the stories and wisdom shared inthis special compilation.
Tune in and explore whathealing truly means from some of
the most insightful minds I'vehad the pleasure to host what is

(01:33):
your definition of healing, my?

Speaker 2 (01:34):
so I define healing as transform, the transformation
of those habits, ways of being,um learnings that no longer
serve us to, and transforming itinto what will serve not only
us individually but serve us asa generation, like serving the

(02:01):
generations beyond us.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
Yeah, leaving that that legacy planting a seed,
taking it forward is it'spowerful, and sometimes it can
feel like it's a thing, like, oh, it's a thing to to have to
create that for our, the peoplethat come after us, those who
are going to come after us.
But what a great gift to beable to start the legacy.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
Absolutely.
We plant inside of that healingprocess.
We uproot the things that nolonger serve our legacy and we
plant the seeds of trees that wewon't be able to experience the
shade of.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
That is some poetry in motion.
It's so true, though, like it's, there is something to be said
about.
We won't be experiencing it.
You know we as humans are so inthis space, in the world,
looking to that instantgratification.
But you know, when you'resowing, it takes something to be

(03:14):
able to say, oh, I'm not goingnot necessarily, but I may not
see the result, I may not seethe harvest the way in which I
would like to, because of youknow the time it takes,
especially when it comes in thespace that we are in, in that
healing space, in thetransformational space, we would

(03:37):
like it to happen very quickly.
You know, when I work with withmy clients I'm a Reiki master,
life coach and when I work withclients, clients are always
wanting okay.
Well, you know, when am I goingto get better?
When's it going to feel better?
When's this shift going tohappen?
You know, like one session isdone right?

Speaker 2 (03:54):
no, listen, the healing is never over the
healing is never over.
It's only deeper layers, andit's layers that you're like
where did like?
Where did this come from?
Where what?
This is what I said yes to Ugh,and this is how it gets

(04:15):
fulfilled.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
What is your definition of healing?

Speaker 4 (04:20):
I think healing is going through the dark to get to
the light and finding morepockets of peace in your chaos
and just in the chaos of theworld.

Speaker 1 (04:33):
That's what I feel like healing is to me you know
your well, part of your healingjourney certainly started with
you dealing with some certaincircumstances that you had that
you were trying to discover youknow some solutions for, so I'd

(04:54):
really love to hear about youknow what was that impetus for
you to start on?
You know creating the business.
Now that you've created, youknow big, successful business
helping.
You know women deal with.
You know gut issues, but whatwas the catalyst for you?

Speaker 4 (05:14):
That led me to like doing it as a business or to
heal myself, like healing, Likeyeah, just like what was?

Speaker 1 (05:21):
what was your?
You know, we all have somethingright, something that helps us,
something that gets us on thishealing journey.
For me, it was your.
You know, we all have somethingright, something that helps us,
something that gets us on thishealing journey.
For me, it was experienceexperiencing abuse for many
years, and then you know, something's always like that
thing, that's like okay, this iswhat I need to do in order to
start feeling better?

Speaker 4 (05:40):
Yeah for sure.
So for me it was adult acnethat was like very persistent.
But then more concerning wasbrain fog, lightheaded spells
and fainting at quite a youngage.
So it was concerning because itheld me back from achieving a
lot of my goals.
It was stopping me from doingwell in school and it was also

(06:05):
just dangerous.
You know, like I could getbehind a wheel and feel fine and
then all of a sudden get theselightheaded and dizzy spells.
So that really made me realize, like you know, like I'm 20
years old, I shouldn't beexperiencing these symptoms.
And what really propelled meinto healing myself and also
like helping other people is notgetting any help with

(06:30):
traditional doctors in thisspecific situation because it's
not well known, it's not wellstudied about the gut microbiome
and how the gut brainconnection is.
So I realized that it wasn'treally getting answers.
When I went to the doctorsthey'd say you know, just rest
more, just sleep more, justexercise more.

(06:53):
And it was very surface and Iwas like these are really
concerning symptoms and I'm notreally getting an answer.
So it forced me to learn how toheal myself, which in turn
helps me heal other people.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
What is your definition of healing?

