So welcome Miss Violet Rain.
Welcome.
Yay.
All right, let's just dive, oh,turn your audio on if you would.

(01:53):
Let's dive straight in, and wealways start with the number one
habit that you do to manage yourown melt mental wellness.
So what is a practice you do tomanage the day-to-day mental
stress of lifey?
Honestly, it's a morningroutine, so I love that we're
talking about that.
I know for a fact that the waywe start our day sets up
everything for our day.
Okay, let's just jump right inthen.

(02:13):
Morning routine.
Where did you come up with thisidea?
How did you come up with thisidea and do you actually do it?
Here's my question.
Do you actually do it because asspeakers and trainers, whatever,
Half the people that are talkingon stage, you're like, you don't
actually do that.
I know that.
So let's hear it.
Okay.
So full transparency.
I did not do my morning routinetoday.

(02:34):
Honestly, I hit my morningroutine probably eight out of 10
days.
Eight outta 10 days.
So yeah.
Love the honesty.
Honesty, that's what it's allabout.
Because there's no a hundredpercent, it's impossible because
we are that, human thing.
Yeah, exactly.
So in everything that I doinside my life and business, I
set a goal that I'm just gonnado it most of the time.
If I can hit eight outta 10,it's good.
If I set a goal, like I'm gonnado it, 10 out of 10, if I mess

(02:57):
up one day, my brain will sayforget it, screw it, I'm done.
Just throw it out.
I love it.
That's our first principle we'relearning already.
Most of the time the goal ismost of the time.
All right.
So talk to us about how youstumbled upon this morning
routine.
Yeah I started doing themorning, like really committing
to the morning routine back in2017.
So where I was at that point wasI had just had a baby.

(03:19):
So I had two kids.
I had a brand new baby, and Iset this goal that I was gonna
do a fitness competition andwrite a book in the six month
window while breastfeeding.
And it was a really big goal forme at the time.
I was stay-at-home moming, I wasjuggling all these different
things.
I was doing my coaching on theside, and I found the book The
Miracle.
And I started listening to TheMiracle Morning, and I really

(03:41):
got enrolled in this idea ofsetting myself up for the day,
and I loved the idea of doing itbefore my kids were up.
This is a chance for me to haveme time and to get in the zone
before I've got kids, demandingand needing things on my time.
And if you're a business owner, you've often got employees or
you've got clients.
The minute you wake up, you haveemails in your inbox or Facebook

(04:02):
messages or LinkedIn messages, and there are so many people
wanting and needing things fromyou all day long that giving
myself this two hour window thatwas just for me was so
emotionally hy.
So that's when it really startedfor me.
Okay.
So you'd have this two hours, you've been doing this for a
long time.
My goodness, that's five yearsyou've been doing this.

(04:23):
Two hours.
I read The Miracle Morning, probably around that same time,
2017.
I probably did it for six monthsand then I was like, bag it.
I'm sleeping.
Talk to me about how you stuckwith it.
How did you create it?
Make it p.
Yeah it's really about creatingkind of an addiction to the
process.
When you can get yourself set upto have those rewards to where

(04:44):
you are hungry for it, you startcraving it.
So one of my hacks with TheMiracle Morning is doing
something that you really love.
That you want to do, that you'reexcited to, that you maybe don't
get to do and honestly, the keyto making a morning routine that
works is it gets to becustomized.
It really gets to be customizedbecause there are lots of
different mindsets andapproaches.

(05:05):
There's a lot of research aroundmorning routines and how
powerful they are, andeverybody's different a little.
They're like some people with aD H D or other like neuro
divergent things, which is amuch higher percentage of us
than we realize, especially inthe entrepreneurial world.
We thrive off different things.
So sometimes for people with a DH D waking up in the morning and

(05:26):
giving yourself like a hit ofworking out or something really
intense isn't the best thing.
It can fry your nerves for theday.
So really to have a routine thatyou can stick.
Be willing to try it out, playwith it, experiment with it.
Don't feel like you need to copyand paste and be like everybody
else.
What works for me might not workfor you.

(05:47):
Like for my wife, she wakes upfirst thing in the morning and
does one of the biggest no-nos.
She gets up at 5:00 AM and shegets on.
Social media.
And so many people recommendthat you don't do that first
thing in the morning.
That you don't go to TikTok orFacebook reels.
You don't get stuck inscrolling.
But she has found for her thatit inspires her.

