In this episode I interview Megane Da Silva. Megane is passionate about the topics of reprogramming the brain and demystifying meditation. The main reason is that she used those tools to overcome herself and live this new life that she totally feels aligned with today, feeling good in her mind and body, the decisions that she is taking, and grateful for her soul tribe she attracted.
She is living today with the belief that life is supposed to be simple and that she can attract everything her heart wants . Because she learned it. By taking the action of consciously creating her future and being very intentional with what she does in her life. That is what she is teaching today through 1 to 1 sessions.
