“Just grow up!” I’ve been told that more times than I can count. Growing Up is exhausting and subjective. This season I'll be exploring different Emotions that I have been learning to understand and regulate. Sharing more of my experience with Borderline Personality Disorder and ADHD. As always my friends Lisa and Michael will join me to discuss some of my favorite movies and tv shows from the 1980s and 90s that go with each episodes emotional theme.
We are back for season 2 and with that, new format, new ideas and themes.
This year we are talking about Emotions and how Ehryn is learning how to connect with them.
This episode is about Confidence.
We will also have that nostalgic moment when we talk about the 90s Classic Teen Movie "Clueless"
Ehryn, Lisa and Michael share memories, quotes, and notes from a rewatch of the film. This was inspired by the release of the new animated film and in celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the film's release on May 28th 1993.
