Have you ever wondered if there is something special about the sound of a gong? is there something powerful about the #vibrations they emit? Have you ever wanted to explore the mysteries of #vibes and #chakras?

Spiritual traditions throughout the world tell us that the enveloping sound of a gong can lead to profound relaxation and calm, helping our brains enter the theta state of deep peace associated with #meditation and #intuition. Vibrations accomplish this by traveling through the energy centers within the body. These energy centers are called #chakras. Your #chakrasystem is attached to different physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your being.

#Holistic medicine practitioners often incorporate chakra tuning forks into their #holistichealth practices, allowing the vibrations to interact with the corresponding chakra to balance #energy, promote circulation, and enhance the body’s natural healing processes.

But vibrations have a much larger impact than just promoting healing. #stringtheory, one of the most prominent models for explaining the basic structure of the universe, suggests that vibrating strings are the fundamental building blocks of the #cosmos. At the subatomic level, these pulsating strings produce particles that give rise to all matter. Even though we do not see these pulsating #quanta of energy, they interact with us continuously, affecting our mood, our vitality and our overall life experience.

They also play a vital importance in our interaction with others. The energy we emit—our “vibe” attracts and repels people, situations and opportunities, literally shaping our relationships with others.

I am so excited to have Dr. Garret Yount, author of #WhyVibesMatter on my next episode of #HaveYouEverWondered? to discuss the fascinating role that vibrations play in our universe and in our everyday lives.