(06:08):
That it motivates her.
That it reminds her like, I needto be out here in a part of this
conversation because otherpeople are scrolling mindlessly
and I could be in.
Having an impact on people andthat inspires like the whole
direction of her day jumping inthat way.
I don't do that because for meit's a black hole of
distraction, but that's whatworks for her.

(06:29):
And so just.
Just having a partner that'sdoing the morning routine with
me, first of all, that reallyhelps because it gets me out of
bed in the morning cuz she'sgetting out of bed in the
morning.
But also really honoring that wesee the world differently and we
need different things to be setup for success in our day.
I'm loving this.
Okay.
So when I tried the morningroutine, everything's about me.
The apparently let's talk aboutme again.

(06:51):
Enough about you.
Like I, I read the book and Iwas like, okay.
And it's pretty structured.
It's like you have to haveexercise and then you like read
and then you do somethingspiritual and then you like and
I was like, okay, follow thesystem.
That kind of thing.
And it was, I, it put me in amanic space of okay, I've
exercised, okay, now I need todo the reading.
Okay, now I need to dospiritual.
And it get maybe just freakedout.

(07:13):
What actually does work for me,and I'm realizing now just
talking to you, I do actuallyhave a morning routine.
I have one I I went to CostaRica a few months ago.
As you probably know, I wasthere for a few months and my
morning routine in Costa Ricawas like, oh.
Yes.
Like you talk about the addictedthe process.
I would wake up and I would makemy coffee.
And you make it, they're not ina coffee machine.

(07:35):
It's like a pour through andit's very organic and hands on,
and then I would sit in thehammock and just watch the birds
and write in my journal.
That's my morning routine.
And When I do a version of thathere, I have a bird station set
up outside of my window.
So even in the snow you can havebirds.
When I do that's what starts meout on a calm and centered

(07:55):
instead of that manic.
So I'm hearing ya.
Tell me what your mo morningroutine is.
Yeah.
Is it birds?
Does it involve birds?
I really did wanna jump in herewith this because, during that
compressed window when I waswriting the book and I was doing
the fitness competition and Ihad first listened to Miracle
Morning, I was reallyregimented.
I had timers, so I was like Ireally wanna read this.

(08:16):
So like the yummy thing that Idid every day was I wanted to
read, Jean Keys just a reallyphenomenal read and, yeah.
Your audio cut out for a second.
What's, what were, what was thename of the book?
Jean Keys.
Okay.
And I loved that, and that wasmy yummy part of the day.
But I had a timer on it, right?
I could only do it for 30minutes, and then I had to jump
to my next thing and jump to mynext thing and jump to my next

(08:37):
thing.
And I've gone through stagesover the last five years where
I'll be really regimented andI'll have all these things I'm
checking.
And then where I'll move intomore of like your saying,
journaling.
I found, I had this period oftime where I was writing poetry.
I had a goal to write one poemevery day, and I'd wake up, I'd
make my coffee, I'd put in.
Positive audio, which areaffirmations or something like

(08:59):
that.
Audio suggestions.
Sometimes my own recorded voice.
Sometimes you can just jump onYouTube and search, abundance
affirmations or peaceaffirmations, right?
And I would sit at my table andI would look out the window and
I'd watch the seasons change andI had a little pawn and birds
and it was this very centeringtime for me.
And so mind routine adjusts andshifts based on what's actively

(09:21):
happening in my life at thattime for a long time.
When I got married to my partnerand we all of a sudden went
from, I had two kids to now wehave five laundry, didn't just
double it like five times orsomething, and I couldn't
believe the laundry situation.
So part of what was catharticfor me was listening to an

(09:42):
audiobook early in the morningbefore anyone's awake.
No one's asking me for anything, and I'd fold one load of laundry
every.
And it had me feeling ahead ofthe day.
It had me feeling on top of whatwas going on in my house.
I was getting the instructionalaudio in my head and I was
really making it my own.
So this is like one of thebiggest things that I could say

(10:03):
for our audience today is findsomething that soothes your soul
and excites your mind so thatyou are starting in this
balance, like I call it relaxedintensity.
Where you're feeling reallycentered, but you're also
feeling empowered or motivatedfor your morning.
So it could be listening to, Ireally love, there's like those

