In today's Wellness Break, Matthew discusses hypnosis.  As a Hypnotherapist, Matthew has seen many examples of the misconceptions regarding what hypnosis is, how it works, and how it affects people.  He discusses all of theses issues and how hypnosis can be used as a tool to help a person create outcomes that they wish to create for themselves.
