During the holiday season and other times in your life you may feel quite lonely, particularly if you are going through a grieving period, failed relationship, or life setback. Hosts Ryan and Macey share their experiences and provide tips on combating isolation. A more "serious" episode for this season, we've always wanted to be transparent. Let's cut the BS and all agree that making friends as an adult is hard because life is hard. It's okay to be lonely and it's okay to not be okay. We hope this episode normalizes that the holidays aren't always jolly but there are several ways to feel the magic once more.
