Week 20 Day 3 - Today's affirmation is "I am Very Excited about New Vegetables . . . I able to be Happy with New Foods."
Today we talk the benefits of trying new foods and how to help our children try them. We talk about being a weekday vegetarian. We want to shower ourselves and our loved ones with water and with veggies and with everything else that is nurturing to them.
Today we go in depth into the emotional benefits of Fennel Essential Oil. It is amazing to help us get out of victim mentality and our power back by taking responsibility for our choices and learning from them.
