Have you ever wondered why your life suddenly took a turn? It's like "whoa, what is this plot twist all about! I thought things were supposed to go this way!". Sometimes a new and unexpected change of plans or change of pace comes along, maybe you've gained more responsibility, or things completely fell through. We go through seasons in life, ups and downs, hills and valleys, there's no avoiding it. But God so graciously uses these things as opportunities to prepare us for what is to come and to help us become the people He wants us to rise up to be, like any good father would. God may even make some of these unforeseen events occur for the sole purpose of preparing you or those around you for something else in the next season, or even seasons! Embrace those hardships and surrender them to the Lord because He asks us to be strong and courageous. We can look to Him in times like these and say, "I'm here, use me, Lord".