(10:26):
workout motivational audiosthat's go for it.
It's got like less brown TonyRobbins and it's a compilation.
They can be four minutes, 12minutes, 20 minutes.
Throwing that in while you'redoing your makeup and really
stacking your.
If you pair it like this ishabit hack, anyways, pair what
you're doing with somethingelse.
So while you're doing yourmakeup, pairing it with an audio

(10:49):
and that will really, build thehabit to be consistent.
Okay.
I wanna get back to habitstacking in just a second.
Cause that's a, another meatytopic in and of itself, but I
still have some more to explorehere.
So you're talking about soothesyour soul, this state of
excitement.
I'm thinking it's really aboutgetting intentional about where
you want your brain to be.

(11:10):
So if someone's brain isnaturally and maybe.
Very wired like overclocked andduh, that kinda thing, if that's
who you naturally are.
I'm hearing that what I need todo is, Breathe and make a
morning routine.
That doesn't excite me or else Iwill just run around, like this.

(11:31):
So what I would need, maybe Ihave a D H D V.
Do you think I've never had aproblem with focus.
I can focus really well.
The problem is I'm just like, ohman.
So regimented.
And so for me, I need to moveinto a space of that calm
relaxation.
If I were to listen to TonyRobbins, I would not be able to
sleep.
I would just be working all daylong.

(11:52):
That's a problem for me.
So that's what I'm hearing ismake it custom for you.
Make it custom for you.
Yeah.
So it's exactly, yeah.
If you're wired, regimented, calm the fuck down and watch the
birds.
And if you're, and if you'rewired to just wanna lay on the
couch and eat Cheetos, put someregimentation, that's a word
into your morning routine.
Is that what I'm hearing?

(12:12):
Exactly.
That's exactly it.
That's what we get to do.
We get to see where.
We're out of balance.
So right now my wife and I aredoing a lot of work for
entrepreneurs with A D H D.
Funny enough that you bring thatup because there is a lot of
misconceptions around it andthere's a lot of excuses,
especially, it's become a, Idon't know if the word's like

(12:34):
popular thing to be like, oh,that's just my A D H D.
I'm chronically late, it's my AD H D.
And it's okay, cool.
And.
What do we get to do?
Who do you get to be to setyourself up to win?
Because you don't get to justhave this cop out that's, I'm
never on time and I'm neverhonoring my word.
It's just my A D H D.
Let's blame it on my A D H D.

(12:54):
That's a box.
We're boxing ourselves in andwe're making excuses and
justifications for how we'reshowing up in leadership in our
businesses and in our lives.
So yes, if you see like I'mchronically late or I'm
chronically lazy, or I'mchronically like O c D and over
hyper thinking, yes.
There are some like tried andproven and tested things that

(13:17):
support the mass majority ofpeople in the morning.
And one of those is journal.
And one of those is meditating.
So regardless of if you're anoverthinker or you're lazy,
meditation is so healthy for thebrain because regardless of what
you're doing, being present iswhere your power is.
So meditation is a training ofthe brain, whether you're really

(13:40):
lazy, like when you're reallylazy.
Usually sometimes people who arereally lazy they're in the
future.
They're daydreaming or they'rein the past, they're not in the
present moment.
When we call ourselves back tothe present moment, we often can
get into action and forwardmomentum, so meditation,
journaling, and some form ofmovement connecting back into

(14:02):
the body.
This does not mean.
We don't need to be going crazyand doing I'm trying to think of
the name of that.
What is it in Insanity?
That insanity program.
We don't need to be doing that.
For you, maybe, it's yoga or Taichi where you're just like being
in your body and creatingmovements and creating presence
that.
Pads across the board seemed tobenefit everybody.

(14:25):
Are there outliers?
Probably somewhere out there, but creating a routine where you
are connecting in with self, bringing yourself into presence,
and then for you, whoever youare, if you're like, yeah, I
need to bring more intensity.
Cool.
Throw on insanity and some TonyRobbins and let's get you into
high gear.
And if you're chronically morelike Kim or I and you seem to

(14:46):
run on, hyper speed all thetime, cool.
Maybe you need to just slowdown, smell the roses, watch the
birds, and journal a little bitfor sure.
Oh man.
Okay, so we're getting so manygood ideas here.
Hopefully viewers and listenersare like, okay, journaling.
N that's a no for me.
Meditation.
I wanna try, and compiling yourlist of things that happen in a,
in your morning routine.

