Emunah describes her journey from LA to NYC and how reiki was instrumental in her making aligned decisions with the future she desires for herself. Bri opens up and discusses her energetic healing journey in relation to her parents. Reiki, an energetic cleansing practice, has been in use for centuries by spiritual and energetic practitioners globally and allows for the person receiving the service to release and work through stale or malevolent energy surrounding them.
In this ongoing series, Bri looks to address every phase of healing (physical, mental, spiritual, etc.) that we must go through to get to the roots of our triggers.