Speaker 9 (07:10):
Yeah well, thank you so much for having me, and I
just love this question.
I think I could go on for dayson how to answer this, but
essentially to me it meanscoming home to oneself, and
there's so many ways one can dothat.
It's the unlearning of who youwere taught you are by society,
by family, by culture, religion, and it's learning who you are,

(07:36):
or I should say, remembering whoyou are, who you were as a
child, who you were before theworld got in the way, before
labels were thrust upon you, before you were taught you were
not worthy enough, and sohealing to me is really about
that inner child work.

(07:56):
As adults, I believe that thequestions that we often have,
you know, why am I depressed?
What is my calling?
How am I meant to serve?
Why am I on this planet?
Why are my relationshipsfailing?
We can look to our childhoodand we can find those answers.

(08:19):
And it is the continuous goingback to and unpacking my belief
systems today, my thoughtpatterns, my behaviors, the
cycles that I find myself in.
It's looking back on mychildhood where I can usually
understand the root of wherethose belief systems started,
and it is in that self-awareness, in the start of the

(08:40):
self-discovery, which is thatself-awareness where I believe
we can then change thosepatterns, then we can unlearn,
then we can relearn and thencome home to ourselves, which is
essentially stepping into ourauthenticity and our truths,
which is funny enough.
What I now refer to myself iswhich is an authenticity coach.
So, yeah, that healing innerchild work is deeply, deeply

(09:04):
important.

Speaker 1 (09:05):
I agree a hundred percent.
I think there's so there's somany levels and so many things
to look at there.
But what I really got from whatyou're saying is the unlearning
.
You know we talk about learning, but the unlearning, the, the
interrupting, the unraveling ofthat, where we begin our journey

(09:26):
, where we step into, oh,something has happened and I
need to go look at that.
And it's not learning somethingnew, because I think innately,
like inside of us, we know whowe are.
I mean, we came that way.
So it's not to learn who we areand we talk about I want to
find myself, but it's aboutunlearning all of the stuff that

(09:46):
we take on from.
And I don't want to blame theadults, because it sounds like
blame, but it's, it's not.
It's, it's a huge your fault, but they also have to unpack all
of their stuff and I do believemusic does heal.
So, with all all of that said,I'm going to hand it off to you.

Speaker 11 (10:10):
Wow, okay, good, so, oh, wow.
So I kind of want to back up alittle bit in this step that we
talked about before.
But I think you know we're alldivine creations and to create
is divine, and so I think youknow that's, um, the the first

(10:32):
thing to under for me tounderstand, and so, um, when I
hear a piece of music thattouches me in a way, I say it's
the divinity inside of you know, that creation, channeled

(10:53):
through another artist, thatthen, you know, goes straight to
, you know, my heart chakra, andthen you know, maybe, to the
second chakra, where, and thenyou know, maybe to the second

(11:26):
chakra, where, you know, creation occurs, and so that's
the first piece of it.
It's got to hit me another way.
So then I can then, in fact, you know, be divinely inspired
to then, you know, bring forwardsomething that's going to touch
and inspire somebody else.
Um, and so when I'm putting ashow together, I'm very aware of
the journey from the verybeginning, right, and so when I
put the show together, like thefirst two songs specifically

(11:49):
have to be, there's a betterword than invitation but right
now I can't think of what it isbut the invitation to have
somebody join me on my journeyand into my space so that we can
have a communal experience, andso the specific thing that

(12:11):
you're talking about is there'sa song on my new album called
Supper Time that has aparticular history, and when
people listen to it, I'veactually infused the history of
the song in into.
I've infused the history of thesong into the song in a spoken

(12:33):
piece that I do toward the endof the song.
Um, I don't know that I want togive it all away.
I I think I'd rather havepeople have the experience of
the song, but it definitely.
You know the song, all of thesongs, are going to take you on
a journey that's going to takeyou to a particular place.
I performed the song live a fewtimes and actually had the

(12:57):
experience of watching peoplecry in front of me while I'm
singing the song and so in thisparticular situation in New York
there was a woman sitting infront of me and I finished the
song and she looked up at me andshe said well, I'm sad, you

(13:20):
have to make me happy now.
So of course, inside of the theshow I was very aware of, and I
think there's a responsibilityas an artist, if you're taking
somebody on a journey, that youkind of have to take them
through a number of differentemotions and thought patterns
and and and whatever else.

