I’m Frida Kabo, a business coach, healer and bridge builder, living in the bush in the far north of New Zealand. In this episode, I’m sharing a bit about the story behind this podcast, why I’ve decided to bring it back now, and what you can expect as we go along.
I’ll talk about my own journey, from ticking all the boxes I thought I should, to feeling lost, to slowly re-discovering who I am and creating a life and business that truly works for me.
