Let's get into it Once again.
I am very excited to have ourfounder, our leader, our lady

(02:10):
extraordinaire, lynnParadivergis, back with us on
Healers Talk Healing, so we cancatch up and really talk about
what's been going on behind thescenes.
You know we are really busy, busy bees but out there in the
world I don't think that we haveshared about what it is that

(02:30):
we've been up to in the in thepast little while.
The podcast is doing well andit's growing and exciting and
talking to all the healers thatare joining the network and I
think it's a time that we justdo a quick joining the network
and I think it's a time that wejust do a quick, maybe not so
quick, we'll see where it goes,I know.

Lynne Herod DeVerges (02:54):
But once we start talking it's not always
so quick.

Nina Ganguli (02:55):
But we won't belabor the point.
So you know I, I know we'vebeen doing a lot of work.
We have a lot of new things totalk about.
So, Lena, I'm going to hand itover to you to talk about, first
of all, our rebranding from theMiracles Directory to Miracles
Ultimate Wellness Resources.

(03:16):
Let's talk about that a littlebit.

Lynne Herod DeVerges (03:18):
Okay, all right, thank you so much, nina.
Yes, we are still MiraclesDirectory to a great extent.
That is actually the parentcompany, and then from the

(03:42):
Miracles Ultimate WellnessResources LLC.
It was a way to really definewho we are a lot more.
Okay, miracles Directory islovely as an overall arcing
company, but we really do somuch more than that.

(04:04):
As we have been developing andas we've been growing and so
forth, there have been so manyideas that have come to mind
that needed to be expressed andneeded to be done, and so it's
like, oh well, we have to dothis and we have to do that, and
we have to do this and we needto offer that.
And so, as that was continuingto go through my mind as my

(04:30):
brain, like yours, is alwaysworking, as information is
always being downloaded right itwas so much more befitting to
say miracles, ultimate wellnessresources.
So, first of all, there are somany things that we are doing.

(04:53):
It started off again as adirectory, listing page for the
global community who are lookingfor authentic, genuine,
professional and experiencedhealth and wellness
practitioners, aka we call themour healing heroes, and that

(05:18):
seemed to be fine.
But then it was like well, waita minute.
You know we're really serving adual community.
We're serving the globalcommunity, but we're also
serving the healing heroes orhealth and wellness practitioner
community.
And how do we do that?
How can we create a more robustbusiness and programs that will

(05:45):
be best for everyone?
And so, in answering thatquestion, what actually started
to come into more focus wasadding a membership.
Ah, let's add a membershipcommunity to the actual Healing

(06:09):
Heroes so that they're able tosupport each other, so that
they're able to learn from eachother, so that we're able to all
grow together, not only in thehealing professions and trades,
but also in business itself, because we know so many

(06:30):
beautiful and wonderful healersand health professionals that
love to be of service, that loveto share the products that they
have that are really dynamic, but they don't always know how
to really expand their businessand be able to reach people like
all of you out there that arelistening.

(06:50):
So we've created thatmembership community for them in
order to help them to expandand be presented with things
that they may not have alwaysthought about.
In light of that, we alsocreated what's called the

(07:11):
Miracles Ultimate WellnessBusiness Academy, specifically
for those who choose to workthrough and with the Miracles
Ultimate Wellness Resources as ahealing hero, and so we have a
full-on business academy, and itcovers everything you want to

(07:34):
know about business, from A to Z, whether you are just starting
and want to be an entrepreneur,or if you are someone who has a
very good and robust businessbut you're ready to take it to
the next level, because we canhelp you take it all the way to
franchising, if that's what youwant to do.

(07:56):
So we really do have thatprogram and I'm excited about it
.
We've been working on it so, sodiligently, really focused, and
that will be introduced in 2025.
So stay tuned just a few moremonths and we'll be announcing
that.

(08:16):
And then, for our globalcommunity, we realize that it's
wonderful to know who to connectwith, but not just connect with
.
Maybe you're a person who likesto read and do a little
research, so we have our blog.
Maybe you're someone who reallylikes to watch videos and learn

(08:40):
about health and wellness andnatural health resources, so we
have that for you too.
We also have for you productsthat we've added to our line, so
you can see we've reallyexpanded from just the directory
, so now we also have products.

(09:01):
We have various products in themarketplace at large that we
believe are wonderful assets andthat can help you, as well as
products from other healingheroes that really are just
superb what we call our premierproducts.
So we have those as well.
And we also have a MiraclesUltimate Wellness Healers

(09:28):
Academy for the global community, and that academy is actually a
way for you to learn, hearabout and become aware of so
many of the different healingmodalities.
Like a lot of people have heardof Reiki, but they may not
really know what Reiki is.