(13:42):
Otherwise you're just kind ofkeeping them in one place and I
don't know that there's ahealing that can take place.
But I think if you allow peopleto have the range of their
emotions inside of inside of amusical experience, it's
beneficial.
It's much more beneficial tothem and more healing so.
I had set up.
I had set up the show so that, like, right after that, there's

(14:04):
a song that's very humorous,somewhat ridiculous, does make a
social commentary about womenand youth, and I'll leave it
there, okay.
And so it was like I tookpeople from that moment of

(14:24):
really considering a very darkmoment, right, and then taking
them into this ridiculoussituation and people are busting
up laughing Right, and I don'tknow somebody else's journey,

(14:51):
else's journey, what I do know, and I think that Wendell Pierce
I'm a huge fan of WendellPierce's, so if you don't know
who he is, I'm sorry for you,but he's a wonderful actor and
he's extremely talented and veryversatile and I've had the
pleasure of seeing him ontelevision a number of times and
movies and I actually was inNew York when he was doing Death
of a Salesman and just Ithought it was extraordinary and

(15:15):
very moving.
But he wrote a book called theWind in the Reeds and in the
book he talks about actingspecifically.
But I think this is true for anykind of an art is, the more you
allow yourself to be vulnerable, the more universal the
experience is for your audience.

(15:37):
Me, when I'm performing, I needto open myself in a way to my
own humanity, to my ownvulnerability, to the creative
piece of me that is divine, tothen give it to somebody else.

(15:58):
So you know, whatever theirjourney is, you know, hopefully
something that I'm providingresonates in their space to
shift something for them.

Speaker 1 (16:10):
So I'm going to start with you, anna.
What is your definition ofhealing?

Speaker 14 (16:18):
Of healing.
I believe the best definitionthat I can come up with for
healing is to give the spiritthe chance to express itself in
a physical, emotional and mentalbody and to be aware of the

(16:39):
power that it has the creationof the reality that it has.
The creation of the reality um,the ability to create their
reality and to change patternsthat sometimes give us blockages
.
So when we let the spiritexpress, we are healed that's

(16:59):
powerful and I have proven inmyself, so I know it works like
that yeah mostly I would.

Speaker 1 (17:10):
I would definitely agree that it's definitely a
three-pronged approach, and youknow we're going to get into it
a little more as we continue ourconversation.
So, michael, off to you.
What is your definition ofhealing?

Speaker 5 (17:23):
well, that's a that's a hard definition to follow,
because that was really a goodone.
Michael, off to you.
What is your definition ofhealing?
Well, that's a hard definitionto follow, because that was
really a good one.
For me, it's about body, mindand soul.
We are spirits, and part of thehealing is self-identification.
I think there's an identitycrisis where people think

(17:46):
they're the body and we're not.
We're actually spiritual beingsand we get to be on this planet
for a while, and part of thehealing is really understanding
and learning who you really areand why you're here.
Learning who you really are andwhy you're here, but also
living in harmony on all theselevels mental, emotional,

(18:10):
physical and spiritual and beingauthentic as well, being true
to yourself.
And everything else will takecare of itself because we have
these incredible bodies that canheal literally heal anything,
and you know we have to realizewhat we can do as spiritual

(18:32):
beings on this planet, in these, this physical form what is your
definition of healing?

Speaker 15 (18:44):
of healing Could be a lot of things.
Thank you, nina, it's great tobe with you.
I'm excited, I I'm superexcited just to have heard that
your podcast is called fromvictim to victory, because to me
that's a good example ofhealing right there, and I guess
my idea of healing would be toreconnect to pure consciousness

(19:08):
through going deeply intoyourself, so reconnecting to
your own truth in every way, whether it's a physical way or
an emotional way, psychological, spiritual and, through that,
coming into connection to divinemystery, pure consciousness.
God creator, however it is foryou, to me that's all healing,

(19:29):
it's a restoring of what I'dcall the true order of things
which is what is your definitionof healing?

