guardia delta airport area andwe went to bubbies.
(03:10):
Well, bubbies took our, askedif they could use our photo and
they posted us at the airport attheir bubbies.
They did, and not just didBubbies post us, but if you look
at the photo on the side of Ithink it's my left side there's
like where you can buy water andstuff.
(03:31):
It's called like CX something.
Anyway, those people supply allof the refreshments and drinks
that you buy in the airport.
Before getting on the plane, they posted us too.
It was wild, I didn't even knowthat.
Getting on the plane, theyposted us too.

Nothing, yeah nothing too crazyto talk about, honestly I just
want to say that I told you soabout the Wicked movie, that's
all.
Speaker 3 (04:58):
Yeah, they also just
don't like to give awards to
movies that are popular.
Speaker 1 (05:04):
Well, La La Land was
a musical and they won.
Speaker 3 (05:07):
They didn't win Best
Movie, though.
Speaker 1 (05:09):
What did they win?
Speaker 3 (05:09):
I remember it was
like Midnight or something that
won, but they won for acting andfor a lot of things.
They won for things.
Speaker 1 (05:14):
yeah, They've won for
a lot of things, but La La Land
was creative and different,whatever.
Speaker 3 (05:21):
I didn't even like La
La Land.
Speaker 1 (05:23):
No, but that doesn't
matter.
It was whatever.
I didn't care for Wicked and Ijust am happy that they only got
for costumes as deserved.
Speaker 2 (05:35):

there's not much banter
happening this week, sounfortunately, I think that's
going to be about it.
Speaker 3 (08:00):
Unfortunately.
Speaker 1 (08:02):
Yeah, that's about it
.
Nothing much happened.
Charlotte's Dress, italia was,I think, right now, our
highlight of the week other thangoing to see our dance friends.
My sax commercial yes that wasthe main highlight.
Speaker 3 (08:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (08:15):
Tinky's sax
commercial and it is posted,
tinky.
It's posted on your Instagram, your Facebook, it's on TikTok,
right?
Yeah, it's everywhere, so guysgo check it out.
It's really good and there'sgoing to be more, because I
remember you told me there'smore scenes with, like your
human grandma or something in it.
So we'll see.
(08:36):
Yeah, excellent, all right.
So let's go right to the popculture.
I guess Pop it over.
Speaker 3 (08:44):
We're popping.
Yeah, pop it over, we'repoppin'.
Speaker 1 (08:45):
Yeah, pop it over.
Speaker 3 (08:46):
Time for some pop
culture.
I don't know, Pop culture's notreally poppin' this week either
.
Nothing much, but anyway.
Jennifer Lopez furious overphotos of Ben Affleck and
Jennifer Garner together.
It's Jennifer versus JenniferAffleck and Jennifer Garner
(09:07):
together.
It's Jennifer versus JenniferAffleck and Garner both 52, have
been spending a lot of timetogether, which is generating
headlines and even causing somespeculation over Affleck's
feelings towards his firstex-wife.
Speaker 2 (09:18):
Uh-oh.
Speaker 3 (09:18):
A source tells us the
chummy pics have been like salt
on the wound.
The on-the-floor singer andAffleck finalized their divorce
just weeks ago, on February 20th.
Affleck and Garner split in2018 and amicably co-parent
their three children, violet, serafina and Samuel.
They recently took a familypaintball outing in Los Angeles,
(09:39):
where they were photographedlaughing and looking flirty,
which also included snaps ofAffleck hugging.
Garner.
Lopez is furious, we hear, andthe situation is completely
messing with her head, says asource.
Speaker 1 (09:51):
I don't think she's
taking him back to you.
Speaker 3 (09:55):
Who?
Jennifer Garner?
Yes, I don't think so.
Speaker 1 (09:58):
I don't think so.
They're just, they have a verygood relationship.
Speaker 3 (10:01):
Yeah, I think they
have a really good relationship.
