¡Hola a todos! En nuestro último Instagram Live con Actualidad Radio, compartí una actualización importante sobre el programa de parole humanitario. El gobierno de EE.UU. ha confirmado que no renovará el parole para venezolanos, cubanos, nicaragüenses y haitianos. Si entraste bajo este programa, especialmente para mis clientes venezolanos cuyo parole vence a finales de octubre de 2024, ahora es el momento de actuar. Aún puedes solicitar asilo, TPS o ajustar tu estatus a través del matrimonio con un ciudadano estadounidense. Es fundamental tomar estas decisiones ahora para evitar perder tu estatus legal.
Para aquellos de Nicaragua y Haití, su parole comenzará a expirar en enero de 2025, y lamentablemente, no se aceptarán nuevas solicitudes para este programa. Sin embargo, para mis clientes cubanos, aún tienen la opción de ajustar su estatus bajo la Ley de Ajuste Cubano después de un año y un día de estar en los EE.UU. No esperen más—consulten con un abogado de inmigración para explorar todas sus opciones.
