HEALTH & HAPPINESS with Lynette Mieglitz Although this podcast started out for people who were ill and the journey it takes. After discovering a positive way to deal with your new normal and getting life back on track and happy again. It has taken a lot of twists and turns which has a lot of insights for everyone. I recommend starting with Episode 1 and moving forward from there as the episodes build off each other. This podcast is about going from (unhealthy) to HEALTHy and from (unhappy) to HAPPY. I will share what has helped me and some epiphanies to go along with it. My goal is to help anyone going through the same journey and hopefully make things a little easier/better. It's about coming back or coping with life's challenges in a positive way. While we get our life back on track and navigate through relationships in a peaceful/positive way, ie, friendships, career, romance etc}, and find which ones work for us. Then we need to start thinking about the next best chapter of our life, finding our niche, living our best lifeis and getting passionate about life again. Putting yourself in a place where you can find your hidden passion, keeping your mind, body and spirit in a place where your excited about life, excited about this new passion, in short being the new you that you never knew before.Find a place where you enjoy life, have motivation and focus on the things that are going well, not the things that are not. embrace your well-being, When you realize that it doesn’t matter what others think about you, what they’ve done to you or what they’ve said about you, when this becomes your reality, because it Is, then you are truly free and can live in the present moment and enjoy this thing called life. Live Your Best Life
This episode “Someone Is Always Trying To Steal Your Identity” is really about controlling. Sometimes when someone is trying to control you it's so subtle that you don't really notice but if you observe how somebody's interacting with you, you can say a preference and they'll say no that's not what you want and if you debate them, they get angry. You may not notice control at first because it...

This episode “It's Not What You Think” is about how we process things and why we give so much attention to others behaviors and take it as if it were directed at us personally. Life does not have to be this complicated, how others act behave say usually has nothing to do with us, but even if it does it is not our business. If we have done something wrong to someone then yes we should take responsibility for that ...

David shares valuable information about the role the mind plays in terms of exercise and the physical and cognitive advantages for both. This episode (Be Careful Who You Let In Your Life) is about if we have the choice to choose, you want to watch for those red flags you want to be open for someone who brings you peace and support. Scared? But Do It Anyway - is a continuation of episode 112. It's about having opportunities in life and the more they mean to you the more fear of failure comes in so a tendency with a lot of people is to not even try. But the reality is you do it anyway if you want to get ahead in life you have to do it anyway and there is no such thing as failure the only failure is not trying at all because if you try and if...
This episode (Becoming A Leader) is about without realizing it we follow so many others, we follow our friends, piers. I'm gonna quote somebody that I heard on a talk show “if you're not leading you're being dragged”. None of us want to be dragged so I think in learning to become a leader you need to find out what your niche in life is and the sequence of events that follow once you determine what that ...
The episode ( Scared? But Do It Anyway) it's about when we're stepping out of our comfort zone into something new, a natural response is to be a little bit apprehensive. It's because anything new to us is unknown and the unknown always brings a little bit of fear but you do it anyway. The worst thing that could happen to a person is to wake up years later and have regrets that they didn't at least...
This episode (Don't Talk About It) is about not getting the reception that we were hoping for when we accomplish a great thing or something that is important to us. This episode (Mental - FAKE NEWS) is about being so surrounded these days with fake news rather it's something we read or hear but we never associate it with the thoughts in our own mind. When you get these negative thoughts always telling you something you can't do this or you can't do that or just putting a negative outcome to whatever you're working on or whatever you're trying to achieve a...
This episode ( Finding The Positive In Everything) is about changing and I mean truly changing our thought pattern and everything we do everything we say instead of jumping to the catastrophic outcome, it jumps to a positive outcome. At first it's just lip service but then as you repeat it and there are exercises you could do included in this podcast that train your brain to flip from negative to positive. Then t...
This episode Limitless Love is about when we encounter people, some of them are very easy to love, it's a given but some of them create somewhat of a challenge in trying to love them. But keep in mind that everybody has a spark of good and if we could start with that spark and build love from their on out it becomes bigger and stronger and I believe that people respond to love in a different way than if you appr...
The episode (Be Prepared For Opportunities) is about when we to make ourselves the best that we can be and we're waiting for an opportunity to come to us whether it be about a job or a relationship regardless of what it is it's maintaining a preparedness. This episode is about developing confidence through trust and that trust is believing in a higher being than yourself. confidence comes from the trust and knowing that what you say what you do is exactly the right thing. You can walk in freedom when you have that trust that spills over into confidence. When you have that confidence you walk into a room and you become the observer of what is outside of you instead of g...
