They really don’t, its perception.
“Nice guys” do the following, they'll be just fine.
Practicing compassionate and honesty. Share your true feelings while maintaining kindness. This allows you to be both authentic and respectful. Embrace “No”, learn to decline requests that drain you, recognizing that saying no doesn’t diminish your love or care but helps preserve your energy and boundaries.
Regularly take time to reflect on whether your needs are being met and if you're compromising too much, re-evaluate you. Use collaborative conflict resolution. Instead of avoiding disagreements, work together with your mate to actively solve issues. This strengthens the relationship through teamwork rather than sidestepping problems.
Nice guys don’t have to finish last; they are actually first when they operate in truth and confidence. Do not allow insecurities to overwhelm you or discourage you. Ladies really do like nice guys – sometimes they be buggin!
Be encouraged and remain faithful.
Anxiety can trigger depression and other behavioral physical and mental health issues. It is especially hard if you are dealing with other personal, work, relationship, or family-related issues. It is okay to ask for help.
