit.
And what does Eve do?
(08:17):
She blames somebody too.
She blames the serpent.
Well, he tricked me, so I ateit, even though he already told
him not eat it.
He already told him in thebeginning do not eat of this
tree.
Do not eat of this tree.
If you eat it you're gonna die.
He wasn't specific in regard tolike a spiritual death and a
(08:41):
carnal death.
He wasn't specific.
But with the type ofrelationship that they had, they
should have understood thedynamics of what the Lord had
told them when he created them.
You heard me, hallelujah, let'sgo a little further.
Look at 14.
And the Lord said or and theLord God said unto the serpent
(09:02):
Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle
and above every beast of thefield.
Upon thy belly shalt thou go.
Thus shalt thou eat all thedays of my, all the days of thy
life, amen.
So he says to the serpent oh,buddy, you done messed up.
(09:23):
Now You're cursed.
Hey, you're the worst, you'rethe curse out of everything and
anything that I have created.
You are not really a curse forthe animals so much, or anything
else that he created, but theanimals are alive and they're
(09:45):
moving and creeping and doingthis, that and the other, but
they can't.
They don't have a personalrelationship with god, they
can't talk to god.
Okay, um, this I'm trying totrying to.
I'm seeing it in my mind, waiting on the spirit.
Uh, it lets us know.
He said upon thy belly thoushalt go.
He says so that lets us knowthat he's a snake in the grass,
(10:09):
slick, crafty, he sits back, waits for the perfect time to
attack.
He literally gave him, hecursed his nature.
Do you understand what I'msaying, jesus?
That was a word right.
He cursed his nature.
Amen.
The curse fell upon all that hedoes and all that he says and
(10:39):
the reality that this curse, theway that he describes it in
verse 14, the out of a snake, this curse, the way that he
describes it in verse 14, theanimal snake.
I believe that this is why hesays you're cursed above all of
the other animals, because trueenough, this description of what
he's saying about the curse tothis animal, it is the nature of
(11:06):
Satan.
What you got to understand isthat the serpent or the snake
don't always come in that form.
The serpent, the snake, this isabout his character and his
nature.
You got to be able to recognizethe serpent when he creeps in
your house.
In his nature you got to beable to recognize the serpent
(11:27):
when he creeps In your house.
Hallelujah, come on, take aminute, Amen.
When he creeps in your houseNow, I don't necessarily mean
your house literally, but thisis a figuratively, a figurative
thing Hallelujah, he will creepon you.
You can represent your house, you, you can represent your
(11:51):
house.
Your house can represent yourhouse.
Your people that are connectedto you can represent your house.
Come on somebody, your moneycan represent your house.
Satan will come and try to keepcreeping in and take your house
down.
You heard me.
He comes to what steal, killand destroy.
Hallelujah.
He said, verse 15 I will enmitybetween thee and the one.
(12:16):
Now he's talking to adam.
He said between thy seed andher seed, it shall bruise thy
head and thou shalt bruise hisheel.
He's talking about theirchildren, amen.
And I'm talking about Adam andEve.
He says to them he says I'mgoing to put a divide.
(12:40):
You see, at one time and onebefore they fell, they was in
unison.
I mean, it was whatever adamsaid.
I'm sure it was like donewhatever they wanted, it was
done.
There was no issue, there wasno problems.
He said you know the seed, whatyou produce, will not work
together, but push against eachother.
(13:00):
One will try to be above theother.
This is why I say he said itshall bruise thy head and thou
shalt bruise his heel.
It's like it's constantly goingto be a war fight within your
house.
That is not good.
You don't want to be fightingin your house, hallelujah.
You want to keep your peace.
You heard me, hallelujah.
(13:21):
Look at 16, he said, and untothe, he said.
So he's talking to both of them.
And then he turns directly tothe woman.
He says I will greatly multiplythy sorrow, he said, and thy
conception?
Okay, so because the woman wasthe leader of the fall, he says
(13:43):
you know that sensitivity thatwe as women have, he said that
thing is going to be lifted up alot higher.
So a lot of sensitivity that wehave, we don't necessarily in
the beginning it wasn't so.
Do you hear me?
We have a call and a heart tonurture, but it's hard when folk
(14:04):
don't want to be nurtured, hallelujah, amen.
When you have a desire tonurture, it ain hard when folk
don't want to be nurtured, hallelujah, amen.
When you own, when you have adesire to nurture and ain't
nobody to nurture, hallelujah.
You wind up with a broken heartand you wind up with things
feeling some type of way.
This is the root of why you gotthat fruit, why we all have
that fruit.
Look, it's women, he says.
And thy conception?
