(00:12):
He. Wakes in a world where the
shadows sing a crown of Starlight.
He's a wandering king, clouds part for his steps.
This guy's been to his will in arealm of his making.
Time stands still, living in a fantasy where the heart runs
(00:36):
free, chasing dreams that only he can see.
Castles in the air, no change tobind.
He's a man lost in the maze of his mine.
(01:13):
Golden rivers flow where he carves their streams.
Mountains bellow to his whispered dreams.
He talks to the wind. It answers his call, but the
mirror's empty and the. Night.
Well, hello ladies and gentlemen, my name is Brett
(01:34):

wonderful day out there. When you get an opportunity,
check out my radio station on Spotify, Amazon Music and many
other outlets. Also check out my new album as
well as book release on my website.
Hope you all enjoy. The links will be down in the

comments for you to convenientlyclick and go to and visit.
Unfortunately I have a hard timegetting some of my video game
footage off of the Xbox. I can put it on twitch but if
you try to download it, it couldtake hours on end to do that.
(02:16):
I don't know why Twitch has it set up that way, but it is.
So what you're watching is basically game footage that I've
already recorded and I'm going to be overdubbing my voice to
it. I hope you guys don't mind.
It's still me playing the video game.
It's still my footage so and you'll be able to see when you
(02:37):
see my character. It looks exactly like me,
beautiful, sexy and awesome all over.
So it is what it is. Today we're going to talk about
the gaming industry and how muchthey fucking piss me off.
I'm sure a lot of you are angry, but you're going to be even
angrier whenever you hear some of the news.
Apparently sales prices on videogames are going to go up.
(03:00):
At this point they were already 70 to $80.00 and shit, and
that's what the just the standard version, not some kind
of deluxe or crazy shit where you get a couple of new fucking
lucky charm toys along with yourgame.
They're bringing it up to around80 to $100 per game.
And I hope there's good fucking reason for that, because these
(03:23):
games, they cost an entire fortune.
My son, he likes to buy games and he's always like, dad wants
to try something new. And I said, because I don't want
to have to fucking donate blood in order to afford these fucking
things. And nine times out of 10, you go
out and you buy a game and it turns out all the trailers and
the videos were lying to you. Starfield's a perfect example.
(03:45):
When this game first came out itwas so fucking hated you would
think that it made love to your mother.
It was horrible. This the the ratings that it got
and only since then, since the DLC and modders has the game
improved any. But to be fair, ladies and
gentlemen, I mean to be really fucking fair, everyone of
(04:07):
Bethesda's games took the same amount of heat.
Skyrim did, Oblivion did, ESO Online, They all did because
they all had fucking problems and bugs and issues and lack of
content in them. That's why Bethesda got smart
and said, you know what? We can just build a like a base
(04:27):
of a game and then let other people get in there and fuck
with it and then make money off of them to build our game for us
and we'll give them little to nothing in the process.
That's why Bethesda has such a big modding community.
People like me who mod and like to fuck around with this kind of
(04:48):
shit. I can look at an empty Baron
game and if I'm given the tools like a creation kit or the GECK
or anything like that, my imagination runs wild because I
know coding and scripting I can put whatever the fuck I want
into the game so it works out inthe end for me.
(05:09):
It's one of the reasons why I don't make hate videos like a
lot of these losers on the Internet do about the fucking
game, because I already know thepotential and what can be done
and the process for the lack of any creativity done by the
actual people that put the garbage together.
(05:32):
But besides fucking prices and lack of creativity in video
games and trying to push political agendas like pronouns,
the other issue is, is that BillGates.
You know, the guy who's trying to kill everybody in order to
populate the earth by putting fucking flu shots and bugs?
Well, he came up with this bright ass idea that while
(05:55):
you're in the middle of your video game playing, whether it's
Call of Duty, an RPG, you might be in the middle of a fucking
dungeon trying to whoop some ass, and then suddenly all
you'll be interrupted by a fucking advertisement or
commercial in the middle of yourgame.
And it's not just one he wanted to wear.
(06:16):
Like every 20 fucking minutes you're getting an ad, and it's
most likely going to be about hemorrhoids or Tampaxis or some
kind of new medication that has side effects.
It'll make you feel like you're in the seventh level of hell.
So yeah, side effects may fucking kill you.
You know that kind of shit medicine.