They also have three kids, yeah, so they have to.
They have to like be togetherand co-parent, and I think
they're good at that, but Idon't think that they're
marriage material.
Speaker 1 (10:14):
No, and I think that
this is how they've been from
the beginning.
They have a very good friendrelationship, but that's it, so
that J-Lo better step aside andjust calm it down.
What the heck.
Speaker 3 (10:30):
I know, but
apparently it's making her
furious.
Speaker 1 (10:35):
Well, because I mean
I never met her.
Did you ever meet her?
No, right, no, but I can tellshe's a lot, yeah, yeah, you
ever meet her?
No, right, no, but I, I cantell she's a lot, yeah, yeah.
So so no wonder why he ran.
Finally, I didn't understandwhy he went back to her to begin
with, that was wild.
Speaker 3 (10:55):
I think it was all
for publicity.
Like now that I look back on itand like, look back on
everything that um has been, like everything that transpired
with, like the crazy wedding inVegas and then the other wedding
in like South Carolina orsomething.
Where was it?
I?
Speaker 1 (11:11):
don't know, but
there's a whole craziness, I
think, because she's just tryinganything and everything right
now and has been because shehasn't.
What was her last successfulthing?
She did J-Lo.
Speaker 3 (11:25):
Yeah, I don't know
she's been doing.
Yeah, she's been trying so hard, like everything she's tried.
Apparently she's in this, thenew movie, the Kiss of the
Spider Woman movie.
Oh, apparently it's supposed tobe good, but I don't know.
Speaker 1 (11:37):
Oh, so maybe when
that comes out she'll calm down.
Maybe, Maybe yeah.
Speaker 3 (11:44):
But that's the latest
.
That was the top headline thismorning.
Speaker 1 (11:48):
Yeah, and that's when
I was like wow, that's a lot,
Wow, wow, I'm still.
Pop culture is kind of quietthis week since the Oscars, I
think.
Speaker 3 (12:00):
Yeah, I'm still kind
of refreshing.
Speaker 1 (12:03):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (12:04):
To see if I get
anything new.
But honestly, there's not thatmuch, but we can go on to the
next story, because that wasn'tthat.
Speaker 1 (12:11):
Well, whatever, it's
a pop culture story.
Speaker 3 (12:14):
Well, what are you
going to do?
The next pop culture is Now.
This is wild.
Wild.
Elon Musk's SpaceX Starshipexplodes and grounds flights at
Florida airports.
Speaker 1 (12:24):
Multiple airports
what the heck.
Speaker 3 (12:27):
Mm-hmm.
So SpaceX's Starship rocketexploded after liftoff in Texas
on Thursday, march 6, causingflights to be grounded at
multiple airports in Florida.
A live stream showed enginescutting off from the rocket
roughly eight minutes into thelaunch.
Shortly after the booster wassuccessfully caught back at the
(12:48):
tower, we just saw some enginesgo out.
It looks like we are losingaltitude control of the ship,
explained spacex communicationsmanager.
The space.
The spacecraft appeared to spinbefore communication was lost,
so obviously there was no one inthe spaceship.
Speaker 1 (13:05):
That's what I was
wondering.
Right away, I was like oh no.
Speaker 3 (13:08):
Okay.
So at the time of the incident, flights from Miami
International Airport, fortLauderdale, hollywood
International Airport andPhiladelphia International
Airport were delayed due tospace launch debris per the
outlets.
Smaller airports serving WestPalm Beach, fort Lauderdale and
Orlando, florida, were alsoaffected.
Whoa Wow.
Speaker 1 (13:33):
Because what happens
when the thing blew up like that
?
Thank goodness, first of all, nobody was in it, which is why,
like Katy Perry, what are you?
Speaker 3 (13:41):
doing Well, she's not
going on SpaceX, she's going on
some other one.
Speaker 1 (13:45):
Yes, but still.