(09:49):
Well, we have a Reiki triplemaster who is working right now
on providing a course for us inReiki.
Now, it's not an attunement.
If you've heard about Reikiattunement, she can do that
online, but it would be a littlebit more than what we're doing

(10:11):
right now, but it's a fabulousintroduction and you'll get a
chance to hear more about it andlearn about it.
And then we have someone whotalks about numerology, someone
who talks about and really takesyou into exercises to be your
own avatar, not an avatar likeyou see out there that is a

(10:34):
pseudo you, but the real avatar, the person that is who you are.
The soul, essence of who youare, is your true avatar and
from that place you havetremendous power.
So we have some peoplediscussing that and taking you
through some exercises to helpyou connect with that part of

(10:57):
yourself.
We just have acupressure,acupressure.
What else do we have Yoga.
It's a plethora of things, somany things, and I will be also
sharing with you how to connectwith your intuitive ability and
how to strengthen that on adaily basis.

(11:19):
So, anyway, we have all ofthose things.
As you can see, I'm excitedabout it all.
Anyway, we have all of thosethings.
As you can see, I'm excitedabout it all.
They will both be launching, actually toward the end of
January, and this is why we haverebranded ourselves and

(11:39):
everything I've just said as theMiracles, Ultimate Wellness
Resources, because it's not justabout finding people in a
directory like the old yellowpages for those of you that are
young enough to remember that weare, as you can see, so much
more.
We truly are expanding and willcontinue to expand because

(12:05):
there's still yet more to come, but that's for another time into
being the place that you can goto, whether you're a healer or
not, to fully receive any andeverything you could possibly
think of in the way that's bestfor you to receive information

(12:28):
about our health, about healing, about wellness and what that
means from every singlestandpoint.

Nina Ganguli (12:36):
So that's why we've rebranded ourselves Well,
thank you for sharing all ofthat because it's it is so
exciting and you know, in theback end, because you know I
here I'm the face of the podcastbut on the back end I do the
marketing and many other hatsthat we both all well, both in

(12:58):
the background.
All of us wear and it's beenexciting, and it's been exciting
you know, we were just havingthis conversation the other day
about what we have been able todo, because we are also growing
and expanding, and I think oneof the things that's exciting is
that, as we grow and expand, that then just overflows to the
healing heroes and also to thosewho are seeking, you know, more

(13:24):
understanding of what aholistic life looks like.
Yes, I think it's so powerfulto be able to say, hey, let's
grow together, let's expand ourreach together, let us help you
expand your reach, and youpartner with us, we partner with
you, and I think it's it'sbeautiful.

(13:45):
That's one of my favoritethings to do is to be a
collaborative partner, andthat's what I'm so excited about
.
With our expansion and with theresources and everything that
we provide, it's like really isa collaborative partnership that
we work with on both kinds ofends of the spectrum for those
who are providing and those whoare seeking.

(14:06):
One of the things I wanted toask you, though, is the word
miracles.
Yes, this notion of what amiracle is, and I think the
notion out there let's talkabout in the Western world, you
know, when we're, you know wehave kind of you know Western
philosophies around whatmiracles are and where miracles

(14:27):
come from, and there's a reallysort of I would step out to say
this religious, not.
So what am I looking for?
A religious context around theword miracles, religious context
around the word miracles.
But I know for us, as thecompany called miracles ultimate

(14:50):
wellness resources that wordmeans so much more.

Lynne Herod DeVerges (14:55):
It does.
It does Many years ago in mymeditation.
I was doing so.
In my meditation I was doing, Iwas teaching classes and doing
one-on-one mentorships and soforth, which I still do, and I

(15:19):
actually also had a church and aministerial program, and that
was back in the last century, somoving forward in this century.
I was given the name then tocall the Seminary Center of
Light Miracles, and since thenI've continued to use the name

(15:41):
miracles, because miracles arereally things that most people
think of as supernatural butthey're not Miracles and we all
have learned that everything isenergy.
Miracles is the way that energymoves and works and flows

(16:06):
throughout our life, throughoutwho we are, in a way where every
day they create situations, circumstances, experiences that
we flow into, we move into, thatcontinue to improve our life,

(16:30):
shift our life, change our life, transform our life in various
ways.
I'm sure that a lot of peopleunderstand that it only takes a
second to make a decision thatwill absolutely turn your life
on a dime.
It could be a word, it can be aphrase, it can be something you
see, it can be something thatyou feel or you start to think

(16:55):
about and then, when action istaken, whatever that action is,
it's All the energy movesforward in one swoop to bring
about the outcome.
Well, sometimes we're aware ofthat, sometimes we're not aware

(17:15):
of it.
And when we're not aware of it,things happen.
Even when we are, things happenright.
So, within those results, within those things that happen,
we may find wow, you know whatI was really wanting to do

(18:02):
something that shift, change andheal themselves and in all of
the small ways that we do,overcoming fear, letting go of
addiction, being able to be inharmonious relationships and
however that shows up in ourlife Wow, all of those things

(18:37):
are miracles.
Energy that, in small or largeways, change, shift, transform,
transmute and that continue toflow in a way that improve our

(18:57):
lives and and help us to becomeclear about who we are and
connect with our true soul,essence.
So that's miracles.

