Podcast.
We are on our first unit ofpraise this week.
Remember, it only takes a fewminutes a day and you can
memorize these scriptures.
It can be done in traffic,while shaving, at sunup, before
you go to bed.

This unit is going to be onpraise and our first one is 1
Peter, 1, 3.
Blessed be the God and Fatherof our Lord Jesus Christ.

Blessed be the God and Fatherof our Lord Jesus Christ, who,
according to his abundant mercy,has begotten us again to a
living hope through theresurrection of Jesus Christ
from the dead.
I was reading some informationon this one and I kind of like
this little blurp that I found.
It said if you were a sentence,what mark of punctuation would

follow you?
Is your life a question markbecause you're without answers?
Is it a comma because you're intransition?
Is it a period becauseeverything's at a standstill, or
a dash because you're in acontinual rush?
This verse puts an exclamationpoint to our lives.
It's a verse of praise.

(01:28):
It's a verse of worship, sentaround God and the Father of our
Lord Jesus.
It's a verse of joy he's givenus new birth into a living hope.
It's a verse of victory basedon the resurrection of Jesus
Christ from the dead.
Memor.
Memorize it.
It's important.
Now let's go back up here tohear it, read it, write it,

Because I heard something theother day that I thought was
really interesting and I saythis with every one of my

And they were talking aboutthose specific things, but they
said the most important one ofthem is to write it, not type it

Putting your hand on the penand writing the words really
help them come to your memory.