Anyway, when the thing blows up, all the debris has to be
collected, and then they have todo the whole reports, the
police, the investigation.
So that's, why everything getsshut down and they have to find
every single piece before theycan open anything up again.
How do you find all thosepieces?
And, like Elon, maybe if youwere At Washington DC and by
(14:10):
your plane, it would have been alittle better.
Speaker 3 (14:13):
Well, by your
spaceship.
Speaker 1 (14:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (14:16):
Focusing on the
spaceship.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
Focus on your
spaceship buddy or don't launch
one if you're not around.
I don't think he's?
Speaker 3 (14:23):
is he even?
I think he just like ownsSpaceX, like I don't think he's
like the scientist behind it.
Speaker 1 (14:29):
Oh, I don't think
he's the scientist.
I don't think so either, butit's his name, his company.
Shouldn't he be there when itlaunches, like focused on it?
Yeah, maybe he was, was he?
Speaker 3 (14:41):
It doesn't say here
Wait wasn't he just at the White
House?
Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (14:43):
I know these people
hop around with private planes.
You can't keep track of thembecause they have their own
planes, so they're just like.
It just says SpaceX.
Speaker 3 (14:50):
CEO Elon Musk.
Elon, what am I saying?
Speaker 2 (14:53):
Elon Musk.
Speaker 3 (14:55):
Elon has not spoken
out about the latest incident.
Speaker 1 (14:58):
Yeah, what is he
going to say?
Oh, I don't know what happened?
Speaker 3 (15:08):
Oh, I don't know what
happened.
Speaker 1 (15:10):
I don't know, maybe
he'll get one of his 14 children
to figure it out.
Speaker 3 (15:18):
Oh my God, I can't.
Well, you know that theStarship previously exploded.
Speaker 1 (15:26):
I'm Elon's son.
No, I'm Elon's daughter.
No, I'm Elon's son.
No, I'm one of the 14 of us.
No, I'm Elon Musk.
Speaker 3 (15:33):
No, there's 14 of us.
Starship previously explodedduring a test flight in January,
causing debris to fall overTurks and Caicos.
Speaker 1 (15:41):
Hence, why stop
trying to fly the planes?
It's not planes.
Speaker 2 (15:45):
Spaceships, yeah,
spaceships.
Speaker 1 (15:47):
Whatever you want to
call them, they got to just stop
.
Something's wrong.
Speaker 3 (15:53):
Well, I think you
have to test them.
That's the only way to figureout what's wrong.
Speaker 1 (15:59):
Well, at least
nobody's in them when they test
them.
Speaker 3 (16:02):
Exactly that would be
really ridiculous, yeah, really
crazy.
So I think there's still.
You have to have trial anderror.
Speaker 1 (16:12):
I guess, but it's
just a scary thing and it shuts
down so many people's times andtravels and everything because
of it.
Speaker 3 (16:22):
Yeah, and it just
seems so crazy, like all that
money to build this thing andthen it explodes like oh my gosh
, yeah, and I get it trial anderror, but then do it somewhere
where it doesn't affect anyone.
Speaker 1 (16:35):
Well, where are you
going to do that?
Speaker 3 (16:37):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (16:37):
Go find yeah, exactly
, go find somewhere where you
can launch it, that if thishappens, it doesn't shut down 12
airports.
Speaker 3 (16:46):
They say as always,
success comes from what we learn
, and today's flight will offeradditional lessons to improve
Starship's reliability.
You think Because I don't thinkit's very reliable.
Speaker 1 (16:58):
Right now you
wouldn't catch me going on that
plane, spaceship, rocket, whatever the heck it's called.
Speaker 3 (17:04):
And wasn't it?
Didn't Elon say like oh, he'llsend the Starship to pick up
those astronauts.
Speaker 1 (17:09):
Yes, but they can't
even get in space.
Well, those astronauts probablysaid pass, no, thank you, you
keep that starship down there.
They are coming home, though.
Speaker 3 (17:20):
I know.