(15:06):
Can you give us some more ideasof what that list could be?
Yeah, mirror work.
So one of the things when I wasgetting up in my very early days
of trying to create this habitat 5:00 AM I would wake up and
I'd flip on my little lamp andI'd take a huge glass of water
that's a waking up hack foreverybody.
Take a huge glass of water andthen I had a little tiny compact

(15:29):
mirror.
I'd open up and I would justlook in my eyes and I would say,
good morning.
Be.
And I wanna be the first personto greet me every day I'm so
happy to see you.
I love you.
And I would get really emotionalsometimes doing this.
And it's crazy how awkward thiscould be for some people
learning how to actually talk tothemselves.
And I would say I'm so excitedto live this day with you.

(15:52):
You're amazing.
We can do anything together, andI want you to know that no
matter what happens today, I'llalways love.
And I love you.
Let's go.
And it's 30 seconds a minute.
It's a hack for reallyconnecting in with that self.
And then, I'd shut the compactmirror and I'd get up and I'd go
downstairs and I'd startstretching.
So this was like my early on,early day routine.

(16:14):
And so if you're just gettingstarted, Start.
Start where you're at, startsmall.
If you say, I'm gonna gohardcore, I'm gonna do two hours
right off the bat, you can dothat.
I recommend having some sort ofsupport system to help that
happen.
And really that's a bigchallenge.
But honestly, starting small andsimply picking three, five

(16:36):
things max that you're gonnastart doing.
That's what I.
And over time it felt so good tome.
It felt so juicy to me.
I wanted to add more.
So I decided I'm gonna go downand stretch.
And after two or three daysdoing that, I thought while I'm
stretching, why don't I listento something like Two Birds, one
stone?
Not that we wanna hurt thebirdies, we like watching, being

(16:58):
really efficient with my time.
I'm a hyper super producer, soI'm all about that life.
So I started putting in autosuggestions and I've just
listened to affirmations.
And then once I was done withthe stretching, I thought, I
wanna do a little bit of breathwork, just so like deep
breathing, to get myself back byback in the day.
And so I had a five minute likebreathing exercise that I did.

(17:19):
So there, my routine started at15 minutes and it stretched now
it was like 30 minutes.
And then I started thinking, Ireally to have some me time to
read something that isn'tbusiness.
I have struggled with giving myyourself permission to do
anything recreational orspiritual because I'm like,

(17:40):
everything has to equal profitsor money.
That's been my stretch and mychallenge.
So I would give myself somerecreational centering
development, reading andactually read it because I've
been so busy in my life.
I'm like, I just listened to allthe books, but actually sitting
down and holding a real livebook, that became a very
nurturing, grounding thing for.

(18:02):
And so I'd read, and then afterthe first day, my timer was when
my kids would wake up, my kidswake up, and now my time's done
no more me time.
So it just started becoming soyummy and so juicy for me that
it became something I wasn'twilling to give up.
It became something necessaryfor me as a mom and a business
owner to be able to do whateverI wanted for a little bit.

(18:24):
I'm loving this.
This is reminding me of are youfamiliar with Thomas Moore?
I can't remember the name of thebook, dang it.
But he's written three or four, and he talks about a principle
of soul and spirit.
And we do things that take careof our soul.
Think about the mug of hotcoffee.
And, watching the snow fall likethat all fills your soul.
And then spirit is what inspiresyou.

(18:46):
It makes you want to do morethings.
And so I'm hearing just a reallygood balance of soul, self-care,
nurture and spirit.
Really cool.
So you're recommending to peoplestart really slow.
Go internal.
There's no prescription ofregimentation or anything like
that.
Find little things that feel sojuicy to you and just start

(19:07):
doing them.
Okay, that sounds amazing.
Not a problem.
I haven't even writing downthings right here.
I'm gonna start, cuz right nowI'm doing coffee just in front
of my computer.
Why don't I just sit down nextto the window and do birding
with my coffee like I did inCosta Rica.
Aw, thank you for influencing mylife on that one.
So that's really, sounds reallybeautiful.
I wanna go back to mirror workreally.