(06:38):
Yeah, it's me killing a fucking bird.
How about that? So I don't think that's a good
idea. I don't know why anybody thinks
it would be. I noticed nowadays a lot of
these streaming companies with movies and entertainment,
they've hiked up their fucking charges.
(06:59):
Like I originally a lot of moviechannels and a lot of shit was
like only 7 bucks or 10 bucks. Now they hiked it up to 20 and
they still make you watch the fucking advertisements unless
you pay another 10 in order to remove their stupid shut.
And if you say well 20 is enoughfor me I'll deal with the
fucking commercials. Well the problem is is these
(07:21):
idiots play it every five fucking minutes.
I can't get through a fucking Marvel TV show or a cartoon
without putting up with that shit.
I was watching a show called Invincible with my son.
It's an animated series about fucked up superheroes that cuss
and tear heads off and shit and blood explodes everywhere.
(07:43):
And every five fucking minutes, just when the show was about to
go somewhere, boom, they just shut it off.
And they don't even give a fuck where they stop it either.
It could be right in the middle of a conversation and they'll do
it. They don't even care where the
ads are. They're just like, well, we'll
just automate it to do every fucking, you know, 5 minutes.
(08:04):
That's how we'll do it. Well, that's what they want to
do with the video games. And you and I, we know that Bill
Gates don't fucking play these video games.
He deliberately went out and bought up almost every one of
the companies, including the same company, Blizzard, that
owns World of Warcraft. And they've been talking about
trying to put that bitch on console for the longest time.
(08:26):
But could you imagine this? Could you imagine what it would
be like for these fucking corporate assholes who don't
even play video games? They just purchase the companies
and bleed them dry like they've been doing the Bethesda, but
that's already had its own fucking problems when it was a
independent company by itself, but now they're talking about
(08:51):
that. Could you imagine playing
something like World of Warcrafton the console and you're right
in the middle of a fucking seriously ignored ass, A mythic
raid and suddenly a fucking commercial about somebody's
asshole having hemorrhoids pops up in your face?
Or a commercial about some fucking poisonous medication
(09:12):
they're trying to sell you. Or, you know, some kind of
bullshit about interracial dating and yada, yada, yada.
I mean, it's over and over and over.
They got to push this shit in your face.
Everything's about politics. Everything's about pushing an
agenda or selling some kind of fucking garbage to you that will
most likely kill you. So yeah, if they start doing
(09:38):
that, I mean, it's, it's as simple as this.
If your games do that, then that'll be the day that I retire
from fucking video games. I'm not going to put up with it.
It's already gotten to the pointwhere I don't even hardly watch
TV shows and movies anymore. I can't do it.
I can't do any binging every fucking 5 minutes of commercial.
(10:02):
Get the fuck out of here. Forget about it.
So that's how I see it. I, I, I can't, I already know
that it'll get us killed in our video games.
A lot of us. We find ourselves in many, many
extremely stressful scenarios. That takes a great deal of
handiwork and concentration and fucking focus on our part and to
(10:24):
have some shit just explode intoour fucking face while we're
trying to think about how we're going to, you know, kill the
retard it's been trying to hide in the shadows.
The smoke is what? A fucking scope rifle isn't
going to be appropriate or work for me.
I already as a older gamer myself, I already have enough
(10:46):
issues with being able to see myeyes are going fucking bad.
So there's certain games I can'teven play anymore because
there's too much bullshit going on all over the place and it
takes a fucking minute for my eyes to adjust to what's going
on on the screen. Could you imagine what it'd be
like for me? I'll get fucking raped if I play
(11:08):
Call of Duty or Unreal Tournament or one of these
fucking, you know, shoot em up games where I'm doing PvP or, or
fucking role-playing PvP. Whatever the case, it's
ridiculous. Games like Fortnite, imagine
that. Every five fucking minutes of
commercial in your face. A lot of you are going to retire
(11:31):
young. I guarantee it.
You're going to be like fucked up because the moment that
commercial hits, your character's going to die, right?
And then whenever you come back on, you're going to have to walk
around and respawn and go through a loading fucking
screen. And by the time it finally loads
you again, commercial advertisement.
(11:53):
Fuck that, ladies and gentlemen. That's, that's just simply not
appropriate. It's, it's bullshit, but what
are we supposed to do about it? Microsoft brought up all the
fucking companies out there knowing that this was their
intention. I think what they're wanting to
do because Bill Gates wants the the entire human race to die.
