Dr. Brooks is an internationally recognized expert in nursing worklife quality, having designed a questionnaire that has been used in 45 countries and translated into 10 languages. As the immediate past President of Resurrection University, she was responsible for tripling its size and yielded consecutive robust positive operating margins, all while maintaining excellent student and employee outcomes. Dr. Brooks received her PhD in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago, her Master’s in Nursing Administration from Northwestern University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valparaiso University.
