My apologies to you for missing last week. You'll hear my explanation of what happened that caused that on this episode, but the short version of it is I was out of town at my final AD meeting at the beginning of the week, and then I had ankle replacement surgery at the end of the week.
But now, I'm back and coming to you with the start of a new series on quotes that coaches and leaders should NOT use. I'm not sure if I should say this is the first in that series, but you will hear me say in the podcast that we should not use the quote I talk about, or if we do use it, we should follow it up with actions, so I guess it IS the first episode in the series.
