1. National Championship game Recap- 10 minute first drive. Just destroyed the clock. ND seemed to have OSU’s playbook on that drive. Riley Lenard showed he was ready to play. OSU answers with a TD in the second drive that lasted into the second quarter. And then 2 more in the half. Will Howard was 14/15 in the first half. ND could not move the ball the rest of the first half. After ND scored in the 3rd quarter, and then recovered a fumble early in the 4th I thought they might mount a comeback. Jeremiah Smith just blows my mind how good he is as a freshman. With 29 seconds left Ohio State kicks field goal to seal the win, and go up 11 points.