Nina Ganguli (19:09):
I'm giggling because this is a conversation
we are having consistently, youknow, in the background, for the
listeners, for people who arelistening to us, lynn and I are
in conversation all the timeBecause, you know, we're both
working on ensuring that theword gets out.
I think that's the best way.
Yes, it's out about who we are, what we do and how we can

(19:33):
support, uh, expanding,transmuting, transforming that
which is a miracle yes, yes andthe miracle workers, the miracle
receivers.
I would say we're all miracleworkers, just based on
absolutely the description thatyou gave us we.
When you put your mind tosomething, I love what you said
transform, transmute.

(19:53):
That's what's resonating for me, and, and, and the definition
is transformation, transmutation.
When you say that, I can thinkof a million different little
things that have happened in mylife when I look back, because,
you know, hindsight's always20-20.
Yes, yeah, that was a miracle, that person coming into my life,

(20:14):
even though it didn't feel likea miracle at the time.
Right, I want to be able to putthis context in there, when
those lessons that are learnedby things that you think, ooh,
that was hard, I didn't wantthat to happen, oh, but at the
end of it, something came out ofit which transformed you, or
you transmuted that energy intosomething else and it opened up

(20:37):
another door, it opened upanother conversation, it created
another relationship.
To me, those are miracles.
When I look back, if I hadn'tmade the choices that I made, if
those things didn't show up,then I wouldn't be.
You think about gratitude andyou're thankful for all the

(20:57):
little things.
All of those are littlemiracles.

Lynne Herod DeVerges (21:12):
They are, they are, and that's why it's so
important for us to be ingratitude and to know that we
are blessed at every step, atevery turn, in every situation.
We are blessed, and when youare filled with the essence of

(21:33):
yourself and the blessings thatthe divine continues to feed
through us, around us,everywhere we go, around us,
everywhere we go, then you willcontinue to be in the flow.
And as you're in the flow, you're always shifting, changing

(21:55):
, transmuting, transformingwhatever needs to happen so that
it benefits not only you andyour highest and best good, but
for everyone else that youencounter and have interaction
with.
That's part of why we're here, and all of those are miracles.
So, as you were talking, I wasthinking about two of my friends

(22:19):
, each one.
I wanted to give an example ofmiracle.
Okay, in one case, I have afriend who lives in Yucca Valley
in California Some of you maybe familiar with it, but it's a
beautiful desert area and shewas in her kitchen cooking and

(22:40):
there was a bird that cameflying right at the window, but
the windows are so clean I think.

(23:00):
The bird was trying to fly intothe house but wasn't able to,
and he it flew into the windowand fell straight down.
Well, my friend was in a panic.
She is like another friend thatyou and I have, love goddess

(23:21):
personified.
It's like, oh my god, the bird, the little bird.
So she runs out and she sees thebird lying there, not moving,
almost you know, don't know ifthe bird was actually dead, but
definitely knocked out orsomething.
Um, and she noticed that there, like there was nothing

(23:46):
happening for about five, tenminutes and she picked the bird
up in her hands and she juststarted sending the bird love
energy.
And she sent it love energy andshe was gently whispering and
talking to the bird and as shecontinued to do this, after a

(24:08):
couple of minutes the bird kindof came to and it looked at her
and was still in her hands andwas like looking around, like
where am I?
And she said when you're ready, you can fly.
You can fly, you know.
And so she's doing this withthe bird and the bird looks at

(24:28):
her and like decides all right,I'm good, and takes off.
That's a miracle.
That's a miracle Would the birdhave come to had she not given
it love or talked to it from aloving place, created the
vibrational I'm going to saylike bubble or cocoon for the

(24:52):
bird to be safe and to heal?
I don't know, maybe it wouldhave, maybe it wouldn't have,
but in that moment there was abeautiful creature that was able
to continue on with its, on itsway and in its life, and she

(25:13):
was able to do the same, knowingthat there was a connection
life to life.
That is so beautiful and sopure and so precious, so I call
that a miracle, is so beautifuland so pure and so precious, so
I call that a miracle.
Another example is anotherfriend of mine who works a job.

(25:39):
She's a very creative person Ican't use names, but she's a
very creative person and she isan actress and director, but
she's also an adjunct professorat one of the major universities
in the country, in the U S.
And so we were talking and shesaid you know, I just I've been

(26:03):
doing so much in terms of beingthe what do you call it?
Like the headmaster of theprogram the acting program and
the arts program, the assistantheadmaster, the arts program I'm
in meetings all day.
I want to create, I want tocreate.