(19:27):
Yeah.
The thought of doing that ishorrifying to me.
Tell me why we're so afraid, oryour interpretation of why we're
so afraid to love ourselves.
Essentially.
Why, what ma, why are we sointimidated to look at ourselves
and talk to ourselves?
I don't know what, I don't knowwhat that's about for me.
Talk to me about.

(19:48):
Yeah I think it's different foreveryone.
And honestly, it's like breakingthe ice with yourself.
If you've never done it whenI've done this in a retreat
setting, which is reallybeautiful because you can be
witnessed by other people andthere's something about being
witnessed in it that allows youto unfill even more layers.
It's one thing for me to stareby myself alone in my bathroom

(20:08):
or in my bedroom in a mirror.
It's another thing for me toreally look at myself publicly
and claim love for myselfpublicly.
So you can do.
Either way.
But when I've seen this insidemy clients, if they've never
done this work before, the firsttime you do it, it's very
emotional.
You will see yourself likesmiling and laughing, deflecting
with humor, feeling reallyawkward and inside of yourself.

(20:32):
It's like meeting the mostimportant person in your life
for the first time.
And it's really crazy when youthink about the only person that
we have from the moment we'reborn till the moment we die is
us.
And we are uncomfortable lookingin our own eyes and saying I
appreciate you.
I'm proud of you.
You do so much for yourself allday.

(20:53):
I got myself dressed today.
I got myself coffee today.
I'm doing all of these thingsfor myself.
I'm building a life for myself.
I'm, building a relationship.
I had kids for me so I couldenjoy them and raise them.
Like everything in my lifereally is for this person.
And yet I can't look her in themirror and say, thank you so

(21:13):
much.
She's a bad.
You're always there for me nomatter where I go.
There you are with me having myback and fighting for us to be
happy and seeking for us to winin life and to be, more
productive and more successfulin all of these things.
And so for those of you who arelistening that, that are feeling

(21:34):
the call, you're probablyfeeling it inside.
Even as I'm saying this, you'restarting to feel maybe a lump in
your throat or a motion in yourchest, bubbling.
See that as a sign of yourselfsaying, Hey, yeah, let's talk a
little bit.
Oh, Look how powerful you arewhen I listen to you speakers
who are really good, and I woulddefinitely put you in that

(21:54):
category.
I almost go into this hypnotictrance.
I'm like, and I just wannafollow everything you say.
You have a gift.
You have a gift.
That's really powerful.
I'm gonna do it.
I'm gonna, I'm gonna do it assoon as I got, this is
recording.
I was gonna say I do thistomorrow morning, but I'm gonna
do it as soon as I got This'srecording and have a
conversation with.
That's really cool, reallypowerful principle.

(22:16):
Okay, so let's go back now thatwe've delved into mirror work
and why that's awkward.
And given everyone a bunch ofdifferent ideas of what they can
do to build their morningroutine.
Talk to us about habit stacking.
Ooh, yeah.
Habit stacking is an amazinghack, so there's already things
you're automatically doingbrushing your.
Getting dressed for the day, doing your hair.

(22:37):
So if you can link and connectsomething to something you're
already doing, the likelihood ofit happening just shoots through
the roof.
It's going to happen becauseyou're already doing the other
thing.
So that current establishedhabit becomes basically the
trigger.
If you guys have read oh, what'sthe book?
Shoot, I'm seeing the coveralready.
It's like a big wheel and itsays habit big on the top.

(22:58):
But basically you set up like aseries of triggers and rewards
to establish habits in yourlife.
So if the trigger is somethingyou're already doing, like
that's half the battle justestablishing the trigger and
remembering to do it.
A habit stack would be when I goto get up in the morning, like
if you go, when you flip on alamp or something on your
bedside table, having a compactmirror right there, boom.

(23:19):
That's a habit.
You're flipping the light onalready, so you just open the
mirror and you just 30 secondstalk to yourself.
You shut it off, right?
If you're going to do yourmakeup oh, Okay.
When I do my makeup, I'm gonnaread my affirmations on my
mirror, or while I blow dry myhair, I'm gonna read
affirmations.
While I do makeup, I'm gonnalisten to an audio book just 15
minutes a day.
I'm a fast makeup doer cause I'mall about efficiency.