Speaker 13 (19:41):
okay, my definition of healing.
Um, I like to start with abreath, part of my practice, a

(20:20):
heavy word and and I have I wenton a big healing journey myself
and came to the other sidefeeling like I created a lot
more stress in that process thanthere needed to be.

(20:46):
Love to define healing as beingconnected with self, being
connected to how, my body, sothat I'm in the present and

(21:15):
interacting with myself first, before I'm interacting with the
world outside of me.
Definition of healing would beconnected to self, connected to

(21:37):
that own infinite wisdom thatresides within me, regardless of
how I might be feeling.
In that definition of like, good or bad in that moment, the
way we like to say, oh, now Ifeel good, so everything's okay.
Now I feel good, soeverything's okay.
Now I feel bad, so somethingmust be wrong.
Healing is more just that stateof moment to moment connection

(22:01):
with my own internal wisdom.
And what do I need most in thismoment?

Speaker 1 (22:05):
Powerful.
That's really powerful.
What does healing mean to you?

Speaker 17 (22:13):
thank you for that question, nina.
It has given me a lot to thinkabout.
Healing can be, as we know, somany things.
You know, there's the standardmeaning of I cut my toe and now
it's better, uh, from there onup to having some kind of injury
that can't be fully fixed, andthen the healing comes from

(22:34):
coming to a place of acceptancewith it.
And I will say that evensometimes, healing means
completing your life.
Sometimes having a peaceful, satisfying end of life
experience is healing not onlyfor the individual but for their
family as well.
So then there's emotionalhealing from reconciling with a

(22:57):
friend who may have becomeestranged somehow, or a family
member.
So in the realm of emotional, physical, spiritual healing,
it's very, very broad, and whatI would do is listen to the
wants, the desires of the personI'm working with and help them
go as far as they want to onthat path.

Speaker 1 (23:18):
What a beautiful answer.
What is your definition ofhealing?

Speaker 6 (23:26):
Yeah, I mean that's not surprising, because it's
probably not a question thatmost people asked or thought
about, even if they are like ahealer.
But what you asked me, thatquestion and what popped in my
head was just kind of anythingthat helps, would help you to
more fully express yourself.
So, generally, when we'reunhealed in any way physically,

(23:49):
mentally, emotionally, whateverthere's something that is
blocking us from being the fullexpression of ourselves.
So, physically, if I have ahurt ankle, it's going to make
it hard for me to walk.
Mentally, or emotionally, if Ihave any sort of baggage, it's
going to keep me from being whoI really want to be.
I may unintentionally hurtothers or hurt myself in the

(24:11):
process.
And yeah, so I think that'sreally what it is.
To me, it's just like anythingthat will help you more fully be
who you are or be who you wantto be.

Speaker 1 (24:24):
That is such a beautiful answer.
It's the first one I've heardlike that to be honest with you
answer.
It's the first one I've heardlike that to be honest with you
and it's you're, you're right.
It's like there's something tobe said about not being able to
be fully self-expressed and it'sfunny that you say that,
because it's something that youknow.
That's one of my pillars is isI want everyone to have that

(24:45):
space of full self-expression.
What does healing mean to you?
Full self-expression.

Speaker 18 (24:51):
What does healing mean to you.
Well, thank you for that lovelyintroduction and I appreciate
those kind words We'll justemanate from the screen.
Healing, I think, in a way getsa bad rap Because actually the
word healing is what we do.
We go to the doctor whensomething's wrong with us to get

(25:13):
better.
It implies something's wrongand that there's something to
fix.
However, the kind of healingwe're talking about is to be
more of ourself, to get out ofour own way and to get to the
core and the essence of who wereally are, so we can do what we
came here to do, and I don'tknow if there's another word for

(25:37):
that.
There's, it's.
It's kind of well, people usethe phrase peeling an onion, but
it is.
It's never done.
The work is never done.
It's a lifelong process, and soit's exactly a process of the
process of unfolding and gettingdeeper and deeper and deeper,
and and I think getting to knowourselves is a big part of it um

(25:59):
, but that's, that's my take umI love it.

