In this week's episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Jay Jay, the founder and CEO of the Ace of Spade Agency. We discussed JJ's career beginnings as a magician back in 2004. After perfecting his craft and becoming a successful magician, he decided to showcase his act on YouTube, eventually becoming the number one how-to magician channel with 57 million views. As a magician, Jay Jay learned how to captivate an audience and speak confidently in front of others. He realized that he could use these skills to teach others and thus, the Ace of Spade Agency was born. We also discussed the importance of building a personal brand and how social media can help.