Speaker 1 (17:21):
That is going to be
the craziest adjustment ever for
those two people.
Speaker 3 (17:29):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (17:29):
They have not sat
down or laid down in like how
many days, 300 and somethingdays.
Speaker 3 (17:35):
Yeah, it's probably
going to be.
I mean, it's going to have tobe painful.
Speaker 1 (17:39):
How does this happen,
like, how does this work?
What is the process, tinker?
Speaker 3 (17:43):
I don't know.
I'm not a space expert, I'm notan astronaut expert.
Speaker 1 (17:47):
I kind of like it.
I wanted to go to space camp.
Speaker 3 (17:53):
I know you do.
Oh, my goodness, I'll pass.
Speaker 1 (17:56):
Yeah, you'll watch me
, but I just want to know.
Obviously they have to comeback and put them in a
hyperbaric chamber, right, buthow does your body and your
bones adjust to sitting andlaying down when you haven't
done it in over a year?
I don't know.
I don't know.
I don't know.
(18:18):
I hope they're okay, the two ofthem.
Yeah, I mean they're very fitand healthy because they work
out.
Even I saw them on their littlespaceship up there Working out.
Yeah, they're like tied down tothe treadmill and they're
running on it, but tied downbecause otherwise they float up.
Speaker 3 (18:38):
It's wild.
Speaker 1 (18:39):
It's very wild, but
it's very cool at the same time.
But I just hope that theirtransition isn't very painful,
like you said.
Yeah, but I'm glad they'recoming home.
I mean, that's crazy.
It's wild, yeah, but I'm gladthey're coming home.
Speaker 3 (18:55):
I mean that's crazy,
it's wild, yeah, next story.
Speaker 1 (18:58):
Next story.
Speaker 3 (18:59):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (19:00):
We kind of blended
two together there.
Speaker 3 (19:02):
Well, I didn't really
have the story about the
astronauts, that just came fromit.
Speaker 1 (19:05):
Hey, this is kind of
turning into the gossip space
podcast, because last week wasKaty Perry.
Oh yeah, yeah.
Sort of Sort of Sort of Spaceculture, yeah.
Speaker 3 (19:18):
Okay go.
Next your favorite, MeghanMarkle.
Oh, no, so her TV show droppedthis week on Netflix.
Speaker 1 (19:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (19:26):
And Meghan Markle's
last name has become a hot topic
following her cringyconversation with Mindy Kaling
on her new Netflix series WithLove.
Megan, it's so funny that youkeep saying, megan Markle, you
know I'm Sussex now.
Markle told the Mindy Projectstar.
Speaker 1 (19:45):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 3 (19:47):
The Suits alum was
then called Megan Sussex during
her interview on the DrewBarrymore show on Thursday.
Speaker 1 (19:55):
Wait.
Anytime she's been anywhere, she says her name is Meghan
Markle.
Now she's changed her last name.
Is that her next stunt?
Speaker 3 (20:03):
What is her real last
name?
Markle technically becameMeghan Sussex and Harry became
Harry Sussex.
After their royal wedding, theyreceived the Duke and Duchess
of Sussex titles from the lateQueen Elizabeth II as a wedding
present.
Speaker 1 (20:18):
But they don't use
them.
Now, all of a sudden she'susing it.
Speaker 3 (20:22):
When the couple left
the royal family in 2020 and
moved to the US, the Queen letthem keep their Sussex titles,
but banned them from using thename Sussex Royal for their
projects outside the royalfamily.
On her Netflix show, markletold Kaling that she wants to
share the same last name as herkids, prince Archie and Princess
(20:43):
Lilibet.
Speaker 1 (20:44):
Oh no, she's another
one.
She and J-Lo should go fight itout in a room together, what I
don't know.
I feel like they're both a lotand belong together.
So now I guess, room together.
Speaker 3 (20:58):
I don't know, I feel
like they're both a lot and
belong together.
