Ancestral Healing

Greetings Healer!
When I first started healing patterns and traumas for my Ancestors, I felt very frustrated that I was having to do what I felt was "their work." Over time, I realized the honor and privilege it is to heal for my Ancestors and how it helps me, as well. I give you some ideas on identifying what might be Ancestral patterns in your life and some accessible ways to address those. I tell a story of a Healing High I had during a plant medicine ceremony where I was shown how much my Ancestors trusted me to do this healing for all of us.
