HEALTH & HAPPINESS with Lynette Mieglitz Although this podcast started out for people who were ill and the journey it takes. After discovering a positive way to deal with your new normal and getting life back on track and happy again. It has taken a lot of twists and turns which has a lot of insights for everyone. I recommend starting with Episode 1 and moving forward from there as the episodes build off each other. This podcast is about going from (unhealthy) to HEALTHy and from (unhappy) to HAPPY. I will share what has helped me and some epiphanies to go along with it. My goal is to help anyone going through the same journey and hopefully make things a little easier/better. It's about coming back or coping with life's challenges in a positive way. While we get our life back on track and navigate through relationships in a peaceful/positive way, ie, friendships, career, romance etc}, and find which ones work for us. Then we need to start thinking about the next best chapter of our life, finding our niche, living our best lifeis and getting passionate about life again. Putting yourself in a place where you can find your hidden passion, keeping your mind, body and spirit in a place where your excited about life, excited about this new passion, in short being the new you that you never knew before.Find a place where you enjoy life, have motivation and focus on the things that are going well, not the things that are not. embrace your well-being, When you realize that it doesn’t matter what others think about you, what they’ve done to you or what they’ve said about you, when this becomes your reality, because it Is, then you are truly free and can live in the present moment and enjoy this thing called life. Live Your Best Life

I believe in life as we're trying to live our best life that we need to also think about our surroundings in...

We are only as limited as the environment that we were raised in, but we can step into levels beyon...
This episode “Religion Is Not Left Or Right” is about how people have tried to politicize religion and one has nothing to do with the other, people have also tried to weaponize religion. To discern if you are following the correct path is very, very simple. In Matthew 16 it says “you will know a man by his works” so whoever you're following or listening to or looking up to, does his works follow the teachings of...

This episode “Success” is about when we're reaching our goals we have a tendency to want to talk about it to others but by holding it in yourself builds a confidence within you. Sometimes sharing too much with too many actually weakens what you're working on and the big picture is it doesn't matter what kind of feedback you get from anyone else, what matters is how you feel about your accomplishments. W...
This episode “Yourself In Front Of Family” is about how we're in front of a group of our family how we revert back to our younger selves or the person that we think they want us to be. “Praying For Healing” Is about so many times as we pray for our healing we expect it to be done immediately, instantaneously but it's been brought to my attention that perhaps as we are becoming the best version of ourselves, as we are eliminating stress, as we are changing our thoughts from negative to positive that we are allowing ourselves to heal. I believe that as we get better mentally and walk our best wa...

But along with that we have our still pending goals and desires and as we accomplish those, this episode stresses the importance of staying focused. When you're doing w...
This episode just live is about how living in a drama free existence seems so foreign to us I think we've either forgotten or evolved in forgetting how to live in a stress free life. When you lay in bed and your mind is racing with thoughts of what you need to do or what you said or somebody else said it's not necessary you can lay there at total peace, you can walk your daily life in total peace and if you ...

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