Speaker 1 (26:04):
I love that because you know it's.
It's so true because if we'relooking at, you know the essence
.
Essence when we come throughthe vessel we have an essence
and then stuff kind of builds ontop of things over time and
healing it.
You're right, Like I didn'tlook at, I never looked at it

(26:24):
that way, but now that I'mlistening to you and I've heard
it in several different versionssomething similar, like you
know, we're whole and complete,so there's never anything really
to fix, aside from looking atwhat works and what doesn't work
in our lives.
What is your definition ofhealing?

Speaker 8 (26:44):
Oh, wow, great question.
So how I define and how I lookat and how I experience healing
for myself and others is givingthe body what it needs, and that
can even be rest, so it doesn'tactually have to physically be
a vitamin or a mineral or a foodsubstance.
Sometimes it's rest Giving thebody what it needs when it needs

(27:06):
it, so that it can do the jobit was born and meant to do,
needs it.

Speaker 1 (27:12):
So that it can do the job it was born and meant to do
.
I think you're speaking to meand you don't even know it.

(27:33):
What is healing to you Like?
What does it mean to you?

Speaker 12 (27:40):
To me, healing to me pretty much deals with
balancing the whole person, making the whole person whole,
and that's on a spiritual, physical and mental level.
So not only are you on thespiritual, physical and mental
level, so not only are youhealing the body, but you're
also healing the mind.
And then, after you heal thebody and the mind, then you go

(28:01):
to a spiritual level which candeal with the person's
connection to nature, to theuniverse, to God, and also, if
the person believes in pastlives, are living multiple lives
, it's also um healing that fromthe past uh to now, um, so uh.

(28:22):
To me, um healing deals withjust trying to wipe away all
negative energy, if possiblefrom all levels, from the
physical to the supernatural.

Speaker 1 (28:37):
What does healing mean to you?

Speaker 19 (28:40):
Well, thank you so much, Nina.
And what healing means to me isit's a journey.
Okay, specifically because youknow, I had a conversation with
somebody, maybe a couple daysago, and we were talking about
being healed, right, and we'retalking about physical healing,
uh, and for me it's not justphysical healing, it's mental
healing and spiritual healing.

(29:01):
we have, we are full beings, wehave to heal in all these
different areas and that's aconstant journey in life you
know a lot of the ill are notnecessarily the foods we put in
our body, but the thoughts wethink, the ways we feel about
ourselves, the way we feel aboutour environments.
So healing is about helping tocorrect and to get people on a
path that feels they number one, feel good about, so they can

(29:23):
begin to heal all the aspects ofthemselves, not just their
physical selves.

Speaker 1 (29:29):
What a beautiful answer and I agree with you.
Not just their physical selves.
What a beautiful answer and Iagree with you.
So I agree it's definitely youknow a multi-pronged approach to
healing and I love that yousaid you know there's.
It's you know can start withyour thoughts.
What's happening in here is areflection of what's happening
out here in the world.
For the listeners who've beenlistening they know what it is.
What is your definition ofhealing?

Speaker 20 (29:54):
When you ask me that question, I could have two
sides to it.
It's the healing of theindividual or the person that is
quote unquote the healer.
I guess I'll answer both ofthem.
Why not?
For me as a healer, um, I'mreally just a conduit.

(30:20):
I'm a conduit for the energy tomove through me, which moves
through every single one of usand everything on the planet,
doesn't matter what it is.
We all have this life force, energy that moves through us and
, um, as a healer, I'm just theconduit for that to move through

(30:41):
.
And because I've done my ownhealing work, it allows me to
have it move through clearer, more abundantly, I think,
because I'm more awake to it andopen to it moving through me.

(31:02):
So, yeah, when it comes to theperson being healed, that's
really up to them too, because Icould do all the things that I
know to do and more whatever I'mguided, because I'm always
constantly learning somethingnew every single time and I'm so
grateful for that face and wornout and laying down on the

(31:31):
ground because I'm so worn out.
But it's up to that individualto receive a healing and it
doesn't mean that the healing iscoming from me.
It's from source and from theirown being to open up and say
yeah, I want this for myself.
That's where the healinghappens.
You know, there's a sayinghealer, heal thyself right, you
know there's a saying heal orheal thyself, right.

