Caring for your email inbox is a lot like showering regularly. You don't shower once "really good", and then not have to shower again for a month. You're always going to be getting emails and other information coming into your life, so you need to adjust to accommodate for that steady flow IN, as well as making sure there's a steady flow going OUT as well. Keeping emails in your inbox without them flowing out is a lot like continuing to eat and never pooping.

If you're having email troubles, or have tons of emails cluttering your inbox, there's likely a problem, breakdown, backlog, or area of congestion within another one of your systems, usually in project management/workflows/task management, reference systems, or even calendaring.

Tune in to learn where you need to focus in order to solve your email clutter for the last time. See you inside!