(23:40):
I can do it in five minutes, buteven five minutes of new and
powerful insights and conceptscan really shift the entire
trajectory of your life.
It takes one idea to shifteverything in your world.
So creating room and space fornew ideas to come in is money.
And I know that wasn't thequestion, but I just had to
throw that in there and we'reback to profits.

(24:02):
Yeah.
Nothing wrong.
Nothing wrong with that's forsure.
So we're all talking about habitstacking and we're talking about
I'm gonna ve us off course herefor a second.
We're talking about all theseother speakers and other authors
and other writers.
What's your message v like.
You don't live and breathehabits.
This is not what you do.
What's your live and breathe?

(24:23):
What do you do?
Ooh, when I was in high schoolI, we had just gone through a
really hard window of time.
My parents got divorced when Iwas 12 and we were displaced.
We left our family farm and mymom decided to build this house

(24:44):
with her divorce settlementmoney.
She was like, yeah, I put himthrough school.
He's a doctor, he is making allthis money, but this just
divorce settlement is I'm gonnarebuild my life and I'm gonna
build my dream home.
And she built this home and.
When she built this home, it waslike symbolic of her freedom and
her power.
And so when I got access to mybedroom there, she said, make

(25:06):
this yours.
And she let me put rainbows in asun and stars and I just went
crazy.
And I decided at that age of 16to put a quote above my door and
the quote, Put above my doorthat I saw every day before I
went to school, and that I stilllike, I have it burned on my

(25:26):
soul.
And as I'm saying this, I'mlike, I know my next tattoo is
my life is my message by MahaMahi.
And if I were to say I had acore message or a core cry to
the warrior in everybody is tostand up and realize that we
only know for sure we have thisone precious.

(25:49):
And all we have is time andwhere we put our time says
something about us.
If I only have a year left tolive, what I do with that year
means something about mypriorities and what I value.
And if you aren't making timefor yourself, if you are not

(26:12):
putting your energy into thelegacy you're leaving, what is
your life really about?
We can say we're about freedomor peace or love or family, but
when I look at your schedule, isthat what I'm gonna see?
Or am I gonna see that you'reabout Netflix binging and TikTok

(26:32):
scrolling?
Am I gonna see that you'reputting all of your time and
your energy into people whodon't really value you or
support you or love you?
So at the end of the day, ineverything that I'm doing, And
in everything I'm inviting myclients and my circle and my
friends and my family to, it'sbe the change.

(26:54):
Be the change your life, the wayyou're living it in the moment
to moment being this not justwhat you're doing.
How are you being when you'redoing that thing?
Are you being present?
Are you being kind?
Are you being love?
Are you just talking about it?
Are you just thinking about it?
Or worse?
Are you just dreaming about.

(27:15):
We need more people taking upthe call to be the change and
really live their message inevery moment with where they're
putting their time.
Thank you.
That was powerful.
The piece that really stood outto me when you were talking was
make this yours.

(27:35):
And of course your name Freedom, right?
And I look at your life and Isee you leaving a religion that
didn't work for you, leaving arelationship that didn't work
for you and really just livingthis make this work for you.
I, if I can think of one storythat stands out in my head with
you.
It doesn't seem like a big dealat all, but I, we were at an

(27:58):
event, I can't remember what anevent I was speaking, or were
you speaking?
I think we both spoke at theevent or something but I made
like some kind of derogatoryremark in passing about my body
or the way I looked and it's socommon that we do that and I
think I was speaking, you calledme on the carpet on it while I

(28:18):
was speaking and I was.
Wow, this is a powerful woman.
This is a powerful woman.
She's able to I don't know, callme out on, I think of that
phrase, make this yours, right?
Of accepting my body as it is,of accepting myself as it is of
and even very first thing youlet out with when we were
talking about the morningroutine is make this yours

(28:41):
essentially, do what you want todo.
So I don't know if I'm sayingthat very clearly, but I think
that's what you're teachingthrough your life, through your
words.
I think that's what you'reteaching.
So anyway.
You're a powerful lady.
You're a powerful lady.
We've got some free stuff togive away to everyone.
But first I feel like I shouldjust turn the time back over to

(29:01):
you for a second.
Yeah.
Thank you.
I just wanted to jump in onthat.
Thank you for being that mirrorto me and shining that back to
me because it's true.
It's really true.
Like at the core of the way thatI want people to feel when they
come around me is I want them tofeel the permission to just be
their unique expression ofdivinity.