(26:25):
She said I've got to get backon stage, I've got to direct.
You know I need more, but Ijust feel like I'm stuck.
So we were talking about ithere and there, and so I said
well, you know, all you have todo is just let go of being stuck
.
And she said huh.

(26:45):
I said just let go of beingstuck.
And she said huh.
I said, just let go of beingstuck.
She said well, now they want tooffer me this and they're
talking about offering me that, and they want me to be part of
this.
And I just said well, what doyou want?
And she said I just want tocreate.

(27:06):
I have to create.
She said I love teaching, Ilove working with the young men
and women.
I teach.
But she said the meetings andthe responsibilities and being
on Zoom all day, that's not whoI am.
I said well then, just say no.
And she said what I said justsay no.

(27:31):
I know you are always.
She has such a beautiful heartand soul.
She's always there to help andto serve and give, and she gives
and she gives and she gives.
And I said now it's time togive to yourself and she gives.
And I said now it's time togive to yourself, so you can be

(27:51):
unstuck by saying no and openyourself up to what you want to
do.
And she said, okay.
And she texted me 24 hours laterafter our conversation, and she
said well, I just received acall, and so on and so forth,

(28:12):
and now she's moving back intoshe's still teaching, but she
has opportunities now to expandand move into her craft, her
real craft.
And so she said wow, wow, isn'tthat profound?
And then she texted me a coupleof weeks ago and said, oh, and

(28:32):
I also have, uh, another offerand opportunity to do such and
such.
I'm like, oh, that's fabulous.
So she's kind of back on herroad, being who she is and
expressing what she needs toexpress of herself to the world.
And she'll be able to do it inbetween and during vacation time

(28:57):
that you know universities have.
So it's it's.
I call that a miracle also.

Nina Ganguli (29:02):
I love the simplicity of it.
Miracle also.
I love the simplicity of it,and yet how complicated we make
everything.
Yes, I heard in what you'resaying, so I have a question.
You said, well, just let go,let go, don't, don't be stuck,
and you know almost every singlecoach out there.

(29:24):
What we work on is helpingpeople get unstuck so that they
can move forward and be who theywant to be and have the life
they want to have.
And just letting go, letting go?
I'm going to ask you, becauseyou're a master at what you do,
what does letting go look likefor people?

(29:47):
What does that mean?
You know, people say just letit go.
A lot of times, when somebodytells me to let it go, my
immediate is like I don't wantto.
I don't want to.
I am self-righteous and I havethe right to hang on to whatever
it is, or feel stuck orwhatever have you, but in order
to create the miracle, we haveto do something called letting

(30:10):
go.
Yes, what does that mean?

Lynne Herod DeVerges (30:15):
Well, it took me a long time to learn
what letting go meant.
But really letting go happensin various ways.
For my friend, letting go meantsimply making the decision and
the choice to honor herself,period.

(30:36):
That's what letting go was forher in that moment.
Letting go can also mean nothaving to be in your head to
figure out what you need to do,but to simply put your attention
on something else.

(30:56):
Having your attention onsomething else can be as simple
as I am so thankful that theanswers to this situation
already exist and I can receivethem but you're not thinking
about.

(31:16):
Well, let's see, should I dothis, should I do that?
Maybe it needs to be like that.
Oh.
I need to call, but when you'rein your head thinking and trying
to figure it out and what do Ineed to do and where do I need
to go and what needs to happenLet go of all of that and just
simply be in a place of theanswers are there?

(31:39):
The fact that I even have thequestions, the fact that there's
even this situation takingplace, means there are already
answers there, always is.
There's never a questionwithout that answer, never,
never.
It's always there.
So you don't have to figure itout.

(32:00):
You can just be thankful andgrateful for the fact that the
answer is there and that you canreceive it and then go about
doing something else clean yourhouse or take a drive or
whatever else you need to do.
You know, take it off and movetake it off and just keep going.
You know, keep, keep going.

(32:20):
So letting go really in thatcase means shifting your focus.
Just shift your focus so youcan shift your focus, you can
honor yourself and, you know, make a decision or a choice.
Letting go also means allowingthe feeling to move through you

(32:44):
and let it be there a hundredpercent, as deeply as it can be,
especially when in fear.
If you're in fear, be in fear ahundred percent and totally
feel that fear working deeplyinside of you and as deep as you

(33:05):
feel it, and you go deeper andgo.
Well, can I feel it anymore?
All right, can I just bring iton anymore, just a little bit
more.
And when you take it all in andlet it move through you, it's
amazing how, all of a sudden,it's like whoa, wait a minute,
I'm not feeling anything anymore.

