from being bullied in school to being a party girl with a huge ego, to suffering from people pleasing and needing external validation.
I started my growth journey in 2020 in the middle of covid.
I have had a complex journey of many different struggles.
- codependency has been a massive part of my journey and struggles, the consequences of my codependency caused trauma that did a 180 and caused hyper - independence
5 years into my healing journey i have learned so much and i am 1-2 years free of codependency and im in a much deeper aspect of my healing journey and i am so proud of who im becoming and who i have grown into. I am now focused on my purpose and whats in alignment with who i am.
