Her and 4 of her female friends, all teenagers had hopped a bus, enjoyed their time and were waiting in Newark for a connecting bus to their homes. Two grown men up to no good, drove up to the group of girls at the bus stop and started making lewd remarks. When the men were told the girls were all lesbians, they got out of their car and physically harrassed the girls, murdering Sakia.
