Today’s guest, Kris Van Damme, is an actor, producer, writer, animator and martial artist who made his big screen debut at the age of 3, in “Universal Soldier”, starring his superstar father, Jean-Claude Van Damme. Since then he and his father have worked together in a number of other great movies including some of my favourites, “The Quest”, “Universal Soldier: Regeneration” AND “Day of Reckoning”, “The Eagle Path”, “Assassination Games”,“6 Bullets”, “Welcome to the Jungle”, “Enemies Closer”, “Black Water” and “Darkness of Man”. He was also in “The Philly Kid”, and he’s got 2 movies in post-production, soon to be released: “The Farmer” and “Crime Time”.
He’s a huge inspiration to fitness enthusiasts, and he’s a passionate supporter of animal rights.