So now I guess.
Speaker 1 (21:00):
So now she changed
her name because she says her
name's sussex.
But it is like j-lo, nothing'sworking, so they keep trying new
things.
Speaker 3 (21:04):
So now she's formally
taking this last name yeah, and
, like everyone's been saying, megan markle for so long.
So why is it all of a suddennow?
Speaker 1 (21:15):
Because it's like
J-Lo they keep trying every
single thing until somethingworks for them.
That's not going to help you, meghan.
No, because it's just that'snot helping.
Speaker 3 (21:30):
I watched the clip.
It was sort of cringe, it'svery awkward.
Speaker 1 (21:37):
Well, she I find
awkward.
I don't want to watch anythingof hers.
Speaker 3 (21:41):
I just saw the little
clip on TikTok.
Speaker 1 (21:44):
And that show that
she was on is back on TV without
her, the Suits.
Speaker 2 (21:48):
Suits.
Speaker 1 (21:49):
Yeah it's some like
Suits LA or something they call
it.
Speaker 3 (21:51):
Yeah, but she's not
on it.
It's like a new version of it.
Yeah, but on top of that, apparently pamela anderson's
producer addresses claims meganmarkle copied her with new
netflix show.
So then everyone is comparingnow.
So pamela anderson has um a tvshow I didn't know that it's
(22:14):
called pamela's cooking withlove.
Oh okay, pamela and megan's iscalled with love megan no, megan
copies everything from everyoneand they look exactly the same.
Like aesthetic wise, likeaesthetically.
It's like the same kind ofcoloring and news.
Speaker 1 (22:33):
Yeah, that's the lady
that doesn't wear makeup, right
?
Speaker 3 (22:36):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (22:36):
Okay, I totally
believe that she did this first
and the other one followed andcopied.
Speaker 3 (22:42):
Yeah, so the Pamela's
Love with Cooking teaser
dropped in October 2024 oh, seeand opened with the actress in
her garden and kitchen, as didMarkle's January sneak peek.
Speaker 1 (22:57):
Can she do anything?
Original.
Speaker 3 (23:00):
I know.
Speaker 1 (23:00):
Like why does she
take everything from everyone
and then everybody sues herbecause she takes their name?
She does this, she does that.
Remember, oh my gosh, it looksidentical.
I wonder if it's the same set.
Wait, remember the jam thing.
Speaker 3 (23:17):
Yeah the jam.
Speaker 1 (23:17):
So King Charles came
out with jam and then, all of a
sudden, she had jam.
Speaker 3 (23:21):
Yep.
Speaker 1 (23:22):
I mean come on lady.
Speaker 3 (23:25):
And I know like,
especially nowadays, it's hard
to do something like completely, completely original but at the
same time like this just you gotto change it a little don't
make it identical.
Speaker 1 (23:37):
So what's going to
happen?
Is pamela anderson going to sueher um, I don't think so.
Speaker 3 (23:45):
Uh, it just says how.
Speaker 1 (23:48):
It's just strange
well, here's the thing I highly
doubt Meghan Markle's will besuccessful.
Speaker 3 (23:58):
No, like I saw on
Netflix just yesterday and it's
already been out.
It's not even like number one.
You would think it would benumber one.
Speaker 1 (24:08):
I wouldn't Stay away
from me, lady.
I don't want to see you on myTV, but it's not.
Speaker 3 (24:12):
I don't think to see
you on my TV, but it's not.
I don't think people are veryinterested.
Speaker 1 (24:16):
Nobody cares about
her.
But that's been her problemfrom the beginning.
She thought doing this wholestunt everybody would gravitate
and like her and want to seewhat she's doing and everything.
It doesn't work.
But the other one I beteverybody's watching the no
Makeup Lady.
Speaker 3 (24:33):
Yeah, I mean it's on
a different channel.
Yeah, flavor Network orsomething.
I don't know.
I've never even heard of that.
