We leave our series on quotes coaches should NOT use and start back to the more conventional concepts of quotes we should use. However, today's episode is not about a specific "quote" like so many of the quotes I have spoken about for most of the 260 episodes before this. Rather, today I talk about two paragraphs in Dr. Brene Brown's book, Dare to Lead.
I have talked about Brene Brown numerous times before and covered a lot of quotes or ideas by her. Today, I talk about a couple of paragraphs that are important for coaches to hear because they discuss ways we create either shame or belief in our kids.