(12:16):
I think he figures that if this happens enough to young people,
they'll fucking hang themselves in the coat closet because they
won't want to put up with it no more.
It's horrible. There's a lot of young people
that play video games and the sad thing is for you, when
(12:36):
you're playing and the advertisements pop up, it's
mostly going to sell shit that you don't even need or don't
even want or desire. You know, it's not like it's
going to show you anything that you want to see.
It's going to be, you know, medications for fucking old
people or new wheels for wheelchairs and shit like that.
You know, hemorrhoid juice. You got to be about 25 years old
(12:58):
before you start experiencing what it feels like to have your
turd cutter ripped out by a fucking massive 1.
So all the shit they're going tobe putting in your face is not
anything you're going to want ordesire in the 1st place.
At least not until you're old. And old people don't want to see
that shit either. Whenever we're trying to do our
thing, it reminds us of that we're old.
(13:20):
And it also reminds us that we're not immersed into a video
game anymore or a or a fantasy world.
It reminds us that oh, I'm playing some kind of corporate
shit and they're going to fucking advertise me to death.
If you're wondering what I'm doing in the game, it's called
the creating an outpost. Starfield gives you that
(13:42):
ability. I remember when I first got into
outpost building I was like whatthe fuck?
There was like 10 objects. I'm supposed to build something
with this and have people live in it.
I can't even get a roll of toilet paper for them.
How they supposed to shit? No fucking shower system.
Total immersion ruining. But people since then have made
(14:04):
a lot of mobs with over hundredsof thousands of fucking items
and objects and now it's to the point where I got so much shit I
don't even know what to fucking put in my settlement anymore.
But I prefer having too much as opposed to two.
Less is what it is, at least when it comes to not having
advertisements. All right now I'm wasting my
(14:29):
time trying to figure out how tomake the fucking cargo links
work for those out there that don't know what the hell I'm
doing. I'm trying to.
I got a station sitting on the moon and I'm wanting to connect
my ship to go to that fucking moon pickups garbage that's
being harvest it and bring it back.
(14:54):
You're probably looking at the sky and saying wow how is it so
colorful in my fucking video game It's just dark and ugly
looking everywhere. Well, I downloaded a mod that
gives you a high definition version of the Milky Way with
colors and gases and all that kind of shit that make it look
like a constant nebula. It's really neat, especially
(15:16):
when you're floating around in space doing shit.
It looks so fucking beautiful, you know, almost looks like
you're in the theme of introduction of Transformers
movie back in 1987. That's sexy as thought.
So I got this new mod called farming harvestables or
something like that and it makesit to where animals drop more
(15:39):
properties and ingredients and meat and shit and you get this
equipment where you can actuallyharvest much more crap out of
the planet. Usually you're set to about 3 or
4 different type of chemicals orthings you can pick up for
settlement. But with this, you know, being
technology and the game supposedly set in the future,
(16:03):
you've got all this neat advanced technology that allows
you to make all kinds of materials for your settlement
and, you know, for your character and crafting purposes.
Shit like that. Yeah, I probably should have
built the fucking landing area where I put my ship, my ship
(16:24):
sitting over here. I tried to make it look like the
color of Constellation. I'm getting better building
ships, but this one looks like agiant fucking Ronald McDonald
dildo. It's because I was trying to
keep the colors of Constellationand I wanted to.
That's was originally the Frontier, and then I turned it
into the Constellation by renaming it and making it look
(16:46):
like that. Unfortunately for me, I have
downloaded a lot of companion mods.
I love being able to run around and hear new voices and, you
know, have virtual buddies helping me kick the shit out of
idiots around the universe. And I got to make huge ships.
(17:07):
If I'm going to take a lot of them with me, I have to have a
big fucking ship. There ain't no way you can fit
like 50 fucking followers on thefrontier the way it is by
default. You know that little tiny ass
shit where there's one bed and the fucking table?
Oh fuck, no way. Some of these storage tanks that
(17:29):
I got from the mod, they're nice.
They make it to where you can put like unlimited storage into
your shit. But the problem with this that
they don't tell you in case you don't understand this and you
want a mod where it just seems like it allows you to get
anything you want. The more shit you put in there
the more bigger your save files are going to get so you better
(17:50):
keep that in mind. If you build like 10 fucking
settlements with unlimited storage, you're going to start
building up to like a million fucking pieces of property.