(29:23):
I believe that what makes thisworld so beautiful and so
magical is that we're all sounique and different, and yet
also the.
We have all of these things incommon.
We all want life.
We want love.
We want connection.
We want abundance around us.
We want peace, but our ways togetting there are different.

(29:44):
Our gifts that we bring to thetable, our ideas, our unique
contribution, and it's one ofthe most selfish things in the
world to try to be a copycat ofsomebody else.
You rob us, of you, and to showup in this world and to be
present is to.
And to hide out and to playsmall is to take, and so as

(30:06):
you're reflecting back to me sobeautifully, like you've watched
and witnessed my journey, likeyou're basically telling me
like, this is what you bring andthis is what you inspire.
Absolutely.
Make this life your own.
Make your routine your own.
Bring your way, your uniquegifts, your unique talents, your
unique flavor.

(30:27):
Create a morning routine.
That's you.
That's for you.
That's by you.
Sure.
Be inspired by other people.
We need each other.
We need each other.
I have needed Kim as so manycritical junctures in my life
and just now even like herreflecting back to me like, Hey,
yeah, your life's your message, and you're like the.
You're like, make this your own,and what a gift that is.

(30:50):
So we all have the opportunityto step up and be the gifts for
the people in our lives thatwe've been called and placed to
serve.
And that being said, I cantransition into my gift for
everybody.
Let's hear it.
What's your gift?
I love it.
Okay.
So what I'm gifting to you guysis my archetypes masterclass.

(31:10):
Now, this masterclass used toonly be for like my v i p
one-on-one clients, and thisfall actually, I decided to just
turn this in to a gift that Ican give in moments like this
when.
Feeling so called.
So the way that this masterclassis written, it's a one hour
training going deep into thearchetypes of the mind.

(31:32):
So we have four voices that arelike positive, powerful voices,
and then we have four voicesthat are like the competing
voices.
So we've got a sovereign, that'sthe king and queen.
Then we have our magician.
That's like our creativity.
Then we have our warrior likethe action taking, stand up for
justice and we have our.
And then on the flip side ofthat, you've got the saboteur

(31:55):
that takes you outta the game, the child, the victim, and the
prostitute.
Now, some people get a littleantsy about me saying the word
prostitute.
I didn't invent the idea ofarchetypes.
These have been around for along time, but this is my
interpretation and spin on themand bringing you guys some
powerful.
Identifiers for recognizing whenyou're in those voices.

(32:15):
So for example, with morningroutines, you're wanting to
create a morning routine.
You're not gonna be able to dothat if you're being a victim of
your schedule or a victim ofyour children or your partner or
your spouse.
We're gonna need to take you outof that victim and get you up
into your lover where you'relike, this is worth it.
I am worth it.
Bringing your musician, thecreative solutions come on,
let's be resourceful.

(32:36):
Like, how can we make this workfor us?
How can we make this our own?
And then the queen, right?
You're sovereign.
That's.
This is absolutely happening.
I'm deciding and your warrior'sI'm gonna make it happen for
you, my queen, right?
So we get to bring ourselves outof the sabotaging, the whining
about the time of day.
Okay, 5:00 AM doesn't work foryou.
Can you do 6:00 AM Like, whatcan you do?
Let's get creative in our livesso we can actually execute on

(33:00):
the things we really want.
So that's my.
That's beautiful.
I can tell you're super wellversed in that content and it
just flows out so beautifully.
And I'm like, oh that, I need awhole event on that topic right
there, that there's some meatthere, there's some really big
meat.
So we're gonna have links inevery, any platform that you go
to, to watch or listen to this, you'll see the link.
And then your website is the newearth center.com.

(33:24):
You can find that, those linksagain on every platform.
So thank you for that.
That's.
Those four archetypes.
Let's see as we wrap things up,reminder that the goal of this
podcast is to instill wellnesshabits into your daily life.
To build a life beyond its fine.
Let's achieve spectacular, joyful, deeply satisfying, and

(33:46):
with Violet Rain's help.
