What motivated me to getinvolved in this business is

(03:41):
through personal trauma I hadexperienced in the past.
While I won't get into detailsbecause it is still very
emotional, I decided to use thatexperience to empower others to
take charge in their selfdefenses to better protect
themselves and their family orhome.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
Wow, that is very impressive.
Sonia, you mentioned empoweringwomen.
Can you elaborate on that?
When I think of gun laws andself-defense, it still seems
one-sided in our society.

Speaker 3 (04:12):
Tyler, thank you for asking me to talk about the
empowering of women and theimportance of self-defense.
In recent years, there has beena notable increase in the number
of women choosing to carryconcealed firearms as a means of
self-defense.
Women, like anyone else, havethe intrinsic right to protect
themselves, and this rise inconcealed gun carry speaks to a

(04:33):
growing trend of empowerment andpersonal safety among women.
Historically, women have oftenbeen seen as vulnerable or easy
targets for attackers due tovarious societal factors.
However, in today's world, women are taking charge of their
personal safety and refusing tobe victims.
Concealed gun carry allowswomen to level the playing field

(04:55):
and provides them with aneffective means of self-defense.
The decision to carry aconcealed firearm for
self-defense is a highlypersonal one and is often driven
by a variety of factors.
For many women, the motivationis rooted in the need for
personal protection inpotentially dangerous situations
.
Women who travel alone, worklate hours or live in high crime

(05:18):
areas often find comfort inknowing they have the ability to
defend themselves if necessary.
Concealed gun carry alsoempowers women to take control
of their own safety and instillsa sense of confidence in their
ability to protect themselvesand their loved ones.
This newfound empowerment canhave a ripple effect,

(05:38):
influencing women to be moreassertive and self-assured in
all aspects of their lives.
Moreover, stats indicate thatwomen are increasingly becoming
the victims of crimes such asassault, robbery and home
invasion.
In these situations, aconcealed firearm can provide a
woman with a critical advantage, allowing her to be prepared and

(05:59):
, potentially, avoid becoming avictim.
The mere presence of aconcealed firearm can serve as a
deterrent, as attackers areless likely to target someone
they believe may be armed andwilling to defend themselves.
Training and education are vitalcomponents of responsible
concealed gun carry for women.
Women who choose to obtain aconcealed carry permit should

(06:21):
invest time in comprehensivetraining courses designed
specifically for self-defense.
These courses focus onsituational awareness, threat
assessment and practicalapplication of self-defense
techniques, ensuring that womenare not only legally permitted
to carry, but also skilled andcapable of using their firearms

(06:41):
responsibly.
Advocates for concealed guncarry argue that women, as a
historically marginalized andvulnerable group, have the right
to take proactive measures toprotect themselves.
In exercising their SecondAmendment rights, women are
empowered to assert control overtheir personal safety and
well-being, breaking free fromtraditional notions of

(07:03):
powerlessness.
Critics of concealed gun carryfor women often express concerns
about the potential foraccidents or misuse of firearms.
They argue that theintroduction of firearms into
stressful situations couldescalate conflicts, potentially
placing innocent bystanders orfamily members at risk.
However, responsible firearmownership, adherents to safety

(07:26):
protocols and continued trainingcan mitigate these risks.
It is important to note thatconcealed gun carry is not the
only solution to personal safety.
It should be seen as part of acomprehensive approach to
self-defense, which includessituational awareness, physical
fitness and avoidance of riskysituations.
Additionally, supportivecommunities and law enforcement

(07:48):
agencies play a crucial role inensuring the safety of women.

Speaker 1 (07:53):
Wow, thank you, sonia , for elaborating on that.
As we conclude, this businessspotlight on your business.
Do you have any final thoughts?
Also, how does anyone needingyour expert training reserve
your time?

Speaker 3 (08:06):
Thank you, dj Tyler, for the interview.
This was a great opportunity tospeak on a subject that means
so much to me.
To conclude my discussion, therise of concealed gun carry
among women is a testament totheir desire for empowerment,
personal safety and the right todefend themselves.
By taking control of theirpersonal security, these women

(08:28):
are asserting their independenceand refusing to be victims.
Responsible firearm ownership,comprehensive training and
adherence to local laws andregulations should always be
prioritized to ensure the safetyof both the individual and
those around them.
Thank you for your time.