And unless you've got a mod thatmakes out for a good vendor with
a lot of money, you won't be able to sell it quick enough and
eventually your loads will take forever and your save file will
(18:13):
become brick. Some people call it bloated and
you will not be able to log in your fucking game.
I found out the hard way after about 100 hours of this
bullshit. I've had to restart many, many
times because some mods, they appear to be working beautifully
when you're starting the game orplaying, but then later on it
(18:34):
totally fucks it up. Like I'll tell you this one mod
that'll start fucking you up really quick.
It's called planet Density. And what it does is it makes all
the grass more thicker, makes the trees fucking huge, and it
makes rocks more gigantic and more alien like.
(18:55):
And it just makes it look like aplanet is more like a jungle.
If you play the vanilla version of Starfield, the trees are
pretty fucking small and the plants are, you know, almost
your height. But with this you actually feel
like you're on an alien planet. Problem is, is it generates all
(19:17):
this bullshit over every single planet in the fucking game, and
that's millions of new numbers and data and information that's
going into your fucking save file.
So you need to consider that whenever you're downloading
mods. I know a lot of you get excited
like me. You feel like it's Christmas,
you see all these neat fucking toys you want to play with.
(19:38):
But you got to try to be moderate when installing shit
into your game or you will get fucked.
I wouldn't be surprised if all the settlement mods that I got
and all the weird habs I have for my ship don't cost me down
the road whenever I'm playing. So far it's been doing all
right. I just heard that Starfield got
(20:01):
an update recently where it's supposed to make it faster.
I was having an issue where especially whenever I was in
towns or cities like Atlantis orwhat the fuck is Aquila, where
whenever I'd open up my scanner. And try to catch bad guys
walking around for the trackers alliance.
(20:21):
Or just to check my fucking inventory or see how much more
experience I need to level. I'd open the shit up and it
would just be a blank screen andI couldn't get out of it.
Or the fucking computer. Not computer, but the Xbox would
absolutely crash on me. So supposedly they've added a
patch. After 2 fucking years, they got
(20:41):
around to figuring out how to fix their own HUD and UI
interface. So people are saying that
they're really, really happy. They're saying that the shit's
all cleared up. Could you imagine that?
The audacity of putting a fucking game out knowing that
when you open up your inventory bag or your interface, it's
(21:04):
going to crash your shit. And Starfield took 2 fucking
years. 2 fucking years. That just makes me want to slap
Todd Howard right in his fuckingneck.
That's hateful. This is the inventory, and you
open it all the time because you're selling shit.
You're collecting shit. You get a little fucking
(21:24):
notepads that you want to read. You're wanting to equip new
armor, so you're almost all the fucking time needing to open up
that inventory or scanner scanning.
If you can't do that, you can't serve a fucking planet.
You can't see assholes off in the distance.
You're trying to shoot you in the face and they got it set up
(21:44):
to where it crashes your shit when you open it.
How frustrating. How frustrating.
That's enough to make you want to put a fucking hole right in
the middle of your high definition television set, which
is what I have my computer plugged into through HDMI.
(22:06):
Oh, they fixed another thing on the update before this that I
was having a problem with the beacon that you drop down in
order to start up your settlement.
If you move it while you're in the process of fucking around
with the settlement and try to rename it, there was a bug that
would make it to where when you flew away or you went somewhere
(22:27):
else, your marker would disappear on the planet so you
wouldn't know where the fuck your town was.
Because you got to figure out you know the contrast of a
planet on how to find your settlement.
And if you pick, if you made it like right in the middle of the
planet or in some awkward disposition, you'll never find
the motherfucker again. Hopefully you didn't leave your
(22:50):
followers sitting on there. Of course, you could go into
ship crew settings and just simply tell them assign them to
your chef, but the point is, it's an annoyance that isn't
fucking necessary. But it looks like they fixed it
so that's cool. I ended up having to download
this mod where it makes it to where when you hire like basic
(23:12):
recruits, if you change ship in the vanilla game, there was a
bug that caused it to where anybody you hired would
disappear, you'd lose them. You keep all the the normal
companions and followers that are named but your recruits and
shit like, you know, your shieldguy or your person who's good at
(23:33):
fucking Ballistics, they disappear.
