This team was honored at the homecoming game as they celebrate the 40th anniversary of the only South River football team to play for a State Championship. Co-hosted by Mitch Suplee, who was a sophomore on that team, and current coach Steve Erxleben, the trio speaks to numerous members of the team considered the best in South River History, including QB Ray Kingsfield, linebacker-tight end Clay Hall, and many more.