(33:26):
What's going on?
Because you have taken it tothe absolute depth that it can
go in that moment for you and atthat point there's nothing else
you can do with it but exhaleand it's gone.

Nina Ganguli (33:43):
It's that's very powerful.
It's that is so powerfulbecause I think everything else
is driven that stuckness isdriven by fear.
It's, you know, wantingsomething to go a certain way is
because you want this outcometo happen.
Right, you know.
And the stuckness I'll speakfor myself the stuckness comes

(34:04):
from.
Well, what if it doesn't workout?
What if you know?
What if I make the wrong move?
What if I make the wrongdecision?
What if I say the wrong thing?
What would the what ifs thathave that we, you know, burden
ourselves with?
And the feeling of the fear.
Let's just talk about thefeeling of the feeling for a
moment.
I think one of the things ashuman beings I was just talking

(34:26):
to my tribe of women, whom youknow this thing about feeling
feelings.
I think many of us don'tactually know how to feel
feelings.
We sometimes don't even knowhow to name them to say, oh, I'm
angry.
No, I'm not angry.
No, I'm not this.
Oh, no, it's actually not thisangry.
No, I'm not angry, I'm that.

(34:47):
No, not this.
Oh no, it's actually not this.
And to work yourself back tothe basics of whatever that,
whatever the feeling is, andthen we and then be in that
space of like well, what doesthat feel like?
And I think we want to make itlogical.

Lynne Herod DeVerges (35:01):
Like that's the whole point.
It is true that your mind, youremotions, your physical body
and your spiritual nature.
They are all connected andthey're not connected by lines
or strings, but it's more likejust a moving, beautiful

(35:24):
symphony that just you know, permeates and fills your entire
you.
Okay.
So feelings first of all.
We've been programmed from ourfrom childhood.
Most many of us to not feelthem.
Well, why are you crying?
Well, you have nothing to cryabout, you know Well why are you

(36:12):
crying?
Well, you have nothing to cryabout you know, it's just all
these little things from whenyou're small or you want a hug,
there's something that you needfrom the parent or teacher or
whomever.
You don't get it, and so youfind a way to just kind of have
to stuff it inside and kind ofdeal with it and find a way.
But you better not have anattitude.
You know we're programmed tonot express and experience our
feelings.
As adults, we start to becomemore in tuned with some of our
feelings and feelings, by theway, are different from emotions
, but I'll explain that in aminute but we become more in
tune with our feelings.
And then, as you said, well, amI angry?

(36:34):
Am I just really?
Is that really depression?
I read somewhere that beingangry really means you know
depression within.
Okay, am I depressed?
What am I depressed about?
We're back in our head, tryingto figure out what we're feeling
rather than just feeling it.
Don't put a label to it.
There's no label.

(36:56):
The reality is, whatever you'refeeling is what you're feeling
and it doesn't matter whetherit's anger or sorrow, or
depression or grief or whatever.
You're just feeling it.
So you don't have to put anywords or thoughts or analytical,

(37:20):
intellectual, you knowrealizations to it.
That's what keeps us stuck, just feel it all, right.
So emotions really, there aretwo primary emotions.

(37:44):
One is One is love and theother one is fear.
Those are the emotions andbased on the emotions, we

(38:05):
respond or react or leap forwardor stay still or whatever we do
because we don't want to godeeper into especially the fear
parts of it.
Right?
So when you can just feel whatyou feel, then you're able to

(38:33):
move.
And when you're experiencingthings that are uncomfortable,
typically I mean like reallyuncomfortable it's connected to
fear in some kind of way.
Grief is even a form of fear, because you're afraid of, you
know what's missing and youdon't have it, and that's a part

(38:56):
of you that's not whole or notconnected or abandoned.
Or you know all of these otherthings, right?
You know all of these otherthings, right?
Love is connected to joy, exhilaration, laughter, humor,
excitement, okay, the feelingnow of fear or anxiety and

(39:31):
excitement you experience inyour body.
Okay, so the feelings youexperience in your body or
through your body.
And so when a person says, oh,I'm so nervous I have to get on
stage, are you nervous?
Are you excited?
Because when you get reallyexcited and you're ready to get
on that ride at Disneyland.
Oh, I, I'm excited and youstill feel that same feeling.
So let's not put labels to it,let's just experience those

(39:57):
feelings and go into it.
And letting go of feelings is inmy meditation.
I actually, not only am verystill to feel my feelings, but I
also ask myself what does thatfeeling look like?