(31:56):
So I've had to do my work so Ican understand that when I'm
working with other individuals, whether I'm just talking to them
or I'm doing hands-on healingor I'm just moving energy or
whatever is happening a lot ofthat awareness goes through me
because I've already experiencedit so I can help them more.
So that was around.
Yeah, that was that's how myview on healing what is your

(32:23):
definition of healing?

Speaker 7 (32:25):
Well, first of all, thank you.
I'm so happy to be here withyou, nina, and aren't we lucky
that all of our besties arehealers, right?
Yes, we are very blessed.
Yes, absolutely so.
My definition of it's such agood question.
It's not something that I've,you know, really thought of with
intention.
What is my definition ofhealing?

(32:46):
But my experience of healing isthat it's a journey, and I
think healing is different foreverybody.
That's why I think I don't havea specific definition of it,
because it does show updifferently for everyone or like
different people, but Idefinitely think that the

(33:06):
commonality is that it's ajourney for everyone and it's
like peeling an onion.
It's I know it's an analogythat's used a lot, but it's like
it's exactly what it is.
You, you deal with what's onone layer and you're like, okay,
I can process that and let itgo.

(33:28):
And let it go, um, let go ofthe emotions and the um, the
heightened emotions.
I want to say I was gonna saydrama, the drama of it, but I
feel like that's a bit of ajudgment, you know, but I that's
like the, because I mean mewhen I look at myself and the

(33:51):
things that I've healed in myhealing journey.
When I look back on it, I'mlike, oh yeah, that was drama,
the way I felt about it and theintensity and like my
unwillingness to let it go, andyou know, all of those things
that were like I was so investedin in those, those experiences,

(34:11):
those experiences or whateveryou know, those things that I
wanted to heal.
It took a little bit to let itgo.
And so I think really, it's aprocess of, I think, first
acknowledging what's, what'sthere First has to start with a

(34:32):
recognition.
Yeah, oh, here's a pattern I'mrepeating.
You know, it's like this thing,oh, here, this thing is again.
Why am I feeling this way again?
Why am I dealing with thisthing again?
And then it's, like, you know, giving words to it,

(34:52):
acknowledging it, define, likedefining what that thing is, and
then going through all of theemotions and feeling the
emotions and letting them passthrough my body and and kind of
make peace with it, right, sothat when those feelings come up

(35:14):
again, or if they come up again, I don't have to be hooked by
them, right, I don't have toengage in them and experience
them in the moment as if I'mreliving the, the, the original
thing that caused me to feelthat way.
So you can, I could, just Ifind like the things that I feel

(35:35):
like I've healed are thosethings where they don't
disappear completely, um, butwhich I wish you know there's
part of my brain that's likecome on, yeah, why, just why?
why isn't it gone and justdeleted, like you know when you
delete it on your computer,right?
But, um, I've made peace withthe fact that things will

(35:59):
trigger those those emotions orthat feeling again, but I don't
have to revert back to, you know, acting whichever age I was
when those things were happeningin, like in the first place, I
can actually just be with, okay,oh right, this is what's
triggering this.
This is why I'm feeling thisway and kind of use the tools

(36:22):
that I have to like be with theemotion of it and then let it go
.

Speaker 1 (36:28):
What is your definition of healing?

Speaker 21 (36:33):
Well, healing is an internal thing and there's
different levels of it, butreally healing for me is your
connection with not only yourbody and your mind, but your
higher soul.
When you put yourself inalignment with all those parts,

(36:55):
that's where real healinghappens and that's what healing
is.

Speaker 1 (36:59):
Mm.
That's a very powerful messageand I think what's important for
us to realize that it is there.
It's a holistic approach.
There's not you just heal apart of you.
There's this interconnectednessthat we're, I think, in the
world of healing and peoplethose are looking for healing

(37:21):
are beginning to understand thatit's not you just, you're just
going to go and see a therapistor you're just going to do one
approach.
There's so many approaches.
What is your definition ofhealing?

