Today we talk about how life throws things at us and how being patient and kind with ourselves and others keeps us happy. This week are are nurturing many non-dominant aspects in our lives - helping others bring their gifts to the table. Our song for today is "Gentle" by Michael McLean. Our song for the week is Pachelbel's "Cannon in D," because it goes from simple to complex.
This week we have been Diffusing a Blend of 2 drops each of Lemon (The Oil of focus), Geranium (The Oil of Love & Trust) and Lemongrass (The Oil of Cleansing) and today we go into the physical benefits of each of them.