(40:19):
And there's an image that comesto my, you know, internal eye,
my sixth chakra, third eye, andso whatever that looks like in
that moment, I'm like, okay, letme go straight into the middle
of that.
Maybe it's a brick wall.
I'll go right into that brickwall and what's on the other

(40:41):
side of that brick wall?
And I don't think about what itcould be.
I just go what's on the otherside of the brick wall and I
don't think about what it couldbe.
I just go what's on the otherside of the brick wall and it
opens up, and it may open up to,you know, a dark castle from
the Wicked Witch of the West.
And it's like, and I'm feelingit deeper and I'm like, okay,

(41:02):
and what's in the center of thatcastle?
And that's what I do and Icontinue to do that and continue
to do it.
Sometimes it only takes fiveminutes.
Sometimes it seems like itcould take five hours, but I do
that until I go deep into themiddle and what happens is a

(41:24):
complete and total release.
Where it is so bright, it's acolor that's indescribable,
because it's not even a color,but it's a vibrational essence
that is indescribable butphenomenal, and at that point
the love, the joy, you know, allof that just completely

(41:48):
permeates my space and I'm likeoh, I'm good.
And the interesting thing aboutit is, by doing the exercise
that way, I found for myself Idon't have that same feeling
come up again like that.

Nina Ganguli (42:08):
With like the intensity.

Lynne Herod DeVerges (42:10):
Yes, that the intensity, or in reference
to whatever triggered me, inreference to what triggered me,
it's like it's not there, likethat, and it's so freeing and so

(42:35):
wonderful and so you know, exhilarating that, um, yeah, I,
I, I like living in that space.

Nina Ganguli (42:38):
That's golden.
Yeah, yes, it is.
Yeah, that's a miracle beingable to feel.
I think, feelings we have toremember we're feeling something
.
That feeling resonates thefirst thing anyone, any
practitioner, will say well, what are you feeling?
Where are you feeling it?
You know, when I feel fear orangst, it's most of the time,

(43:00):
it's always it's in this likecore area, right between the
chest and the belly.

Lynne Herod DeVerges (43:04):
I don't feel it in my feet well, this
the the second, third and fourthshoppers.
Yeah, the lower shoppers first, second, third.

Nina Ganguli (43:14):
Sometimes you feel these things, but you know it's
so funny.
I I love what you said in themeditation of okay, well, what
could that, what does that fearlook like?
And when you said it, the firstthing I got was a big dark
cloud, like you know how, in thepeanuts.
Line up Lionel or Linus cloudover his head.

(43:35):
That's how I envision it.
I'm like, okay, there's a bigcloud, but I never went beyond
the cloud.
I've never gone beyond thecloud.
I'm just like that's what itlooks like.
It feels like a big cloud.
Now I'm thinking, oh time, I'mgoing to be like, okay, well,
what's in the cloud?
Like what's?
Yeah, go to the center of thecloud, yeah, and see.

(43:55):
And right now, when I say thatto myself as I'm walking through
this exercise with you, I'mlike I see a lot of lightning.
I see a lot like lightning,like a thunderstorm.
I'm like, oh, that's my drama.

Lynne Herod DeVerges (44:03):
Okay, yes, and you don't and this is the
key too you may knowspecifically what it is when you
go to the core of something.
But if you don't know, don't.
The big thing is not to get inyour head around it.

(44:26):
What is that?
Well, why am I seeing a giantgrasshopper?
What does that really mean?
It doesn't matter what it means.
Go into the center, the core ofthe grasshopper, because
everything again is energy, whether it's visual, whether
it's feeling, whether it's tasteor smell or hearing, it's all

(44:46):
energy.
So if you are experiencingseeing something that looks a
certain way, it doesn'tnecessarily mean that you've got
grasshoppers going on inside ofyou.
Clearly it represents something, but it doesn't matter whether
you know what it represents ornot.

(45:07):
When you're working on bustingthrough the feeling, you may be
in tune to it as soon as you seeit.
Oh, yeah, okay, I see.
Yeah, that's my greatgrandmother when she used to
whoop me like that.
You know, it just may come, justlike that, and it's like, okay,
no big deal, go right to thecore.
Everything is about going tothe core and as you keep going

(45:30):
to the core, you're really goingto the core within you of
whatever that trigger is thathas you feeling what you're
feeling, and it may not be inone sitting, it might be a few
times that you're going throughit.
But when you do and you gothrough the core and you have

(45:52):
your breakthrough, that's whenyou're not triggered by that
situation anymore and you don'texperience the feeling.
That's what I meant by youdon't experience a feeling in
the same way that you had, because you've already broken
through the core, you've cleanedout all of the gunk and the

(46:14):
junk and stuff, and so whenyou're on the other side of it,
you know you're neutral to it.