Speaker 3 (37:37):
okay, definition of healing.
Okay, my personal definition ofhealing is actually an
integrative approach toincorporate many different types
of of healing process, likelike Integrated Health,
different types of healingprocess, like like integrative
health, natural, natural typesof medicine.

(37:58):
I like to go with naturalapproaches to healing, like
lifestyle changes, exercise, good sleep, nutrition, diets and
that kind of thing that arehealthy and many other things
that kind of integrate to do theoverall uh uh, overall um uh

(38:22):
effects of of promoting the bestpossible healing, healing that
can be done I like that becauseI think it's important for us to
remember that it is like anintegrative, holistic approach
that we need to take.

Speaker 1 (38:39):
It's not just, you know, one or the other that
we're trying to balance.
I was going to say repair, butlike to balance it all out.
It takes, it takes something.
What is your definition ofhealing?

Speaker 10 (38:57):
I think, for me, I can only come from my own
experience and what it means tome is revealing and being
willing to see the conditioningand programming that we absorbed

(39:20):
when we were children and thatit's not my fault.
Now.
That doesn't mean that I don'ttake responsibility, because
once I've got the programmingand the conditioning it's mine
to work with right.
But that is where the healingprocess must begin First, to

(39:41):
recognize that all that we haveabsorbed was not our fault.
We were, we, I am and we allwere blank slates, if you will,
or predisposed to theconditioning and programming,

(40:03):
and that that wasn't our fault.
So we really need to beginfirst that healing process of
letting ourselves off the hook,of being at fault for, or to
blame for, the things that, orto blame for the things that we
absorbed, the belief systemsthat we absorbed based on what

(40:27):
we were told, based on whathappened to us.
I call it the traumas of beinghuman, and we all have to go
through some kind of process toheal, if you will, from those

(40:51):
traumas of just being human andjust being born into this human
existence and learn how tonavigate it as best we can, and
we all need some kind of support, guidance and help in doing
that from those that have beenable to move through it.

(41:15):
See it and come through it tothe other side.
See it and come through it tothe other side.
And that's where we come in as,as um, I never would call
myself a healer.
It's one thing for another tocall me a healer, but I would
never be so self-important itfeels self-important to put that

(41:41):
label on myself.
I just am a facilitator foranother's transformation.

Speaker 1 (41:47):
Lynn, what's your definition of healing?

Speaker 16 (41:51):
All right, well, before I get into my definition
of healing, I just want to saythank you very much.
It's beautiful working with you, working with your team,
working with the other membersof the Miracles Directory staff.
I just each of you justwonderful expertise in what you

(42:12):
do, something that I could noteven fathom for myself.
So I want to say thank you toyou for just being such an
integral part of this process, and I do feel that it's
important to collaborate and bein partnership with whatever
you're doing.
So, although I may be thefounder of Miracles Directory,

(42:35):
it's just as important to methat all of you have input to
help give it the legs and thebody and the growth that is
needed and that carries thevision forward.
So I want to thank you verymuch for that as well.
So, in answer to your question, what is healing?

(43:00):
At least from my perspective, healing is really a unity.
It's a unification of body, mind, soul, spirit, heart, and
where things often becomeseparated is when we, for

(43:23):
example, see something from ourparents that they're doing but
they're saying something else, and it's that split message.
Oh, you know, don't do what Ido, do what I say, don't do what
I do, do what I say.
So then you pick up onsomething else and you know it's

(43:45):
true, because we all havestrong intuition, right, we all
are very powerful in what wejust know, or what we feel
that's often correct, incorrect.
But then when we're told thateither it's not, or it's
something else, or whatever thecase may be, there's a split

(44:05):
between what our heart knows, which is ruled by our spirit,
and what our mind is hearing, and as we continue to grow in
these experiences, we actuallybecome what I call fractured in
a way we do not maintain a wholeunity where soul says this is

(44:30):
the direction, the heart saysyes, got it, have the desire.
The mind says absolutely, we canmake that happen, and the body
says let's go where.
That, to me, is the healing,it's the unity, it's the
unification of the differentaspects of ourselves as it's

(44:53):
expressed.
I mean, we are spiritual beingsin a human body, right,
spiritual beings in a human body, right.
But the human body does alsohave there's a mind that's very
similar to universal mind.
There's the heart that is verysimilar to the universal love
and energy of the heart.

