In Chapter 15, The Believer, Mando teams up with ex-Imperial sharpshooter Mayfeld for a covert mission to locate Moff Gideon’s cruiser. To do so, Mando disguises himself as an Imperial trooper and endures a tense infiltration of an Imperial refinery, culminating in an awkwardly brilliant mess-hall scene where Mayfeld snaps and blasts an officer mid-monologue. After a chaotic escape involving TIE fighters and Slave One-style fireworks, Mayfeld earns his freedom. This is the Way.