Speaker 1 (24:38):
Is that like a food
network?
Yeah, oh, that's why.
Well, that makes sense.
Speaker 3 (24:42):
Also, did you see the
video of her making a fruit
rainbow?
Speaker 1 (24:47):
No, I don't watch.
If I see her, I just swipe asfast as I can, like I just she
aggravates me.
There's just something abouther Like she's just an imposter.
Speaker 3 (25:00):
Well, apparently
there's a part of the show,
which I just saw on TikTok aswell, where she shows you how to
make a fruit rainbow.
What, and everyone's like this.
This is like.
This is from like when you'rein 2015 but also it's like
(25:21):
people aren't doing that anymore, like that's like, that's like
old, like that's like 10 yearsago because she has no original
new ideas fruit rainbow, so it'slike she's just taking all the
fruit.
Speaker 1 (25:33):
The red strawberries.
Speaker 3 (25:35):
Can you?
Speaker 1 (25:35):
imagine if she sent
her team email to be on the show
.
I would say no Hard pass, because we do get emails from
people saying you know ourclients want to be a guest on
your show.
We don't have guests, first ofall.
Well, we did have Debbie inNashville, but I would.
I wouldn't even know what tosay to her, do you?
(25:58):
What would you say?
Speaker 3 (25:59):
no, just not
interested.
Speaker 1 (26:03):
Next story Sure Next

Hollywood-themed restaurant

$17 million to reopen at 136West 42nd Street.
Customers used the old movie.
Memorabilia are in for a change.
Almost every wall space and onone of the two floors the
ceiling as well are all justscreens.
What, yeah, you can suddenly beinside a beautiful forest or an
(27:18):
old cowboy town and Lil Nas Xis playing, and then it goes
over to Jelly Roll and thenTaylor.
Speaker 1 (27:20):
Swift Wait, is this
Planet Hollywood or is this,
like music, hollywood?
Speaker 3 (27:25):

Speaker 1 (27:29):
Because, wait, isn't
the hard rock music and the
Planet Hollywood is supposed tobe movies.
Speaker 3 (27:33):
But apparently it's
all screens, so it's like you're
it changes.
It feels like it changeslocation, I guess.
Speaker 1 (27:42):
Wow, that's really
cool.
Wait, why are they bringing Isit still open anywhere?

Hollywoods are.
Speaker 1 (28:20):
There used to be one
in Disney World, I think.
Speaker 3 (28:23):

Yeah, he's the host.
There's a Planet Hollywood inLas Vegas, a Planet Hollywood in
(28:45):
Orlando.
Oh, it is in Orlando.
Still then yeah, In Doha.
Speaker 1 (28:49):
But this is going to
be a total.
Speaker 3 (28:51):
In Hong Kong.
Speaker 2 (28:52):
So this is totally
different In LA.
Speaker 1 (28:53):
Totally different
than these other Planet
Hollywoods.
Speaker 3 (28:56):
Right, apparently.
Yeah, he says that he's tryingto attract Manhattanites and not
the tunnel and theater goersanymore.
Speaker 1 (29:05):
Oh, manhattanites are
going to go to Planet Hollywood
.
I don't know, but he doesn'town it.
So the new location he's tryingto attract, but it's not his.
Speaker 3 (29:16):
Oh, no, no, this is
what the Rob, the Rob the owner
says, oh, got it, I understand.
And the new location on 42ndStreet.
It's apparently above ChickenGuy.
Speaker 1 (29:28):

So it's going to be verydifferent than the others.
It's going to be more like thehard rock Hollywood.
We'll call it Right, I guess, hard rock Hollywood.
Speaker 3 (30:00):
Mm-hmm.
Okay, very cool, and that's theend of my pop culture.
Speaker 1 (30:05):
Excellent, good ones,
all right.
Speaker 3 (30:08):
Tinker, let's move on
to pup.
Speaker 1 (30:12):
Going to the pup
world today.
