Terrance Cooley is an award-winning decision scientist and data architect with over 15 years of experience designing solutions for high-stakes public sector missions. A leader in cross-functional transformation, he combines expertise in process engineering, program management, HR, and IT to bridge human-digital potential and drive innovation agility.
Beyond his professional roles, Terrance is deeply engaged in shaping the future of technology and leadership. He serves as an adjunct instructor at Fullstack Academy, sits on the Atlas Copilot advisory board and the Leader Transition Institute board of directors, and co-chairs the Western Governors University California Tech Impactors Network.
With a strong academic foundation—holding a BS in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, an MBA in IT Management, and an MS in Data Analytics from Western Governors University—Terrance is now pursuing a PhD in Community Psychology at National Louis University. His extensive certifications, including PMP, SPHR, GPHR, and SSCP, further underscore his commitment to excellence.
