The Apostle Paul tells us in 1 Timothy 4:8 that “physical training is of some value, but godliness (or spiritual training) is of value in everything and in every way, since it holds promise for the present life and the life to come. This week, we are going to talk about being spiritually well. How making sure to spend quality time seeking God and being in His word daily is of great benefit for our whole being.
BURN-OUT: exhaustion of physical or emotional strength or motivation, usually as a result of prolonged stress, or frustration. I’m sure that all of us have felt this way at some point in our life, especially over the last four years or so. In today’s episode, we are going to talk about the best ways to deal with that “burned out” feeling.

There is a difference between fancy and well-thought-out when it comes to hospitality. Making a plan and doing just a little extra will make your guests feel appreciated and cared for. Don’t try to be something you’re not, just be yourself. Do what you enjoy, and do it to the best of your ability.
Hospitality is not a restful activity for the host, and it often requires personal sacrifice. The key is to find rest and fulfillment within the act of serving others. We will discuss this and more on this week's episode of Grace to Gather.