Here's the first of the topthree stories.
Hiker and his dog saved missinggolden retriever puppy from a
frigid, abandoned coal pit.
A hiker and his dog helpedbring a lost puppy home to his
family.
Speaker 2 (30:29):
Oh.
Speaker 1 (30:30):
Colin Leiby was
traversing on a trail on Sharp
Mountain in Pennsylvania whenhis dog Bass wandered off the
path, according to theAssociated Press.
As he followed after his dog,Leibybe then noticed movement in
a nearby abandoned coal pit andrealized it was a wagging tail.
(30:52):
The excited furry tail belongedto a six-month-old golden
retriever puppy named Freddy, who had been reported missing in
Pottsville County over a weekearlier.
Pottsville County, over a weekearlier.
Freddie went missing onFebruary 17th and his owners,
Pam and Joe Palco, dideverything possible to bring
(31:13):
their pup home Social mediaassembling, search parties,
collecting tips and distributingflyers.
The couple even enlisted twocompanies to help with his
search One that employs searchdogs and the other that uses
drones.
Wow, Most of the PottsvilleCounty was looking for Freddy.
(31:33):
So when Leedy spotted the pupin the coal pit, he immediately
recognized him as the missingdog.
Now that Freddy was found, thenext challenge was freeing the
dog.
He was 10 feet down in the pit.
A tear came to my eye, Libbysaid.
I started calling his name.
(31:54):
He slowly got up and startedwalking towards us.
He added he was crying andjumping on me.
He was like get me home, get mehome.
He pulled the dog from the coalpit himself and then used an
extra leash to clip Freddy tobass so he could guide both dogs
back to the trail.
(32:15):
The Palkos were following a leadat a local shelter when Joe got
a notification that someone wasat the door with Freddy.
The couple quickly returnedhome to find Freddy, a little
frantic, hungry and confused, said their neighbor, a retired
veterinarian.
Well, that's convenient havingthat neighbor.
Yeah, they told the socialpress that they never gave up
(32:38):
and they knew that they would bereunited with Freddie as time
passed.
So that's a good, good like.
And that was not.
Nobody was looking, he was notlooking.
So I want to know how thedrones and the other dogs that
are hired did not find him.
And this guy was just taking awalk and found him.
(32:59):
Well, it's really this guy'spup who found him, so he belongs
getting the credit.
Okay, Tink, ready for this one.
Yep Pet owner says herboyfriend refuses to live with
dogs and now she's unsure of thefuture of their relationship.
What do you think so far?
Speaker 3 (33:21):
No comment right, no
comment.
Speaker 1 (33:23):
Okay, I'll tell you
the story.
A woman is contemplating thefuture of her relationship with
her boyfriend after he said herefuses to live with dogs.
In a post on the UK onlineparenting forum, the woman said
she has been with her boyfriendfor 18 months and everything has
been great, but she detailedone hiccup in their partnership.
(33:45):
We live an hour's drive apartand have spoken about one day
coming together to live.
I have two small dogs and myboyfriend isn't a dog person,
detailing that her boyfriend hastried hard to adapt to her pets
.
He even got them beds for whenthey all stayed at his place.
(34:06):
The woman explained that when aconversation came up about him
moving closer to her and thenliving together, the man didn't
fully agree.
He has now laid his cards onthe table that he cannot live
with the dogs, especially twodogs, and that our time to live
together will be after my oldestdog goes to heaven.
(34:29):
She said, noting that the dogher boyfriend was referring to
is 10 and could live another 10years being a terrier.
This has got me somewhatconfused and unsure of the
future.
This has got me somewhatconfused and unsure of the
future.
She added that her partner evensaid they could get a house
(34:53):
with a nice conservatory forthem so they can have their
separate space.
It seems like a lovely prize ofmoving closer, but with a
string attached, she concluded.
Speaker 3 (35:03):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (35:04):
So basically, the end
result of this whole forum,
which is like a Reddit platform,is what would you do, mm-hmm?
