session at the Ignite Business Summit on how to find, train,
and keep great fitness trainers for your facility.
The old methods simply are not working. All of my clients are having trouble
even finding great trainers, let alone keeping them there, right?

There's less trainers in the market right now, yet we're still using the same
attraction interaction models that we've always used, getting worse results.
What we're going to do during the session, we're going to do a little bit of self-reflection.
We're going to say, how attractive are you as a brand and as a facility to work for?
What sort of employment opportunities do you provide?

What sort of physical environment do you provide? How much support and help
do you give them along the way in terms of ongoing training and just being part of a great team?
We're going going to explore that and unpack it and answer any of your questions
that you've got along the way.
