A humble leader is someone who knows that they are not perfect and makes an effort to be as open and transparent as possible. They take accountability for their mistakes, admit them when needed, and don't blame others. Humility also means being confident in your own abilities without feeling the need to prove it by putting others down or making yourself look better than you are.