I say ditch him.
Bye, peace out, buddy, you'reout.
Can you imagine Dogs first?
Well, here's the thing.
If he didn't pretend he likedthem and buy them beds for when
she stayed at the house, thenshe wouldn't have been as
(35:26):
shocked, I feel.
Yeah, but he played the gameUh-huh, until he went, until it
was time, until it was time, andit's like oh no, yep.
So goodbye, buddy, see ya.
Okay.
My last and final story Dogstuck for days in underground.
Well is saved after man hearsbarking through his floorboards.
(35:50):
What, yes, how did the dog getto the well?
A renter in Longview, texas, became a stray dog's hero after
he heard the stuck pup's distantbarks through his floorboards
and called the authorities forhelp.
He realized it wasn't comingfrom outside.
It was actually coming frombelow, jenna George said the
(36:13):
executive director for theLongview Animal Care and
Adoption Center.
The animal control officer, bobby Jumper, arrived at the
man's rented home to investigatethe faint barking.
After inspecting the area, jumper discovered the sounds
came from a dog trapped in a12-foot deep well underneath the
(36:34):
house.
Now let me just show you thisphoto Tink of the workers.
Whoa, what the heck.
All I see are feet Exactly, they're under floorboards and
everything.
I would not do that.
The man who lived there, whoopted not to be identified, told
(36:56):
the Washington Post he didn'tknow the well was even there.
I was very shocked.
I've been doing this for overseven years and it's the first
time I've ran into somethinglike that, said Jumper.
When Jumper located the dogstaring up from the eerie
rock-paved pit, the caninestopped barking and started
wagging his tail.
He was about as happy as hecould be to see me.
(37:19):
She said Jumper called inbackup to help him retrieve the
dog from his underground spot.
Including reinforcements fromthe fire department, the team
crafted makeshift slings to helplift the trapped animal out of
the well in the tight spot.
Look at this picture.
It took multiple people and alot of different tools and
(37:42):
equipment.
Jumper said the rescue processtook three hours.
At one point, when theextraction seemed impossible,
the rescuers contemplatedrigging up the home's
floorboards, ripping them all upto reach the dog.
Thankfully, the team found away to save the dog from the
well without damaging the house.
The dog just came straight upunscathed from the lift.
(38:06):
It was an amazing feeling toget the dog out.
The rescuers fed the dog, gothim water first thing.
After the successful save, thestray pup quickly licked each
bowl clean.
The authorities said that hehad been trapped for days
without food or water, thoughthe dog appeared taller in the
(38:29):
well.
The firemen laughed when theyfinally got near the 53-pound
dog up close.
Nothing that he was a shortstocky basset hound mix.
After the rescue the dog wentto a local vet who noted the pup
had an inflamed ear and somecuts, but he was otherwise
unharmed.
(38:49):
He's around two years old.
So anyway, now he's at theshelter and look, here he is
with the rescuers.
He's fine.
But can you imagine hearing anoise and not where, knowing
where it's coming from?
This dog could have died downthere.
That that's insane.
Under a house, crazy In Texas.
Speaker 3 (39:10):
Oh Texas.
Speaker 1 (39:11):
Wow, who would have
thought, mm-hmm, it's the
craziest thing.
And look at all the rescuersthey had to get.
Speaker 2 (39:18):
Look at them down
there, mm-hmm.
Speaker 1 (39:21):
Yeah.
So I'm glad he's safe, gladthey got him out and he's okay.
Just a near infection and acouple scratches and that is the
end of my pop culture for today.
Speaker 3 (39:34):
Amazing.
Speaker 1 (39:35):
Thanks, Tinker.
Alright, so we're wrapping itup.
Speaker 3 (39:40):
Yeah, I guess we're
wrapping it up.
Speaker 1 (39:42):

clocks this weekend, yeah.
Speaker 3 (39:47):
