Stacie Monahan, Partner at Maestro Strategic Partners, spent 25 years as a senior executive in both a large law firm and the insurance industry. Known for her emotional intelligence and operational expertise, she specializes in systems management and mentoring future leaders. Stacie has a passion for developing teams and building scalable structures that allow law firms to thrive.
