When Sue became a mother to her boys, she decided that exercising to the tunes from the 80's, 90's, and 00's was a way to keep her mental health balanced and her fitness level consistent. Using her marketing background, Sue set about making that happen. Twelve years on she now champions dance for everyone through her company Popdance. She connects worldwide with dancers of all levels, backgrounds and experiences, making dance accessible to all, and has built a community that supports each other whilst having fun.