Nina Ganguli (46:20):
And there's, and therein lies the miracle, and I
think that's the full circleback to that.
There there is the miracle, andI think you know, as we're, as
we're having this discussion, and we're talking about miracles
, like life in and of itself ismiraculous and all of it is is a

(46:43):
miracle, like the, thewillingness to do the work, the
willing like every day gettingup in the morning and you know,
doing what you do.
And for those, for ourlisteners here, who are just
beginning to understand this, this world of holistic healing
and quote unquote, woo, woo, andthe spiritual and the energy
and and all of that I think youknow, I would invite you to

(47:09):
really look at the miracle oflife in and of itself.
Yes, life is a miracle, thecircumstances in which you are,
because it's easy to be like.
Well, nina, and you know, ninaand Lynn, you guys are already
here, you're down this path overhere, but guess what?
I was somewhere else a longtime ago.
It took something, a plethoraof miracles, to be able to sit

(47:35):
down here and have thisconversation with you.

Lynne Herod DeVerges (47:39):
Yes.

Nina Ganguli (47:39):
I wasn't a believer in miracles at all.
I didn't think I was allowed tohave miracles in my life.
Right, like this is.
Many of us couldn't be in thatposition where we feel like,
well, you know, I'm not makingthe money I want to make, I
don't have the life I want tohave.
So where is the miracle in that?
The miracle I would invite youto do is go look for it.

(48:05):
Be curious.
I have this written down righthere Life is an experiment.
We are always testing andtweaking.

Lynne Herod DeVerges (48:13):
Yes, that's very true, that is very
true.
And the miracle of not havingthe things that you'd really
like to have or living the lifethat you would choose to live or
living the life that you wouldchoose to live, the miracle in
that is that you have theability to shift it, to change

(48:35):
it, to transform it, totransmute it.
And when you do not if, butwhen you do you will find that
the love and the joy that takesits place, the level of just
even.
I'm not saying that everythingthen will be perfect and it's

(48:57):
always going to be exactly howyou want it all the time, but
what I am saying is that youbegin to live from a different
place, of not only consciousnessbut just being.
And again there's the true love.

(49:20):
Real love is indescribable, isindescribable, it I mean, I can
find all sorts of adjectives totry to explain it and talk about
what it is but it is so fullyall encompassing and everything

(49:44):
you do and everything thathappens, that even if someone
was to hold a gun to your head, there's still this sense of love
.
You can see that person, you seethe spirit, the light, the
truth of that individual andthat the only reason they'd have

(50:05):
a gun to your head is becausethere's some level of fear or
stuckness that they may be inand that, with you being in a
place of neutrality and a placeof love and, you know, being
completely surrounded with thisincredible energy, it's

(50:27):
something that they willexperience too, and you'll find
they're unable to pull thetrigger.
So it is a very powerful thing, and I use that example because
I didn't have a gun to my head, but I did have a knife to my
throat, and so it's, it's, it'spowerful.

(50:50):
It is powerful.
I'm not saying that I'm in thatspace of you know this, the
emotion and the full essence andbeing of love in the way I'm
talking about all the time.
No, I also, you know you go inand out, in and out, in and out.
But once you have experiencedit and you've experienced it a

(51:13):
few times you do everything youcan to make that fully your way
of being.
And that way of being, way ofbeing your life is continuously
and constantly flowing in aplace of miracles and in that
space, what you choose to thinkof, that you desire, can happen

(51:41):
within 24 hours or less.
And that's often the space thatI find I'll think oh, you know
what I really need, and thenit's there.
I'm like oh kind of wonderful.
I, you know I had to buy it.
It just it just shows up.

(52:03):
I needed to buy a new carseveral years ago and I didn't
want to do credit for it.
And I'm like, found the car Iwanted and his beautiful new
Lexus at that time and which is,you know, not $5,000, is more
than that.
And I go to my bank account andthere was more than enough
money to pay for the Lexus.

(52:24):
I didn't deposit it.
I didn't know where it camefrom.
What I did discover later wasthat my husband had deposited it
because it was an insuranceclaim.
His brother, unfortunately, hadpassed away suddenly and there
was an insurance claim that Ididn't know about and he
deposited the money in the bankaccount, but I had.

(52:46):
I started looking at cars.
I went to Lexus dealers andstarted driving them.
I just really immersed myselfin it and I just knew I was
going to pay cash for the car.
And two weeks later there wasthe cash and I went to the
dealer and got the car.

Nina Ganguli (53:02):
It's living as if.
Huh, it's the living as if, asif the miracle has already
happened.

Lynne Herod DeVerges (53:10):
Yeah, yeah , and not even as if I just knew
it was like I was in, knowingit wasn't, even like, oh yes,
this will happen one day.
I wasn't in that space.
I was really in a space ofjoyfulness and love and all that
that encompasses and I'm like,oh, I need to start looking for

(53:34):
my new car Because I wasn't surewhat I wanted.

