Can changing how you talk to yourself change your life?

ACTION STEP FROM THE EPISODE:
1. Record/write your inner dialogue first this in the morning and then listen/read it. Coach yourself  as you would a client, friend,  or child.
2. Apply the three questions whenever you find yourself in a cycle of negative self-talk.
- Is it true?
- Is it helpful?
- Is it kind?

If it's not all three, it's a negative soundtrack and needs to be flipped or replaced immediately.
