Bridget Lavin is a spiritual practitioner, previous yoga studio owner, and retreat leader. We sat down to talk shortly after she returned to Omaha, NE from completing her MSc of Science & Religion at The University of Edinburgh in Scotland. She now lives in Denver, CO.
We talk all things spiritual practices including how to let go (and what that even means) as well as the nuances of clinging to a particular practice as a form of suffering itself.