Nina Ganguli (53:38):
It's that is so powerful.
And I think you know we roundup this conversation back.
I'm going to bring it back toour listeners who may be in the
state of inquiry, curiosity,experimentation.
This is why there are miracleworkers, healing heroes out

(54:00):
there, because you don't need todo this work on your own.
And I highly recommend not justbecause I help people, it's
because I have been helped by somany powerful people along the
way to help me through my fearsand getting unstuck and seeing

(54:22):
the miracles.
And you know, I'll share one ofmy miracles that have happened
this year.
This year, one of the things Isaid to myself is I'm going to
get to know myself better, I'mgoing to understand who I am,
and one of the things I'm reallytaking on is under is my health
and wellness.
And, you know, just creatingthis more trusting relationship

(54:46):
with self, just saying that, just like, that's what I want,
and I keep coming back to thatwhen things are not necessarily
always going the way I, theoutcomes that I want, I'm always
going back to okay, it's anexperiment, this is what I want,
like, these are the things thatI, that I'm creating.
And you know, a friend of minesays to me oh, I found this
coach and she's incredible.

(55:07):
A friend of mine says to me oh,I found this coach and she's
incredible, she's helping mewith strength training.
I'm like, yeah, I need that.
You know perimenopausal or maybeI'm postmenopausal, I don't
even know yet but you know, I'min that space where I need to
start taking care of my body andmy muscle strength because I
feel like there's so much Istill need to accomplish in life
before I leave, and so, youknow, I don't want to be the one

(55:29):
that hinders the path to that.
Yeah, there's this woman thatyou know I've been working with.
Oh, okay, well, she said, here's a webinar, go check her
out.
I check her out, start talkingto her, I sign up for her
program and then in that programwe find, well, well, this
particular program isn't whatI'm looking for.
She has another program whichis all about freedom and mindset

(55:52):
and creating a relationshipwith self.

Lynne Herod DeVerges (55:55):
That is about trust, and I was like
that's a miracle that is amiracle, and it sounds like she
should be one of our healingheroes, so have that
conversation with her as well.

Nina Ganguli (56:11):
There's always, you know that to be said.
And then you know, I said fromthere I was like, okay, well,
now it's time to expand.
You know the differentbusinesses that I have and how
to bring that, you know, in inthe space of, well, it's just
not dabble anymore, let's reallyjust get into it, and not a
word of a lie.
I said that to myself and maybea week later, later, this email

(56:34):
came up and in the email it'slike oh, join this webinar
because I'm going to be talkingto this person.
So it was from Brendan Burchardand people in the marketing
world yes, right and um.
So he was doing a webinar withanother marketing expert and I
thought, yeah, okay, now you'veanswered my question.

(56:55):
And in the end, it's alwaysabout mindset.
But that's not what theconversation is about.
This is about, like, these arehow miracles happen.
It could be something you seeon social media.
It could be a smallconversation you have with you
know the growth.
The clerk at the grocery storecould be a small conversation
you have with you know thegrowth, the clerk at the grocery
store that tells you somethingyou're like huh, I was just
thinking about this, you know,it's it.

(57:16):
It doesn't have to be this likewater into wine kind of miracle
that many of us are about right.
You know, moving mountains, itcould literally be that little
tiny.
Someone said good morning, howare you?
You get into a conversation andyou know, oh my gosh, you find
out that they're a reiki master.

(57:36):
Exactly you were thinking, youknow I need something, and then
that's a miracle that is amiracle and it is like you said
it is a mindset.

Lynne Herod DeVerges (57:47):
It's having the mindset that miracles
are there for you at every turn, in every way.
You just need to be open to andhave the mindset to be and pay
attention to when they're there, when they show up, no matter

(58:07):
how big or how small, becausethey're always there.
They're around you constantlyand continuously, all the time.

Nina Ganguli (58:18):
All the time.
So what I say to end up thisround off this wonderful
conversation that we had and, bythe way, we will be having many
, many, many more with Lynncoming up, and we'll share those
when they come up.
But what I would say at the endof the day is look for the
miracle.

Lynne Herod DeVerges (58:38):
Yes, maintain an open mind and for
all the questions that you have, for all the things you want to
know, for all the things you'rechoosing to change, shift,
transform and transmute, beaware, pay attention, listen for

(59:03):
, watch for, be in the energy ofover here if you need to that
word or that statement, or thecomment or the action or
whatever it is that you'reexperiencing in that moment, and
know that you are placed there,in that spot, in that place at

(59:25):
this time to receive yourmiracle.

Nina Ganguli (59:31):
And with that I say thank you Until we meet
again, until we meet again.

Lynne Herod DeVerges (59:37):
Thank you so much.
Oh, thank you.
Yes, this was wonderful.

Nina Ganguli (59:42):
Always, it's always a pleasure.

Lynne Herod DeVerges (59:44):
Yes, yes.