Well with this mod they remain so that's good.
That problem was fixed. I've got probably, I'd say at
around 100 mods in my game, but some of them are extremely huge
and have a lot of complex scripts in them.
(23:56):
Nowadays, if I try to load in orlog into the creation mods
section on the Xbox to see othermods, it's like the whole Xbox
does not like that and it fucking crashes about five times
before I can actually load that pitch up.
It's like there's something wrong with the images or the
(24:16):
loading screen to go into it. Sometimes I get lucky and it
goes right in. I noticed if I'm playing the
game and then I quit out and go in, it seems to work just fine.
But if you start up the game or you start loading the game
before, actually how do I put it, when you get to the intro
(24:37):
screen and then go to creations before actually playing the
game, that will be the time thatyou find yourself crashing.
I don't know what the fuck's doing it either.
I don't. So I heard that King Gath has
actually created a new mod. I love his shit.
I love some settlements too. Whenever that was for Fallout 4.
(25:01):
And he's got something that looks really, really fucking
good. I'm looking forward to it.
I was checking out the trailer. You probably noticed down there
that there's like a treasure chest.
That's where I keep all my itemsand goodies and shit in order to
(25:24):
build. I take all my bullshit off my
ship and then store it in these things, do my stuff.
I got the volume down while I'm talking.
You all know what Starfield sounds like if you've ever
played it. Because I have a bunch of
companions running around with me.
They're always talking and making noises and I like it when
(25:48):
I'm playing the game. But if I'm doing a video and you
hear their fucking noise, it's like, oh shit.
It's really irritating to try tohave a conversation, make a
video like this without them going bap, bap, bap, bap.
Especially if you find yourself stopping every once in awhile
just to enjoy this guy. But like I said, when I'm
(26:11):
playing the game, I'm good. I like that.
I like hearing lively charactershaving conversations with me.
You know what I'm looking forward to?
I hope I seen that someone learned how to make a mod a
while back where it was connected to chat TTP and you
could play Skyrim and the characters would actually be
(26:32):
able to have conversations, limitless conversations with
you. I think it would be really
really good if Starfield would do different pregeneration ship
for every planet where it literally makes monsters like No
(26:53):
Man's Sky. No Man's Sky actually generates
its own monsters. They weren't custom made, they
just use all the textures and all the weird assets in the game
and then create monsters. Starfield doesn't.
They had to construct all their monsters and their planets.
No matter how many times you start over, the areas always
(27:16):
look the same. It's gotten to the point where I
can run around 100 mile radius of Atlantis and I remember every
fucking Cliff and every, you know, place where a tree or a
thing is going to be. At least on Atlantis there's no
changes that there's no pre generation like they claim.
(27:38):
It's just, you know, whatever itis that they put together.
The forest. This right here is called the
cheat terminal. I don't normally like to cheat
whenever I'm playing my games, but sometimes when you're out at
your settlement you'll find yourself in a problem where it
constantly needs materials in order for you to build shit.
(28:01):
And I like to. Before I leave my companions
living in some kind of shit hole, I want to make sure they
got all the necessities and all that.
So I use it in order to get resources real quick and then I
end up spending a bunch of moneylater on.
So I don't feel like I robbed the game or something.
But I, yeah, the cheat terminal has a lot of really useful
(28:25):
necessary things. Like one thing I like to use it
for, I didn't feel like the Shields on ships were strong
enough to deal with the a lot ofthe battles.
I felt like it was unfair to give you 300 fucking HP for your
ship, but you are fighting like 10 fucking ships at a time.
(28:48):
That's stupid, That's bullshit, and although I'm really good at
flying and 90% of the time I canhandle it, I don't like it to
where, you know, I'm down to thepoint where my fucking hole is
barely hanging on due to that. So I like to add a couple 100.
Sometimes I add 1000 shield power to my ship.
(29:09):
I feel like it's more fair one against 10 fucked out of here.
You know, nobody would go out inspace unless they knew that
their shield was advanced enoughto be able to deal with the
cosmic garbage flying at it. So that is that.
All right, so we've been doing this for a while and I'll make
(29:31):
some more gaming videos. You let me know in the comments
if you enjoyed this shit, me just riffing and ranting while
playing the stuff. So God bless.
I hope you all have a wonderful day.