(14:25):
He says, in sorrow, thou shaltbring forth children.
And he said and thy desireshall be to thy husband and he
shall rule over you.
So when we look at this, hesays I will greatly multiply the
sorrow, explain that.
(14:46):
And thy conception.
So you look, having childrenwon't be as easy as it was.
Okay, he says, and in sorrow, thou shalt bring forth children,
you'll have children, but thechildren won't be.
The having of children won't bewhat he desired it to be,
(15:10):
because there is a separation.
Oh my gosh.
I mean, when you look at howGod has, how he knit that
relationship together in thebeginning of Adam and Eve, and
the fact they decided toseparate from him because of
disobedience, I mean that was aheavy price to pay.
(15:32):
When you really, uh, dig intothis thing, he says that that
desire shall be to that husbandand he shall rule over over
these.
So that lets us know that theywere equal at one time.
But now, um, her stature, orher, her, um, I would I don't
(15:56):
want to say her voice is the myis is limited, but now adam has
total responsibility over her.
I mean, at the end of the day, this weight is heavy, but it's
even heavier for Adam because hehas to bear now the
responsibility of the actions ofhis wife, he said.
(16:20):
And unto Adam he said verse 17,y'all is because hast hearkened
unto the voice of thy wife.
You listen to her before youlisten to me.
He said and has eaten of thetree of which I commanded thee
say thou shalt not eat of it.
Cursed is the ground for thysake, in sorrow Shalt thou eat
(16:46):
of it all the days of thy life.
Thorns also, and thistles shallit bring forth to thee.
And thou shalt eat the herb ofthe field in the sweat of thy
face.
Thou shalt shalt thou eat breadtill thou return unto the
ground.
And he says For out of it Wasthou taken For dust thou art,
(17:10):
and unto dust shalt thou return.
That lets us know those threeverses.
Let us know how precious therelationship Was to God.
There was nothing that Adam orEve could not do or have.
Everything was theirs.
(17:32):
And now, instead of that wordbeing.
You know, oh, today I want abologna sandwich.
Today I want a piece of steak.
Today I want a steak and bakedpotato.
Today I want some chicken wings.
Today I want this, and today Iwant a piece of steak.
Today I want steak and bakedpotato.
Today I want some chicken wings.
Today I want this, and today Iwant that, and just sit around
and just wait for it to come andI don't have to do a whole lot
(17:55):
of work, just make sure thingsare in order.
Now you got to work for thatthing.
Now you got a whole bunch oftrouble that's going to come
your way now.
You got to dig for truth.
Now you got to move stuff outof your way.
Now things won't be like amagnet to you, but you're going
to have to go and get that thing.
This is the level of I wouldsay this is the level of I want
(18:27):
to say almost.
It kind of hurt his feelings, hurt God's feelings, that they
were disobedient.
And it's like the same as aparent, when a child is
disobedient to their parentbecause I have children that
hurts, yeah, especially whenwe've given them something that
is precious to us.
(18:47):
You know, kind of like a parentwho leaves their child
everything after they pass away, and then they just squander it.
They just waste it.
They had no care for it.
They just threw it away, justthrew it in the garbage, garbage
or whatever have you.
They had no care for it.
You know, that's what thatfeeling is like, and this is the
(19:08):
feeling that seems to be thatthe Lord has in regard to Adam
and Eve Amen.
So I think I'm going to stopright there.
I'm looking at the time.
I don't want way over where Iused to go.
I'm going to stop right there.
Yeah, and we're going to pickup on next week with verse 20.
(19:31):
So you make sure you mark yourBible, or make sure that you
come back and listen as you'reriding along for work or getting
off from work or wheneveryou're listening to it.
We're going to stop right there, put a marker at verse 20.
And so let's go ahead.
Let's go ahead and pray, father,we thank you so much again for
this day and thank you so muchfor this word on tonight
(19:54):
afternoon, for whenever they'relistening to it.
Thank you, god, um.
We pray that you'll continue tohave your way in and through us
.
I pray that we would would bemindful and be sober and
vigilant, as you teach us inyour word, that the serpent
comes forth.
He comes to steal, kill anddestroy, that he's like a
roaring lion seeking whom he candevour.
(20:16):
He is on alert.
But again, as we did in thebeginning of our prayer, we
counsel the assignment of theenemy.
The blood of Jesus willcontinue to reign over us all
each and every day.
Father, we are so very gratefuland thankful for life in itself
.
We just bless your name as webless your people.
(20:37):
We pray this prayer.
We ask it all In the preciousname of Jesus Christ.
We do pray Amen, amen and amen, hallelujah, all right, y'all.