(45:14):
And our bodies, these physicalbodies that our spirits own,
actually mimic the way theuniverse works, which also
allows us to be in harmony withthe universe, which is also part
of what I define as the healingprocess.

(45:35):
When we're so connected withinall these different aspects of
our ourself and the universe, then we have the healing.
And if that happened for everyperson on the planet see, this
is this is where I had thatvision.
If this happens for everysingle person on the planet,
just imagine how uplifting, howlight, how bright, how divinely

(46:04):
loving this planet wouldactually be.
Yes, there will always be somechallenges.
There will always be littleconflicts here and there, have a
sense of unity in that healingthat really allows us to go.
Okay, I get that let's grow, let's move forward, let's, you

(46:37):
know, continue to stay in thevibration of the universe, of
each other, of ourselves, andwe'll just keep moving things
forward.
I really believe there wouldn'tbe the kinds of war we have,
there wouldn't be the powerstruggles, there wouldn't be so
many other things I could namethat I won't go into right now.

Speaker 1 (46:52):
So, anyway, that's my definition, long explanation,
my definition of healing, youknow know, I find it challenging
, um, that to hone in on, likeyou know, to be so concise
inside the definition, definition of healing, because
there's there's so much you cansay about it and it's the, the

(47:14):
journey of it is so differentfor everybody else, but not
everybody else for others.
But but you know what I'mcurious about, which I think
maybe a lot of people might becurious about, especially those
knowing you and your journey, which we'll get into later.
But let's talk about what ledyou to, you know, want to create

(47:37):
the Miracles Directory.

Speaker 16 (47:40):
Okay, so, first of all, it was a seed that was
planted in the early 2000s.
And the seed was plantedbecause, as you know, as an
energy healer and intuitivementor, spiritual mentor,
teacher and so forth, peoplewould ask me oh, do you know a

(48:04):
good massage therapist?
I'm looking for anacupuncturist, I've been told I
should check out a Chineseherbalist, but I don't know
where to go.
And for over time, of course, Idevelop and I'm working with
other holistic healers, I'mworking with spiritualists and

(48:25):
so forth, and I start referringpeople.
Well, hold on, let me just seeif I can get that person's
number for you and send it.
And I can't tell you how manytimes I did that, and it was
like if I had a dime for everyperson I refer.

(48:46):
Okay, and so anyway, fastforward.
But of course it was kind of ajoke, it was just in the back of
my mind.
It was about maybe five yearsago I'll say five years ago that
I actually had a dream vision.
There are many things that cometo me in my dreams.

(49:06):
My dream experience that's abetter term for it.
Dream experience, it's notreally being asleep, it's not
necessarily being in meditation, but it's being given the vision
that has you stop and itunfolds.

(49:26):
And so that's what happenedwith the Miracles Directory, and
I was in conversation with myguides and they started
expressing and showing me whatmiracles directory should be,
that you do need to create aresource directory for the world

(49:49):
With lots and lots and lots ofholistic healers that are
helping people to integrate, unify themselves in the
different ways I spoke about, tobe healed, and that this is
part of how the planet is goingto raise and elevate in harmony

(50:14):
and vibration, vision and tokeep moving forward.
So I basically received thisvision.
I heard what I needed to startdoing, which began as I'm just
going to do a simple littlewebsite, and you know, I'm going
to call my webmaster she'smarvelous, by the way.

(50:37):
I'm going to call her.
Just have her do a littlewebsite, put some people's names
and information there, and thenI can tell people here go here
and you'll find somebody.
That was my initial thought andthen, as that was happening, I
was receiving more and moremessages.

(50:57):
No, it needs to be this.
It needs to be that.
You have to add you know thisand that this is about marketing
healers.
This is about marketing peoplewho are the lightworkers and so
that those who are looking forthe lightworkers can find them.

Speaker 12 (51:14):
Mm, hmm.

Speaker 16 (51:15):
And that's when it morphed into and it's still
morphing into what it has becometoday.
