She is also a graduate of a two-year spiritual and family constellations program with Ron Young (healingwisdom.com), a healer with over 40 years of practice.  Alexandra remains a devoted student under his tutelage. 

Her offerings are trauma-informed (certified through Trauma and Somatics) and grounded in lived experience, supporting others to awaken and move forward on their path with clarity, courage, and enthusiasm.
