Sharon Holand Gelfand is an integrative nutritionist, life coach, speaker, and author, who went from banking to nutrition and transformational coaching after her son was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. During that time, Sharon was also going through a divorce, and felt like her life was spiraling out of control. She chose to take action.

On Sharon's journey to help heal her son, she realized that she had been ignoring her own physical and emotional symptoms. She discovered a new path to healing and a new way of living, leading to more happiness and inner peace. As the creator of The G.U.T.
