fitness orientated brand right how to
do that how to showcase your offer to actually

of content you need put on facebook if you're going to run ads right um and
social media planning so how to do your organic social media and take
the gift work out of it i've actually got a an entire like
i think it's four four four or five pages of of
like a framework that we use i'm going to give that to you um just
for coming to the event it's going to be pretty epic and you won't ever have

to think about what to post your organic social media again and then um how
to actually market how actually market menopause um how to actually talk about
it in your post and um also to the The whole concept of,
you know, do I have to just market to females?
Can I market to males as well?

How do I do that in a very cost-effective way? So that's what I'll be talking about.
