This four-part Advent meditation series invites you into a season of gentle waiting and sacred listening.
Each week explores one of the ancient themes of Advent — Hope, Peace, Joy, and Love — blending the poetic voice of the First Nations Version with the grounding FARMs method of stillness, gratitude, and loving-kindness.
Rooted in the birth of Yeshua and the promise of Christ’s coming-again to renew and restore all things, these meditations offer a quiet space to breathe deeply, rest fully, and awaken to the Light that has come and the Light that is coming again.

This meditation invites you into the first theme of Advent: Hope. Rooted in the gentle language of the First Nations Version, this practice blends stillness, gratitude, and loving-kindness as we remember the hope revealed in Yeshua’s birth and the hope of renewal promised in Christ’s coming-again. A grounding, spacious meditation for weary hearts longing for light.
